Description
- Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Kraftstoffeinspritzventil zur Einspritzung von Kraftstoff.
- Hochdruckeinspritzventile des Standes der Technik wie zum Beispiel in
WO 2011/076535 A , weisen in der Regel einen leistungsfähigen Magnetkreis auf, der die Realisierung von kurzen Schaltzeiten sowie eines reproduzierbaren Öffnungs- und Schließverhaltens ermöglicht. Obwohl ein Innenpol zur Erreichung einer hohen Dynamik eine hohe Sättigungsinduktion aufweist, kommt es bei aktuellen Hochdruckeinspritzventilen über deren Ventilhülse beim Aufbau und Abbau des Magnetfelds zu magnetischen Verlusten. Das führt zu einer deutlichen Verschlechterung der Schaltzeit bzw. Dynamik des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils. Ferner ist die Fertigung des Magnetankers sehr kostenintensiv und aufwendig. Außerdem ist die Beständigkeit gegenüber aggressiven Medien, wie z. B. Ethanol oder Harnstoff, die in den Kraftstoffen zunehmend enthalten sind, unzureichend, um eine befriedigende Dauerhaltbarkeit der Einspritzventile auch in Ländern mit starken Schwankungen bei der Kraftstoffqualität zu gewährleisten. Zudem ist die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Verwendung von gesundheitsgefährdenden Materialien, zukünftig sicherzustellen. - Das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 weist demgegenüber den Vorteil auf, dass hierbei eine magnetische Trennung zwischen der Ventilhülse und dem Innenpol vorgesehen ist, die eine erhebliche Reduzierung der magnetischen Verluste und somit eine deutlich verkürzte Schaltzeit des Ventils ermöglicht. Ferner wird durch die Verwendung geeigneter Materialien eine verbesserte Robustheit bzw. Verschleißfestigkeit gegenüber aggressiven Medien wie Ethanol usw. erreicht. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, dass das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil eine Spule, einen Innenpol, eine Ventilhülse und ein Magnettrennelement umfasst. Hierbei sind die Ventilhülse und das Magnettrennelement als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil einstückig ausgebildet, wobei die Ventilhülse einen magnetischen Bereich bildet und das Magnettrennelement einen nichtmagnetischen Bereich bildet, die stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. Für die Ventilhülse ist somit die Verwendung eines kraftstoffbeständigen, hochdruckfesten Ferritmaterials mit einem möglichst geringen Kohlenstoffanteil und vorzugsweise einem Chromgehalt von 13 % bis 17 % möglich. Zudem kann für das Magnettrennelement ein nichtmagnetischer Austenit-Werkstoff verwendet werden, der zu einer deutlichen Reduzierung der magnetischen Verluste beiträgt. Ferner wird dadurch die Fertigung eines einstückigen Bauteils als stoffschlüssiges Pulverspitzguss-Bauteil auf einfache Weise in einem einzigen Prozessschritt zeit- und kostenoptimiert als Massenteil ermöglicht.
- Die Unteransprüche zeigen bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung.
- Vorzugsweise ist eine Schweißverbindung oder Lötverbindung zwischen dem Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil und dem Innenpol vorgesehen. Somit wird eine betriebssichere Befestigung gewährleistet, die bei der Fertigung zeit- und kosteneffizient hergestellt werden kann.
- Weiterhin bevorzugt weist der Innenpol eine Durchgangsöffnung in Axialrichtung auf. Hierdurch kann eine Durchleitung von Kraftstoff durch den Innenpol ermöglicht werden und das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil einen kompakten Aufbau aufweisen.
