Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät (1), mit einer Tür (4) mit einem plattenartigen Grundteil (4a), an dem ein Griff (17) angeordnet ist, und einer Koppeleinrichtung (18), welche mit dem Griff (17) verbunden ist und durch welche der Griff (17) abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür (4) relativ zum Grundteil (7) verschwenkbar ist, und einem Scharnier (5, 6), welches zwei relativ zueinander und miteinander verbundenen Scharnierteile (5a, 5b) aufweist und über welches die Tür (4) am Haushaltsgerät (1) verschwenkbar ist, wobei das Scharnier (5, 6) zerstörungsfrei lösbar mit der Tür (4) und die Koppeleinrichtung (18) mit dem mit der Tür (4) verbundenen ersten Scharnierteil (5a) zerstörungsfrei lösbar verbunden ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Haushaltsgerät (1) mit einer Vorrichtung.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät sowie ein Haushaltsgerät mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung.
  • Es ist bekannt, dass Haushaltsgeräte, wie beispielsweise ein Backofen, eine Tür zum Verschließen eines Garraums aufweisen. Die Tür kann eine Klapptür sein, welche um eine Achse verschwenkar ist. Die Tür kann jedoch auch so ausgebildet sein, dass sie in einen Aufnahmeraum unter dem Garraum versenkt werden kann, wenn sie ausgehend von dem geschlossenen Zustand in den geöffneten Zustand übergeführt wird.
  • Darüber hinaus sind Türen für derartige Backöfen bekannt, bei denen ein außenseitig angeordneter Türgriff relativ zu einem plattenartigen Grundteil bewegbar ist. Auch eine derartige Verschwenkung bringt Vorteile, da dann bei vollständig geöffneter Tür dieser Türgriff auch noch nutzerfreundlich gegriffen werden kann und die Tür bewegt werden kann. In dem Zusammenhang sind Ausführungen bekannt, bei denen dieser schwenkbare Türgriff mittels einer Koppeleinrichtung in Form eines Seilzugs mit entsprechenden Bauteilen verbunden ist, so dass bei einer Türverschwenkung automatisch über diesen Seilzug auch der Türgriff verschwenkt wird.
  • Bei herkömmlichen Türen ist es auch bekannt, dass ein Scharnier, welches zur Anbindung der Tür an das Gehäuse des Haushaltsgeräts vorgesehen ist, mit einem kleineren Scharnierschwert und einem Scharniergehäuse als zwei Scharnierteile, die drehbar miteinander gekoppelt sind, ausgebildet ist. In dem deutlich größeren Scharniergehäuse sind weitere Funktionsteile, wie beispielsweise auch eine Feder oder dergleichen enthalten. Bisherige Ausführungen haben vorgesehen, dass dieses Scharniergehäuse türseitig befestigt ist und das Scharnierschwert gehäuseseitig befestigt ist. Bei neueren Ausgestaltungen ist vorgesehen, dass auch in umgedrehter Variante das Scharnierschwert mit der Tür verbunden ist und das Scharniergehäuse in dem Haushaltsgerätgehäuse befestigt ist.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine Vorrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät sowie ein derartiges Haushaltsgerät zu schaffen, bei welcher bzw. bei welchem eine einfache und nutzerfreundliche Montage und Demontage der Tür von dem Scharnier erfolgen kann.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung und ein Haushaltsgerät gemäß den unabhängigen Ansprüchen gelöst.
  • Eine erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät umfasst eine Tür mit einem plattenartigen Grundteil, an dem ein Griff angeordnet ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst darüber hinaus eine Koppeleinrichtung, welche mit dem Griff verbunden ist und durch welche der Griff abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür relativ zum Grundteil verschwenkbar ist. Die Vorrichtung umfasst darüber hinaus ein Scharnier, welches zwei relativ zueinander und miteinander verbundene Scharnierteile aufweist, über welches die Tür am Haushaltsgerät verschwenkbar ist. Ein wesentlicher Gedanke der Erfindung ist darin zu sehen, dass das Scharnier zerstörungsfrei lösbar mit der Tür und die Koppeleinrichtung mit dem mit der Tür verbundenen ersten Scharnierteil zerstörungsfrei lösbar verbunden sind. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung ermöglicht eine einfache und nutzerfreundliche Montage und Demontage der Tür von dem Scharnier auch bei einer Ausgestaltung mit einem relativ zum Grundteil verschwenkbaren Türgriff.
