So ist es möglich, bsw. an einer ersten Behandlungsstation mit einer relativ langen Behandlungszeit eine Behandlung durchzuführen, während gleichzeitig an einer zweiten Behandlungsstation mit einer relativ dazu gesehen kürzeren Behandlungszeit mehrere Behandlungen nacheinander abgearbeitet werden, ohne dass dies Einfluss auf die erste Behandlungsstation hat. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß im Wesentlichen dadurch erreicht, dass die Träger für die Behältnisse mit unterschiedlichen Fördermitteln gekoppelt sind, so dass die mittels separater Antriebe angetriebenen Fördermittel im Bereich der getaktet arbeitenden Behandlungsstationen während der Behandlung beispielsweise stillstehen, und gleichzeitig die mit einem anderen Fördermittel gekoppelten Träger im Bereich von kontinuierlich arbeitenden Behandlungsstationen mit einer bestimmten Geschwindigkeit durchlaufen oder aber nacheinander mehrere getaktete Behandlungsschritte vornehmen.
