Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de raccordement électriquement conducteur d'un conducteur toronné (3), entouré d'une isolation (5), lequel comporte une multiplicité de fils contenant de l'aluminium, à un élément de contact (1) électrique, l'élément de contact (1) constitué en tant que composant plat avec une section transversale à peu près rectangulaire comportant un emplacement de contact (6) à peu près rectangulaire pour la connexion électriquement conductrice entre l'élément de contact et le conducteur toronné (3), ainsi qu'une pièce de retenue (2) mécanique raccordée d'une seule pièce à l'élément de contact (1) pour le délestage mécanique de l'élément de contact, l'emplacement de contact (6) et la pièce de retenue (2) étant séparés l'un de l'autre sur le composant d'une seule pièce, le conducteur toronné dénudé étant, avec son extrémité, placé sur l'élément de contact (1), le conducteur toronné (3) étant, à son extrémité, connecté de façon électriquement conductrice à l'élément de contact, avec destruction des couches d'oxyde des fils (4) au niveau de l'emplacement de contact (6) situé sur l'élément de contact (1), et la pièce de retenue (2) connectée d'une seule pièce à l'élément de contact (1) étant sertie tout autour du conducteur toronné (3) dénudé.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que d'abord le conducteur toronné (3) et l'élément de contact (1) sont raccordés l'un à l'autre de façon électriquement conductrice au niveau de l'emplacement de contact (6), et ensuite la pièce de retenue (2) est sertie tout autour du conducteur toronné (3).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que d'abord la pièce de retenue (2) est sertie tout autour du conducteur toronné (3), et le conducteur toronné (3) est ensuite raccordé de façon électriquement conductrice à l'élément de contact (1) au niveau de l'emplacement de contact (6).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le conducteur toronné (3) et l'élément de contact (1) sont raccordés l'un à l'autre de façon électriquement conductrice au niveau de l'emplacement de contact (6) au moyen d'une installation de soudage par ultrasons.