- Der Innenpol ist als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil ausgebildet und vorzugsweise aus einem Material mit hoher magnetischer Sättigungsinduktion, insbesondere FeCo mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 17 % bis 50 %, hergestellt. Besonders bevorzugt kann auch ein Material mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 48% bis 50% eingesetzt werden, da dieses Material auch den Vorteil einer guten Kraftstoffbeständigkeit aufweist.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist der Innenpol als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil ausgebildet und umfasst einen ersten Bereich mit einer ersten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion und einen zweiten Bereich mit einer zweiten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion, welche kleiner als die erste magnetische Sättigungsinduktion ist. Die ersten und zweiten Bereiche sind stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Der erste Bereich mit der höheren magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion, der vorzugsweise aus einem FeSi-Werkstoff mit einem Siliziumanteil von 1 % bis 7 % oder aus einem FeCo-Werkstoff mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 17 % bis 50 % hergestellt ist, stellt hierbei die hohe Dynamik mit kurzen Schaltzeiten des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils sicher. Für den zweiten Bereich ist somit auch die Verwendung von kraftstoffbeständigem, hochdruckfestem Ferrit mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffanteil und 13 % bis 17 % Chromgehalt möglich. Somit ist neben einer deutlichen Kostenreduzierung auch eine ausreichende Robustheit gegenüber dem damit in Kontakt kommenden Kraftstoff realisierbar.
- Vorzugsweise sind die Ventilhülse, das Magnettrennelement und der Innenpol einstückig als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden.
- Weiterhin bevorzugt sind die Ventilhülse und der Innenpol aus einem gleichen Material, insbesondere aus X2Cr13MoSi, hergestellt. Dadurch wird neben einer dauerhaften Kraftstoffbeständigkeit des Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteils auch eine Reduzierung der verschiedenen Materialien erreicht und die Fertigung des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils wesentlich vereinfacht.
- Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der zweite Bereich des Innenpols aus einem kraftstoffbeständigen Magnetmaterial hergestellt, der den Innenpol als kraftstoffbeständige Schicht umhüllt und die Beständigkeit gegenüber den aggressiven Kraftstoffen gewährleistet. Zudem wird durch das an den ersten Bereich mit hoher magnetischer Sättigungsinduktion angrenzende Magnettrennelement eine zuverlässige magnetische Trennung gegenüber der daran angrenzenden Ventilhülse erreicht, wodurch die magnetischen Verluste durch dieses einstückige Bauteil deutlich minimiert werden.
- Vorzugsweise bildet der zweite Bereich einen Mantelbereich der Durchgangsöffnung und einen Stirnseitenbereich des Innenpols, wobei insbesondere der Stirnseitenbereich in Axialrichtung eine Dicke von 0,5 mm aufweist. Weiterhin bevorzugt bildet der Stirnseitenbereich einen Anschlag für einen Magnetanker. Dadurch wird in einem Restluftspalt zwischen Innenpol und Magnetanker ein kraftstoffresistenter Stirnseitenbereich erreicht, der gleichzeitig einen verschleißfesten Ankeranschlag ermöglicht.
- Vorzugsweise weist der erste Bereich des Innenpols einen in radialer Richtung vorstehenden, umlaufenden Flanschbereich auf. Somit kann zusätzlich ein oberer Deckel für das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil im einstückigen Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil integriert werden, was zu einer weiteren Reduzierung der Bauteilanzahl führt.
- Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist das Magnettrennelement ein umlaufender Ring. Weiterhin bevorzugt ist an einem inneren Mantelbereich des ringförmigen Magnettrennelements ein kraftstoffbeständiges Material vorgesehen. Vorzugsweise sind alle korrosionsbeständigen Schichten des gesamten Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteils aus dem gleichen Werkstoff hergestellt, so dass dessen Fertigung wesentlich vereinfacht wird.
- Weiterhin bevorzugt ist das Magnettrennelement als magnetische Drossel ausgebildet, welche einen ersten und zweiten magnetischen Anschlussbereich, einen Drosselbereich und einen ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich aufweist. Der erste und zweite Übergangsbereich ist in Axialrichtung zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Anschlussbereich angeordnet und der Drosselbereich ist zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich angeordnet. Hierbei wird der vorzugsweise magnetische Ferrit-Werkstoff im Drosselbereich und in den ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereichen mit nichtmagnetischem Austenit-Werkstoff aufgefüllt. Dadurch kann neben einer Minimierung des magnetischen Verlustflusses auch eine weitere Reduzierung der Schaltzeiten des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils erreicht werden.