  • Insbesondere ist vorgesehen, dass sich die zerstörungsfrei lösbare Verbindung zwischen der Koppeleinrichtung und dem Scharnierteil beispielsweise bei einer Montage und somit bei einem Zusammenfügen der Bauteile automatisch koppelt. Dies ist besonders nutzerfreundlich und einfach, da somit in der erreichten montierten Endposition der beiden Bauteile zueinander diese auch automatisch bereits mechanisch gekoppelt sind.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Koppeleinrichtung ein laschenartiges Endstück aufweist, welches mit dem ersten Scharnierteil koppelbar ist. Dadurch wird eine sehr zielführende Kopplung ermöglicht. Andererseits ist auch die Bewegungsfreiheit und die Bewegungsmöglichkeit zwischen der Koppeleinrichtung und dem ersten Scharnierteil maximiert und es sind keine unerwünschten Bauraumverschwendungen auftretend. Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass dieses laschenartige Endstück ein Blechstreifen ist. Dadurch kann es einerseits sehr flachbauend, andererseits mechanisch sehr stabil gestaltet werden. Zum einen kann dadurch ein unerwünschtes Lösen der Kopplung vermieden werden, andererseits eine robuste mechanische Ausgestaltung bereitgestellt werden, welche auch dauerhaft zuverlässig funktioniert und verschleißarm ist.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass das Endstück elastisch verformbar ist. Insbesondere dann, wenn das Endstück beispielsweise aus Federstahl gestaltet ist, lässt es sich insbesondere in eine Richtung federnd reversibel verformen, welche praktisch senkrecht auf die breite Oberflächenseite dieses Streifens steht. Diese elastische Verformbarkeit gewährleistet insbesondere bei der Demontage eine leichte Handhabung und Entkopplung von dem ersten Scharnierteil. Durch diese Ausgestaltung der elastischen Verformbarkeit des Endstücks ist es ermöglicht, dass keine weiteren zusätzlichen Montagebauteile, wie beispielsweise Schrauben oder dergleichen, erforderlich sind, um das Endstück an das erste Scharnierteil anbinden zu können. Vielmehr wird durch diese Ausgestaltung des Endstücks ein Bauteil bereitgestellt, welches im gekoppelten Zustand durch seine Gestalt und Federwirkung automatisch eine gewisse Kopplungskraft mit dem ersten Scharnierteil erzeugt und dieser gekoppelte Zustand dann auch automatisch gehalten ist. Indem dann durch diese elastische Verformungsmöglichkeit ausgehend von dem gekoppelten Zustand eine derartige Verformung auch bewirkt wird, kann auch sehr einfach ein Entkoppeln und somit eine Demontage erreicht werden. Auch hier ist dann bei der Demontage kein Lösen einer Schraubverbindung oder dergleichen erforderlich, so dass auch der Demontagezustand schneller erreichbar ist. Nicht zuletzt werden dadurch auch Komponenten im Hinblick auf die Verbindung zwischen dem Scharnierteil und dem Endstück eingespart.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass in dem Endstück eine Aufnahme ausgebildet ist, in welche im mit dem ersten Scharnierteil gekoppelten Zustand ein an dem ersten Scharnierteil angeordneter Koppelbolzen eingreift. Eine derartige Kopplungsgestaltung ist einerseits sehr effektiv und bezogen auf die Bewegungsübertragung sehr direkt. Bauteiltoleranzen und umfängliche Bauteilketten, die sich zwischen dem Türgriff und dem ersten Scharnierteil ausbilden, werden dadurch vermieden. Nicht zuletzt ist eine derartige Kopplung zwischen einem Bolzen und einer Aufnahme auch mechanisch sehr stabil, einfach aufgebaut und funktionell zuverlässig.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufnahme ein Langloch ist, in welchem der Koppelbolzen abhängig von der Bewegung des ersten Scharnierteils relativ zum Endstück bewegbar ist. Die oben genannten Vorteile werden dadurch nochmals begünstigt. Im Übrigen ist durch das Langloch auch eine gewisse Bewegungsführungsvorrichtung für den Koppelbolzen geschaffen.