Claims (10)
- Dispositif (1) de fabrication de raisins de bâtons à lèvres (2) à partir de matériaux pâteux, comportant :une chambre (3); une partie de moule souple (4), la partie de moule souple (4) étant disposée dans la chambre (3) et la partie de moule souple (4) étant configurée de façon qu'une masse pâteuse puisse être introduite dans la partie de moule souple (4) et durcir au moins partiellement dans la partie de moule souple (4), la masse pâteuse au moins partiellement durcie pouvant être extraite par un dispositif d'extraction moyennant un élargissement élastique de la partie de moule souple (4) ; et un support de moule, l'utilisation conforme du dispositif (1) impliquant que le support de moule soit disposé au moins temporairement et au moins partiellement dans la chambre (3) et maintienne une partie de la partie de moule souple (4), le support de moule étant mobile par rapport à la partie de moule souple (4), et une dépression pouvant être produite dans la chambre, par laquelle la partie de moule souple (4) est élargie pour extraire la masse pâteuse de la partie de moule souple (4), caractérisé en ce que la chambre (3) est configurée de façon que la chambre (3) puisse être remplie d'un agent caloporteur avant et/ou pendant l'introduction de la masse pâteuse dans la partie de moule souple (4).
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, comportant en outre un premier tuyau (8) débouchant dans la chambre (3) à travers une première soupape (7), avec lequel la chambre (3) peut être remplie de l'agent caloporteur et à l'aide duquel la dépression peut être produite dans la chambre.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, comportant en outre un premier tuyau (8) débouchant dans la chambre (3) à travers une première soupape (7), avec lequel la chambre (3) peut être remplie de l'agent caloporteur, et un deuxième tuyau (12) débouchant dans la chambre (3) par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième soupape (11), à l'aide duquel la dépression peut être produite dans la chambre.
- Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le premier tuyau (8) débouchant dans la chambre (3) et le deuxième tuyau (12) débouchant dans la chambre (3) débouchent dans la chambre (3) avec un décalage en hauteur l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support de moule est composé d'au moins deux parties (5a, 5b).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comportant en outre un élément d'actionnement (6) qui déplace le support de moule par rapport à la partie de moule souple (4).
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de moule souple (4) est composée d'un élastomère.
- Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie de moule souple (4) est fixée à au moins une paroi de la chambre (3).
- Procédé de fabrication de raisins de bâtons à lèvres (2) à partir de masses pâteuses, avec un dispositif (1) comportant une chambre (3), une partie de moule souple (4), la partie de moule souple (4) étant disposée dans la chambre (3), et un support de moule, lequel procédé comporte les étapes suivantes :remplissage de la chambre (3) avec un agent caloporteur ;remplissage de la partie de moule souple (4) avec une masse pâteuse ;déplacement du support de moule vers la partie de moule souple (4) pour maintenir la partie de moule souple (4) ;production d'une dépression dans la chambre (3) pour élargir une partie de la partie de moule souple (4) qui n'est pas maintenue par le support de moule ;déplacement du support de moule dans la direction qui l'éloigne de la partie de moule souple (4) de façon qu'il ne maintienne plus la partie de moule souple et que la dépression élargisse toute la partie de moule souple (4) ; etextraction de la masse pâteuse au moins partiellement durcie hors de la partie de moule souple (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, comportant l'étape supplémentaire suivante :remplacement de l'agent caloporteur dans la chambre (3) pour passer d'un agent caloporteur chaud à un agent caloporteur froid après ou lors du remplissage de la partie de moule souple (4) de la masse pâteuse.