- Vorzugsweise sind der erste und zweite Übergangsbereich sich verjüngend ausgebildet. Dadurch kann das Drosselverhalten je nach Anwendungsfall individuell angepasst werden.
- Weiterhin bevorzugt weist der Drosselbereich einen inneren und/oder äußeren Zylinderbereich aus einem magnetischen, elektrisch leitfähigen Material auf. Der Zylinderbereich ist hierbei als dünne ferritische Schicht ausgebildet. Der Drosselbereich weist zur Festigkeitssteigerung einen zusätzlichen Bereich aus nichtmagnetischem Austenit-Werkstoff oder Keramik-Werkstoff auf. Eine bevorzugte Schichtdicke des Zylinderbereichs beträgt hierbei maximal 0,5 mm, insbesondere 0,2 mm bis 0,3 mm, besonders bevorzugt 0,25 mm. Zudem kann die Drosselwirkung durch eine Variation der Dicke des magnetischen Zylinderbereichs individuell angepasst werden.
- Gemäß einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist der Drosselbereich aus einem elektrisch nichtleitfähigen Material hergestellt. Durch die Verwendung z. B. eines Keramik-Werkstoffs kann ein Wirbelstromverlust reduziert werden und die Dynamik des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils weiter erhöht sowie dessen Schaltzeiten weiter reduziert werden.
- Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die begleitende Zeichnung im Detail beschrieben. In der Zeichnung ist:

- Nachfolgend werden unter Bezugnahme auf die
Figuren 1 bis 7 bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele eines Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 1 im Detail beschrieben. Gleiche bzw. funktional gleiche Bauteile sind in den Ausführungsbeispielen mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet. -
Figur 1 undFigur 2 zeigen Schnittansichten eines Teilbereichs eines Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 1 gemäß einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung, das eine Spule 2, einen Innenpol 3, eine Ventilhülse 4, ein Magnettrennelement 40 sowie einen Magnetanker 5 umfasst. Das Magnettrennelement 40 ist hierbei ringförmig zylindrisch ausgebildet und mittels einer Schweißverbindung 30 am Innenpol 3 befestigt. Anstelle der Schweißverbindung 30 kann alternativ auch eine Lötverbindung vorgesehen werden. Der Innenpol 3 weist eine mittige, in einer Axialrichtung X-X verlaufende Durchgangsöffnung 6 auf. - Wie in der Schnittdarstellung von
Figur 2 veranschaulicht, sind die Ventilhülse 4 und das Magnettrennelement 40 des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels hierbei als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 41 einstückig ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Hierbei bildet die Ventilhülse 4 einen magnetischen Bereich und das Magnettrennelement 40 bildet einen nichtmagnetischen Bereich. Die Ventilhülse 4 ist vorzugsweise aus einem kraftstoffbeständigen, hochdruckfesten Ferrit-Material mit niedrigem Kohlenstoffgehalt und mindestens 13% und maximal 17% Chromgehalt, wie z. B. X2Cr13MoSi, hergestellt. Für das Magnettrennelement 40 wird hierbei vorzugsweise ein nichtmagnetischer Austenit-Werkstoff, wie z. B. Austenit 1.4944, Inconel IN 718, Udimet 630 oder PH15-7, verwendet, der eine deutliche Reduzierung der magnetischen Verluste bewirkt. Somit wird eine einstückig und kostengünstig herstellbare Ventilhülse 4 einschließlich des Magnettrennelements 40 als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 41 mit reduzierten magnetischen Verlusten sowie einer dauerhaften Korrosionsfestigkeit gegenüber dem durch die Durchgangsöffnung 6 hindurchgeleiteten und am Innenumfang der Ventilhülse 4 befindlichen Kraftstoff bereitgestellt. - Im Gegensatz zum zuvor beschriebenen ersten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Innenpol 3 des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels von