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Aufnahme in einem plattenartigen Mittelteil des Endstücks ausgebildet ist. Dadurch wird auch im Hinblick auf seitlichen Bauraum eine sehr flachbauende Ausgestaltung ermöglicht und andererseits ein relativ großflächiges Teil des Endstücks als derartige direkte Koppelstelle ausgewählt. Das Langloch kann in diesem plattenartigen Mittelteil situationsspezifisch ausgebildet und geformt werden, so dass die Bewegungsabläufe und die Kraftübertragungen auf die einzelnen Bauteile verbessert sind.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass das Endstück mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung verbunden ist, welche mit dem Griff zum Bewegen von diesem abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür verbunden ist. Diese Verbindungseinrichtung kann ein starres Führungsteil und/oder eine Seileinrichtung umfassen. Das Endstück ist somit nicht direkt mit dem Türgriff verbunden, sondern über diese Verbindungseinrichtung indirekt gekoppelt, so dass auch hier unterschiedlichsten Ausgestaltungen einer Tür Rechnung getragen werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass das Endstück so an der Tür angeordnet ist, dass es bei einem Verbinden der Tür mit dem ersten Scharnierteil automatisch mit einem an dem ersten Scharnierteil angeordneten Koppelbolzen in Eingriff gebracht wird. Die bereits eingangs genannten Vorteile dazu sind wesentlich.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass das Endstück ein gegenüber einem plattenartigen Mittelteil des Endstücks von dem ersten Scharnierteil weggeneigtes Endteil als Löselasche umfasst. Diese Ausführung ist besonders vorteilhaft für die Demontage und die Entkopplung, da dadurch die Löselasche mit ihrer spezifischen Position zu einem Mittelteil leicht mechanisch kontaktiert werden kann, um dann auch insbesondere das elastische Verformen und insbesondere das Wegbieten des Endstücks von dem ersten Scharnierteil, insbesondere in eine Richtung senkrecht zu einer plattenartigen Oberfläche, insbesondere zu diesem plattenartigen Mittelteil, erreicht ist. Ein derartiges plattenartiges Mittelteil umfasst im Vergleich zu den Seitenrändern bzw. Schmalseiten eine großflächige Vorderseite und eine Rückseite bzw. eine großflächige vordere Oberfläche und eine großflächige hintere Oberfläche. Die genannte Biegerichtung bzw. Federrichtung ist dann senkrecht auf diesen großen Oberflächen und nicht auf den schmalen Randseiten.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist es, dass an dem Scharnier ein Löseelement bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit welchem abhängig von der Bewegung ein Wegdrücken des im gekoppelten Zustand mit dem ersten Scharnierteil befindlichen Endstücks von dem ersten Scharnierteil bewirkbar ist. Es wird auch hier somit durch das Betätigen des Löseelements eine automatische Entkopplung von dem Endstück mit dem Scharnierteil erreicht. Besonders bevorzugt ist dies dann, wenn dieses Löseelement automatisch beim Bewegen, insbesondere Drehen, an die Löselasche mechanisch angreift und durch das weitere Bewegen des Löseelements diese Löselasche und somit auch das Endstück von dem ersten Scharnierteil wegbiegt, so dass die Entkopplung zwischen dem Endstück und dem ersten Scharnierteil, insbesondere mit dem Koppelbolzen, erreicht ist. Eine besonders einfache und nutzerfreundliche Entkopplung und somit eine Demontage ist dadurch erreicht.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass durch ein Drehen, insbesondere um eine Drehachse in Richtung der Richtung des Wegdrückens des Endstücks, des Löseelements ein Lösehaken des Löseelements das Endstück, insbesondere ein geneigtes Endteil des Endstücks, zwischen dem Endteil und dem ersten Scharnierteil hintergreift und beim weiteren Drehen des Löseelements das Endstück vom ersten Scharnierteil weggedrückt und gelöst ist, insbesondere ein Koppelbolzen des ersten Scharnierelements von einer Aufnahme im Endstück gelöst ist. Die oben genannten Vorteile sind bei dieser spezifizierten Ausführung besonders hervorzuheben.
