Claims (10)

  1. Motorisation unit (100) for shutters, to be fixed underneath a lintel (3) and comprising at least one module (300) containing an electric motor (307) and a housing (306), the motorisation unit (100) comprising at least one corner bracket (200) having:
    - a first wing (202) arranged to abut against a vertical upright (2) of an aperture (1) surmounted by the lintel (3),
    - a second wing (206) perpendicular to the first wing (202),
    - at least one tab (208) which is perpendicular to the first and second wings and which defines at least one surface of abutment (210) against the lintel (3) and a cut-out (216) for partially receiving an end (302A) of the housing (306),
    characterised in that a profile of the tab (208) has, following on from the surface of abutment (210) against the lintel (3), a contact surface (212) parallel to that surface and extending to a second distance (H212) from the second wing, measured perpendicularly to the second wing (206), which is less than a first distance (H210) between the surface of abutment and the second wing, measured perpendicularly to the second wing, those two surfaces (210, 212) being connected to one another by a stop (214) which is perpendicular to the plane of the second wing.
  2. Motorisation unit according to claim 1, characterised in that the second wing (206) has, in at least one corner opposite the first wing (202), a first chamfer (218), referred to as a horizontal chamfer, for guiding the end (302A) of the housing (306) when it is being mounted in the cut-out.
  3. Motorisation unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tab (208) is integrally formed with the second wing (206).
  4. Motorisation unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the tab (208) extends starting from an edge of the second wing and includes a portion which is separated from the second wing by a slot (224) which is open to the outside of the corner bracket.

Motorisation unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a second chamfer (220), referred to as a vertical chamfer, forms a link between the cut-out (216) for partially receiving an end of the housing (306) and an end of the tab (222) which is opposite the first wing (202).
  6. Motorisation unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (306) has a rail (302), of a cross-section substantially in the shape of an inverted U, its base having dimensions suitable for forming the end (302A) of the housing and for being partially received in the cut-out (216).
  7. Motorisation unit according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the corner bracket (200) has two tabs (208) which are perpendicular to the first and second wings (202, 206) and each of which defines a surface of abutment (210) against the lintel (3) and a cut-out (216) for partially receiving an end of the housing (206), those two tabs being respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the second wing.
  8. Method of fixing underneath a lintel a motorisation unit (100) for shutters, comprising at least one module (300) containing an electric motor (307) and a housing (306), characterised in that the method comprises steps consisting of:
    - a) positioning a first wing (202) of a corner bracket (200) in accordance with claim 1 on a vertical upright (2) of an aperture (1) surmounted by the lintel (3), inside a re-entrant dihedral angle formed by the upright and the lintel, so that at least one tab (208) perpendicular to the first and second wings (202, 206) comes into abutment against the lintel (3) by way of an abutment surface (210) and so that, once the corner bracket (200) has been mounted, the module (300) does not impede complete closure of the shutter,
    - b) fixing the first wing (202) of the corner bracket (200) to the vertical upright (2) of the aperture(1).
  9. Fixing method according to claim 8, characterised in that, following on from steps a) and b), the method comprises steps consisting of:
    - c) suspending, in a cantilevered arrangement, the module (300) on the corner bracket (200) by engaging an end (302A) of the housing (306) between the lintel (3) and a second wing (206) of the corner bracket which is perpendicular to the first wing (202),
    - d) marking the position of means for fixing the module (300) to the lintel (3),
    - e) removing the module (300),
    - f) pre-installing or installing fixing means in the lintel (3),
    - g) re-suspending the module on the corner bracket (200) in accordance with step c),
    - h) immobilising the module with respect to the lintel (3) with the aid of the fixing means.
  10. Fixing method according to claim 9, characterised in that, in steps c) and g), the end (302A) of the housing (300) is introduced by horizontal translation (T300) between, on the one hand, the lintel (3) and, on the other hand, a profile of the tab (208) which has, following on from the surface of abutment (210) against the lintel (3), a contact surface (212) parallel to that surface and extending to a second distance (H212) from the second wing, measured perpendicularly to the second wing (206), which is less than a first distance (H210) between the surface of abutment (210) and the second wing, measured perpendicularly to the second wing.