Figur 3 als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 42 ausgebildet. Hierbei umfasst der Innenpol 3 einen ersten Bereich 31 mit einer ersten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion und einen zweiten Bereich 32 mit einer zweiten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion, welche kleiner als die erste magnetische Sättigungsinduktion ist. Die ersten und zweiten Bereiche 31, 32 sind stoffflüssig miteinander verbunden. Der erste Bereich 31 ist zur Erreichung einer guten Magneteffizienz vorzugsweise aus einem FeSi-Werkstoff mit einem Siliziumanteil von 1% bis 7 % oder aus einem FeCo-Werkstoff mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 17 % bis 50 % hergestellt, der ein hohe Dynamik mit kurzen Schaltzeiten des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils gewährleistet. Der zweite Bereich 32 ist aus kraftstoffbeständigem, hochdruckfestem Ferritmaterial mit niedrigen Kohlenstoffanteil und 13 % bis 17 % Chromgehalt hergestellt, das eine dauerhafte Robustheit gegenüber dem damit in Kontakt kommenden Kraftstoff aufweist. Ferner bildet der zweite Bereich 32 einen Mantelbereich 35 der Durchgangsöffnung 6 und einen Stirnseitenbereich 36 und schützt dadurch den aus nicht kraftstoffbeständigem Material hergestellten ersten Bereich 31 vor einem Kontakt mit Kraftstoff. Der Stirnseitenbereich 36 fungiert außerdem als verschleißresistenter Anschlag für den Magnetanker 5. Ferner ist das Material des zweiten Bereichs 32 wesentlich kostengünstiger als das für den ersten Bereich 31 verwendete Material, woraus eine deutliche Reduzierung der Bauteilkosten resultiert. - Im Gegensatz zu den zuvor beschriebenen ersten und zweiten Ausführungsbeispielen sind bei dem in
Figur 4 dargestellten dritten Ausführungsbeispiel die Ventilhülse 4, das Magnettrennelement 40 und der Innenpol 3 einstückig als Pulver-Spitzguss-Bauteil 43 ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Die Ventilhülse 4 und der vollständig aus dem zweiten Bereich 32 gebildete Innenpol 3 sind hierbei aus gleichem Material, insbesondere aus X2Cr13MoSi, hergestellt, das eine gute Kraftstoffbeständigkeit aufweist. Alternativ kann der Innenpol 3 auch aus einem Material mit hoher magnetischer Sättigungsinduktion, wie zum Beispiel einem FeCo-Werkstoff mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 48 % bis 50 % hergestellt werden, das auch eine Kraftstoffbeständigkeit und den Vorteil der hohen magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion aufweist. Für das Magnettrennelement 40 wird der gleiche Austenit-Werkstoff wie bei den ersten und zweiten Ausführungsbeispielen verwendet. - Bei dem in
Figur 5 dargestellten vierten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Ventilhülse 4, das Magnettrennelement 40 und der Innenpol 3 einstückig als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 44 ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Der Innenpol 3 ist hierbei gleichartig wie beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel aus einem ersten und zweiten Bereich 31, um 32 aufgebaut, so dass auf dessen obige Beschreibung verwiesen werden kann. - Bei dem in
Figur 6 dargestellten fünften Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Ventilhülse 4, das Magnettrennelement 40 und der Innenpol 3 einstückig als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 45 ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Im Gegensatz zum zuvor beschriebenen vierten Ausführungsbeispiel weist der erste Bereich 31 des Innenpols 3 hierbei einen vorstehenden, umlaufenden Flanschbereich 33 auf, der im einstückigen Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 45 als oberer Deckel des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils 1 integriert ist. Ferner ist in einem Endabschnitt 38 des zweiten Bereichs 32 eine Ausnehmung 37 vorgesehen, wodurch eine unnötige Materialanhäufung vermieden und der Spritzguss-Vorgang deutlich vereinfacht wird. Neben einem geringeren Bauteilgewicht werden hierdurch auch geringere Stückkosten erreicht. - Bei dem in
Figur 7 dargestellten sechsten Ausführungsbeispiel sind die Ventilhülse 4, das Magnettrennelement 40 und der Innenpol 3 einstückig als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil 46 ausgebildet und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden. Im Gegensatz zu den zuvor beschriebenen vierten und fünften Ausführungsbeispielen ist bei dem inFigur 7 dargestellten sechsten Ausführungsbeispiel auch an einem inneren Mantelbereich 47 des Magnettrennelements 40 das kraftstoffbeständige Material vorgesehen, das für die Ventilhülse 4 und den zweiten Bereich 32 des Innenpols 3 eingesetzt wird. Somit wird eine vollständig geschlossene kraftstoffbeständige Schutzschicht auf der gesamten Innenmantelfläche der Durchgangsöffnung 6 des Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteils 46 erreicht. - Nachfolgend werden mit Bezug auf die