  • In besonders vorteilhafter Weise ist vorgesehen, dass das erste Scharnierteil ein Scharnierschwert ist und das zweite Scharnierteil ein Scharnier-Grundkörper bzw. ein Scharniergehäuse ist. Insbesondere ist somit die Vorrichtung so gestaltet, dass die Tür mit dem Scharnierschwert koppelbar ist und das Scharniergehäuse bzw. der Scharnier-Grundkörper in einem Gehäuse des Haushaltsgeräts angeordnet und befestigt ist. Gerade bei derartigen Ausgestaltungen ist es von besonderer Vorteilhaftigkeit, dass bei der Demontage der Tür von dem Scharnier auch eine sehr einfache und bisher nicht realisierbare Entkopplung der für die Türgriffbewegung vorgesehenen Koppeleinrichtung mit dem Scharnier erreicht ist.
  • Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Haushaltsgerät, insbesondere ein Gargerät, vorzugsweise einen Backofen, mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung oder einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung davon.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen, den Figuren und der Figurenbeschreibung. Die vorstehend in der Beschreibung genannten Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen, also auch die nur in der Figurenbeschreibung und/oder in den Figuren alleine gezeigten Merkmale und Merkmalskombinationen, sind nicht nur in der jeweils angegebenen Kombination, sondern auch in anderen Kombinationen oder in Alleinstellung verwendbar, ohne den Rahmen der Erfindung zu verlassen. Es sind somit auch Ausführungen von der Erfindung als umfasst anzusehen, die nicht explizit erläutert sind, jedoch durch Merkmalskombinationen, wie sie in der Beschreibung und/oder in den Figuren gezeigt sind, kombinierbar sind und dadurch neue Ausführungsbeispiele generierbar sind.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand schematischer Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • In den Figuren werden gleiche oder funktionsgleiche Elemente mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
  • In Fig. 1 ist in einer schematischen Darstellung ein als Gargerät, insbesondere Backofen ausgebildetes Haushaltsgerät 1 gezeigt. Das Haushaltsgerät 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 1a, in dem ein Garraum 2 ausgebildet ist. Der Garraum 2 ist durch Wände einer Muffel 3 begrenzt, die frontseitig eine Beschickungsöffnung aufweist. Der Garraum 2 ist frontseitig durch eine Tür 4 verschließbar. Die Tür 4 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel als Klapptür ausgestaltet und kann um eine untere horizontale Achse A relativ zum Gehäuse 1a verschwenkt werden. Die Tür 4 ist über Scharniere 5 und 6 an dem Gehäuse 1a angeschlagen. Das Scharnier 5 umfasst ein als erstes Scharnierteil ausgebildetes Scharnierschwert 5a, welches mit der Tür 4, insbesondere einem plattenartigen Grundteil 4a der Tür 4, welches Türscheiben und ggf. Türprofile aufweist, verbunden ist. Das Scharnier 5 umfasst darüber hinaus einen Scharnier-Grundkörper 5b bzw. ein Scharniergehäuse, welches relativ zum Scharnierschwert 5a drehbar und mit diesem verbunden ist. Der Scharnier-Grundkörper 5b ist in dem Gehäuse 1a befestigt. Er ist ein Bauteil, in dem beispielsweise auch weitere Federn und dergleichen des Scharniers angeordnet sind. In analoger Weise ist das Scharnier 6 aufgebaut.
