Claims (18)

  1. A device for weighing bundles (20) on a transport device (1), the device comprising:
    - a transport device (1) which includes plural bundle receivers (19) for bundles (20),
    - a weighing location (9) at the transport device (1) wherein plural weighing cells (2) with a respective weighing surface (3) are provided at the weighing location,
    - wherein the weighing surface (3) and the bundle receiver (19) are respectively configured and positioned so that at least the bundle (20) is liftable from the transport device (1) by a movement of the weighing surface (3) relative to the bundle receiver (19) so that the bundle loads the weighing surface (3) with its entire weight,
    characterized in that
    - the weighing cells (2) are adjustable on a weighing table (23) along longitudinal guides (24) with respect to their distance in a pass through direction (10) of the transport device (1) with respect to a distance of the bundles (20) on the transport device (1).
  2. The device according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    one or plural bundles (20) are moved by transport slides (6) that are moveable independent from each other and form the transport device (1).
  3. The device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a weighing surface (3) of a respective weighing cell (2) is arranged at the weighing location (9) below a bundle receiver (19) and the bundle receiver (19) is lifted off from the transport device (1) by raising the weighing surface.
  4. The device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the bundle receivers (19) are arranged self-centering in horizontal directions in the transport device (1) and/or the bundle (20) is arranged in the bundle receiver (19) self-centering the in the horizontal direction.
  5. The device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the transport device (1) includes a support element (4) in which the at least one bundle receiver (19) is arranged and the support element (4) extends freely towards one side.

    the weighing surfaces (3) protrude from the weighing cells (2) in the horizontal direction and the weighing surfaces (3) protrude at the weighing location (9) under the bundle receivers (19), in particular below the support element (4) for the bundle receivers (19) and the weighing cells (2) are arranged in top view adjacent to the transport device (1).
  8. The device according to one of the preceding claims,

    - the track element (8) is made from track element modules that adjoin each other in the pass through direction (10) and at least one of the track element modules is moveable so that each of its guide tracks (7a, b) is moveable into an orientation where it is aligned with each of the guide tracks of the adjacent track element modules.
  10. The device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a filling device (11), in particular a filling robot is provided at the weighing location (9).
  11. The device according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that each weighing cell (2) is connected with a control (17) which is continuously provided with the weight measured by the weighing cell (2) and the control (17) is connected with the filling device (11) and controls the filling device (11).
  12. A method for weighing bundles (20) that are arranged in bundle receivers (19) on a transport device (1), characterized by the steps
    - approaching a weighing device (9) with bundles (20) to be weighed using the transport device (1).
    - positioning a respective weighing surface (3) of a weighing cell (2) under the bundle (20) arranged on the transport device (1),
    - loading the bundle (20) onto the weighing surface (3),
    - weighing the bundle (20) using the weighing cell (2)
    characterized in that
    - before a beginning of the weighing steps the weighing surfaces (3) of the weighing cells (2) are set to a distance in a pass through direction (10) of the transport device (1) wherein the distance corresponds to a distance of the bundle receivers (19) on the transport device (1).
  13. The method according to claim 12, characterized in that loading the bundle (20) onto the weighing surface (3) is performed by
    - either lifting the bundle (20) from the transport device (1) by lifting the weighing surface (3) so that the weight of the bundle (20) rests entirely on the weighing surface (3),
    - or lifting the bundle (20) from the transport device (1) by lowering the bundle (20) so that a weight of the bundle (20) is completely applied to the weighing surface (3).
  14. The method according to one of the preceding method claims,
    characterized in that
    a position of the bundle (20) in the horizontal direction is maintained during lifting and weighing.
  15. The method according to one of the preceding method claims,
    characterized in that
    the bundle (20) is lifted together with a bundle receiver (19) in which it is arranged.
  16. The method according to one of the preceding method claims,
    characterized in that
    plural bundles (20) are simultaneously lifted from a respective weighing surface (3) of a respective weighing cell (2) at the weighing location.
  17. The method according to one of the preceding method claims,
    characterized in that
    after weighing the empty bundle (20) in a weighing condition the bundle (20) is filled at the weighing location (9) so that the bundle (20) is continuously weighed and the filling is completed as a function of a filling weight that is transmitted to a control (17).
  18. The method according to one of the preceding method claims,
    characterized in that
    the weight determined by the weighing cell (2) is continuously transmitted to a control (17) which controls the filling process.