Figuren 8 bis 10 alternative Bauformen für das Magnettrennelement 40 detailliert beschrieben, welches als magnetische Drossel ausgebildet ist und im einstückigen Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil integriert ist. Gleiche bzw. funktional gleiche Bauteile sind in den Ausführungsbeispielen mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet. Die in denFiguren 8 bis 10 beschriebenen Magnettrennelemente 40 können bei allen vorhergehend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispielen verwendet werden. - Wie aus
Figur 8 ersichtlich, ist das zylindrisch ringförmig ausgebildete Magnettrennelement 40 hierbei als magnetische Drossel mit einem ersten und zweiten magnetischen Anschlussbereich 401, 402, einem Drosselbereich 405 und einem ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich 403, 404 ausgebildet. Die ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereiche 403, 404 sind in Axialrichtung X-X zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Anschlussbereich 401, 402 angeordnet und der Drosselbereich 405 ist zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich 403, 404 angeordnet. - Wie aus
Figur 8 weiter ersichtlich, sind die ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereiche 403, 404 in Richtung zum jeweiligen Anschlussbereich 401 bzw. 402 und zu einer äußeren Mantelfläche 407 des Magnettrennelements 40 sich verjüngend ausgebildet. Zudem weist der Drosselbereich 405 einen inneren Zylinderbereich 406 auf, der als dünne ferritische Schicht ausgebildet ist. Zur Festigkeitssteigerung sind der Drosselbereich 405 und Teile der Übergangsbereiche 403, 404 mit nichtmagnetischem Austenit-Werkstoff oder Keramik aufgefüllt. Eine bevorzugte Schichtdicke des Zylinderbereichs 406 beträgt hierbei maximal 0,5 mm, insbesondere 0,2 mm bis 0,3 mm, besonders bevorzugt 0,25 mm. Durch eine Schichtdickenvariation wird eine individuelle Anpassung bzw. Abstimmung der Drosselwirkung des Magnettrennelements 40 ermöglicht. - Im Vergleich zu
Figur 8 weist das inFigur 9 dargestellte Magnettrennelement 40 einen in Radialrichtung invers ausgebildeten Drosselbereich 405 auf, der sich in den jeweiligen Übergangsbereichen 403 bzw. 404 zu einer inneren Mantelfläche 408 des Magnettrennelements 40 hin verjüngt. Dadurch weist das Magnettrennelement 40 des zweiten Ausführungsbeispiels einen äußeren Zylinderbereich 409 aus magnetischem, elektrisch leitfähigem Material auf. Um eine ausreichende Kraftstoffbeständigkeit gegenüber dem in der Durchgangsöffnung 6 hindurchgeleiteten Kraftstoff zu erreichen, kann hierbei anstelle des Austenit-Werkstoffs alternativ ein nichtmagnetischer, vorzugsweise zusätzlich auch wirbelstromfreier Keramik-Werkstoff im Drosselbereich 405 und in Teilen der Übergangsbereichen 403, 404 zum Auffüllen verwendet werden. - Bei dem in
Figur 10 dargestellten Magnettrennelement 40 sind die Übergangsbereiche 403, 404 in Axialrichtung X-X sich nicht verjüngend ausgebildet. Somit kann eine für den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall erforderliche Drosselwirkung durch unterschiedliche Formgebungen bzw. Anteile von magnetischem und nichtmagnetischem Werkstoff und/oder deren Verteilung in Axialrichtung X-X des Magnettrennelements 40 gezielt angepasst werden. - Wie bei allen Ausführungsbeispielen gezeigt, können somit einstückige Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteile für das erfindungsgemäße Kraftstoffeinspritzventil besonders wirtschaftlich in einem einzigen Fertigungsprozess gefertigt werden, was mit konventionellen Fertigungsverfahren nicht erreichbar ist. Neben einer dadurch deutlich verbesserten Kosteneffizienz wird hierbei insbesondere eine deutliche Reduzierung der magnetischen Verluste erreicht, wodurch das bei Hochdruckeinspritzventilen gewünschte und erforderliche Dynamikverhalten wesentlich verbessert sowie deren Schaltzeit merklich verkürzt werden. Durch eine geeignete Kombination des in den obigen Ausführungsbeispielen beschriebenen konstruktiven Aufbaus sowie der eingesetzten Werkstoffe ist eine Erhöhung der Magnetkraft im Bereich von 25 % bis 35 % erreichbar.