  • Die Muffel 3 umfasst frontseitig einen Flansch 7, an dem die Tür 4 in geschlossenem Zustand im Ausführungsbeispiel anliegt.
  • Lediglich beispielhaft umfasst das Haushaltsgerät 1 eine Bedienvorrichtung 8, die sowohl im Hinblick auf Position als auch im Hinblick auf Ausgestaltung schematisch und beispielhaft gezeigt ist. Die Bedienvorrichtung 8 umfasst eine Anzeigeeinheit 9 und Bedienelemente 10 und 11. Darüber hinaus umfasst das Haushaltsgerät 1 ebenfalls beispielhaft Kochzonen 12, 13, 14 und 15, die auch hier in Anzahl und Position schematisch und nicht abschließend zu verstehen sind.
  • An einer Außenseite 16 des plattenartigen Grundteils 4a der Tür 4 ist ein Griff 17 angeordnet. Der Griff 17 ist relativ zum plattenartigen Grundteil 4a bewegbar, insbesondere um eine horizontale Achse B verschwenkbar. So kann ausgehend vom geschlossenen Zustand der Tür 4, in der auch der Griff 17 dann in seiner Grundstellung ist, dieser gegriffen werden und beim Öffnen und somit Verschwenken der Tür 4 um die Achse A eine Schwenkbewegung des Griffs 17 um die Achse B erfolgen. Auch im vollständig geöffneten Zustand der Tür 4, die dann im Wesentlichen horizontal orientiert ist und somit quasi in der x-y-Ebene liegt, kann ein Nutzer den dann um 90° verschwenkten Türgriff 4 frontseitig greifen.
  • Es wird also ermöglicht, dass automatisch der Griff 17 abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür 4 verschwenkt wird. Dazu ist eine Vorrichtung 18 vorgesehen, mit welcher der Griff 17 mit dem Scharnier 5 gekoppelt ist.
  • In der Ausgestaltung des Haushaltsgeräts 1 ist vorgesehen, dass die Tür 4 vollständig von dem Scharnierschwert 5a zerstörungsfrei reversibel abgenommen und somit entkoppelt bzw. demontiert werden kann. Dazu ist es auch vorgesehen, dass die Koppeleinrichtung 18, die mit dem Scharnier 5 verbunden ist, entsprechend zerstörungsfrei reversibel entkoppelbar ist. Dazu ist gemäß der Darstellung in Fig. 2, die eine perspektivische vergrößerte Ausschnittansicht I von Fig. 1 zeigt, vorgesehen, dass die Koppeleinrichtung 18 zerstörungsfrei lösbar mit dem Scharnierschwert 5a und das Scharnier 5 zerstörungsfrei lösbar mit der Tür 4 verbunden ist.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der Positionszustand gezeigt, bei dem die Tür 4 vollständig geschlossen ist, so dass das Scharnierschwert 5a im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Scharnier-Grundkörper 5b orientiert ist. Das Scharnierschwert 5a ist um den Drehbolzen 5c relativ zum am Gehäuse 1a feststehenden Scharnier-Grundkörper 5b drehbar. Durch den Bolzen 5c ist auch die Drehachse A realisiert.
  • An dem Scharnierschwert 5a ist ein Koppelbolzen 19 angeordnet. Die Koppeleinrichtung 18 umfasst ein Endstück 20, welches als laschenartiges Endstück ausgebildet ist, welches mit dem Scharnierschwert 5a gekoppelt ist. Das Endstück 20 ist ein Blechstreifen, der aus Federstahl ausgebildet ist. Er umfasst ein plattenartiges Mittelteil 21, an dem nach unten hin ein Endteil 22 einstückig angeformt ist. Das Endteil 22 ist als Löselasche ausgebildet und steht schräg geneigt zum Mittelteil 21, und zwar in eine Richtung schräg nach unten und vom Scharnierschwert 5a weg orientiert.
  • Im Mittelteil 21 ist darüber hinaus eine als durchgängige Öffnung ausgebildete Aufnahme ausgestaltet, welche im Ausführungsbeispiel ein Langloch 23 ist. Durch dieses Langloch 23 erstreckt sich der Koppelbolzen 19 im gekoppelten Zustand hindurch. Das Mittelteil 21 geht auf der dem Endteil 22 gegenüberliegenden Seite in einen leicht gewundenen Anbindungsstreifen 24 über, der mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung 25 verbunden ist. Die Verbindungseinrichtung 25 kann ein starres Führungsteil und/oder eine Seileinrichtung umfassen und ist mit dem Türgriff 17 verbunden.
  • In Fig. 2 ist der gekoppelte Zustand der Koppeleinrichtung 18 mit dem Scharnierschwert 5a gezeigt. Durch die Federwirkung des Endstücks 20 drückt sich dieses automatisch an das Scharnierschwert 5a an.
  • An dem Scharnier 5, insbesondere dem Scharnierschwert 5a, ist ein Löseelement 26 angeordnet. Wie dazu in Fig. 3, welche eine vergrößerte Darstellung eines Teilausschnitts der Darstellung in Fig. 2 zeigt, zu erkennen ist, umfasst das Löseelement 26 ein Sicherungselement 27. Das gesamte Löseelement 26 ist um eine Achse C, welche senkrecht auf der breiten und großflächigen Oberfläche des Scharnierschwerts 5a steht und insbesondere parallel zur Achse A orientiert ist, drehbar. Das Löseelement 26 ist somit auch um eine Achse C drehbar, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht auf der großflächigen Oberfläche des Mittelteils 21 steht.
  • Das Sicherungselement 27 steht in der in Fig. 3 gezeigten Situation, bei der die Koppeleinrichtung 18 mit dem Scharnierschwert 5a gekoppelt ist, auf Höhe des Mittelteils 21 und des Endteils 22. Es steht mit einem Sicherungsbügel 27a etwas beabstandet zu dem Mittelteil 21 und dem Endteil 22 und diesbezüglich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite zum Scharnierschwert 5a. Ein unerwünschtes Lösen des Endstücks 20 durch ein Abheben von dem Bolzen 19 ist dadurch verhindert.
  • Soll andererseits in gewünschter Weise eine Entkopplung des Endstücks 20 von dem Koppelbolzen 19 und somit auch vom Scharnierschwert 5a erfolgen, so wird das Löseelement 26 um die Achse C ausgehend von dem in Fig. 3 gezeigten Zustand gemäß dem Pfeil G gedreht.
  • Das Löseelement 26 umfasst einen Lösehaken 26a, der als plattenartiger Streifen ausgebildet ist und an einem Grundteil 26b, welches plattenartig ausgebildet ist, angrenzt und geneigt dazu positioniert ist. Die Neigung des plattenartigen Lösehakens 26a, der als im Wesentlichen streifenförmige ebene Platte ausgestaltet ist, ist demgegenüber von dem Scharnierschwert 5a wegorientiert. Bei einer Drehung des Löseelements 26 um die Achse C wird der Lösehaken 26a an eine Hinterseite 22a des Endteils 22 herangeführt und bei weiterem Drehen wird aufgrund der Position und Orientierung des Lösehakens 26a und der Position und Orientierung des Endteils 22 dieses durch entsprechend erzeugte Hebekräfte von dem Scharnierschwert 5a in Richtung der Achse C elastisch weggedrückt und somit auch ein Entkoppeln des Koppelbolzens 19 von dem Langloch 23 erreicht. In dieser dann erreichten entkoppelten Endstellung wird das Endstück 20 entgegen seiner Federwirkung im entkoppelten Zustand gehalten und die Tür 4 kann von dem Scharnierschwert 5a abgehoben bzw. entnommen werden. Dabei streicht das Endstück 20 an dem Koppelbolzen 19 vorbei, ohne dass dieser noch in das Langloch 23 hineinstehen würde oder wieder darin einschnappen würde.