Claims (16)
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil zur Einspritzung von Kraftstoff, umfassend- eine Spule (2),- einen Innenpol (3),- eine Ventilhülse (4), und- ein Magnettrennelement (40)- wobei die Ventilhülse (4) und das Magnettrennelement (40) als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil (41) einstückig ausgebildet sind und die Ventilhülse (4) einen magnetischen Bereich und das Magnettrennelement (40) einen nichtmagnetischen Bereich bilden, die stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind,dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Innenpol (3) als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil ausgebildet ist und einen ersten Bereich (31) mit einer ersten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion und einen zweiten Bereich (32) mit einer zweiten magnetischen Sättigungsinduktion umfasst, welche kleiner als die erste magnetische Sättigungsinduktion ist, wobei der erste und zweite Bereich stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. - Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Schweißverbindung (30) oder Lötverbindung zwischen dem Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil und dem Innenpol (3) vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenpol (3) eine Durchgangsöffnung (6) in Axialrichtung (X-X) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Innenpol (3) als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil ausgebildet ist und aus einem Material mit hoher magnetischer Sättigungsinduktion, insbesondere FeCo mit einem Cobalt-Anteil von 17 % bis 50 % hergestellt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilhülse (4), das Magnettrennelement (40) und der Innenpol (3) einstückig als Pulver-Spritzguss-Bauteil (43) ausgebildet sind und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilhülse (4) und der Innenpol (3) aus einem gleichen Material, insbesondere aus X2Cr13MoSi, hergestellt sind.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Bereich (32) des Innenpols (3) aus einem kraftstoffbeständigen Magnetmaterial hergestellt ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Bereich (32) einen Mantelbereich (35) der Durchgangsöffnung (6) und einen Stirnseitenbereich (36) des Innenpols (3) bildet, und insbesondere der Stirnseitenbereich (36) in Axialrichtung (X-X) eine Dicke von 0,5mm aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stirnseitenbereich (36) einen Anschlag für einen Magnetanker (5) bildet.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Bereich (31) des Innenpols (3) einen in radialer Richtung vorstehenden, umlaufenden Flanschbereich (33) aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magnettrennelement (40) ein umlaufender Ring ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem inneren Mantelbereich (46) des ringförmigen Magnettrennelements (40) ein kraftstoffbeständiges Material vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Magnettrennelement (40) als magnetische Drossel ausgebildet ist, welche einen ersten und zweiten magnetischen Anschlussbereich (401, 402), einen Drosselbereich (405) und einen ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich (403, 404) aufweist, wobei der erste und zweite Übergangsbereich (403, 404) in Axialrichtung (X-X) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Anschlussbereich (401, 402) und der Drosselbereich (405) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Übergangsbereich (403,404) angeordnet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste und zweite Übergangsbereich (403, 404) sich verjüngend ausgebildet ist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drosselbereich (405) einen inneren und/oder äußeren Zylinderbereich (406) aus einem magnetischen, elektrisch leitfähigen Material aufweist.
- Kraftstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drosselbereich (405) aus einem elektrisch nichtleitfähigen Material hergestellt ist.