  • Ausgehend von diesem entkoppelten Zustand kann dann bei einer Montage der Tür 4 an dem Scharnier 5 eine automatische Kopplung erzeugt werden, da durch die mechanische Stabilität in Ausgestaltung des Endstücks 20 dieses quasi automatisch am Scharnierschwert 5 entlanggeführt werden kann und dann ein Einschnappen des Koppelbolzens 19 in das Langloch 23 automatisch erfolgt, wenn die Tür 4 im Endzustand mit dem Scharnier 5 gekoppelt ist.

Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung für ein Haushaltsgerät (1), mit einer Tür (4) mit einem plattenartigen Grundteil (4a), an dem ein Griff (17) angeordnet ist, und einer Koppeleinrichtung (18), welche mit dem Griff (17) verbunden ist und durch welche der Griff (17) abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür (4) relativ zum Grundteil (7) verschwenkbar ist, und einem Scharnier (5, 6), welches zwei relativ zueinander und miteinander verbundenen Scharnierteile (5a, 5b) aufweist und über welches die Tür (4) am Haushaltsgerät (1) verschwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier (5, 6) zerstörungsfrei lösbar mit der Tür (4) und die Koppeleinrichtung (18) mit dem mit der Tür (4) verbundenen ersten Scharnierteil (5a) zerstörungsfrei lösbar verbunden ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Koppeleinrichtung (18) ein laschenartiges Endstück (20) aufweist, welches mit dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) koppelbar ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (20) ein Blechstreifen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (20) elastisch verformbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Endstück (20) eine Aufnahme (23) ausgebildet ist, in welche im mit dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) gekoppelten Zustand ein an dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) angeordneter Koppelbolzen (19) eingreift.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme ein Langloch (23) ist, in welchem der Koppelbolzen (19) abhängig von der Bewegung des ersten Scharnierteils (5a) relativ zum Endstück (20) bewegbar ist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (23) in einem plattenartigen Mittelteil (21) des Endstücks (20) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (20) mit einer Verbindungseinrichtung (25) verbunden ist, welche mit dem Griff (17) zum Bewegen von diesem abhängig von der Bewegung der Tür (4) verbunden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (25) ein starres Führungsteil und/oder eine Seileinrichtung umfasst.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (20) so an der Tür (4) angeordnet ist, dass es bei einem Verbinden der Tür (4) mit dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) automatisch mit einem an dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) angeordneten Koppelbolzen (19) in Eingriff gebracht wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück (20) ein gegenüber einem plattenartigen Mittelteil (21) des Endstücks (20) von dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) weggeneigtes Endteil (22) als Löselasche umfasst.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem Scharnier (5, 6) ein Löseelement (26) bewegbar angeordnet ist, mit welchem abhängig von der Bewegung ein Wegdrücken des im gekoppelten Zustand mit dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) befindlichen Endstücks (20) von dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) bewirkbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch ein Drehen, insbesondere um eine Drehachse (C) in Richtung der Richtung des Wegdrückens des Endstücks (20), des Löselements (26) ein Lösehaken (26a) des Löselements (26) das Endstück (20), insbesondere ein geneigtes Endteil (22) des Endstücks (20), zwischen dem Endstück (20) und dem ersten Scharnierteil (5a) hintergreift und beim weiteren Drehen des Löselements (26) vom ersten Scharnierteil (5a) weggedrückt und gelöst ist, insbesondere ein Koppelbolzen (19) des ersten Scharnierteils (5a) von einer Aufnahme (23) im Endstück (20) gelöst ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Scharnierteil ein Scharnierschwert (5a) ist und das zweite Scharnierteil ein Scharnier-Grundkörper (5b) ist.
  15. Haushaltsgerät (1), insbesondere Backofen, mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
