Description

Wichtig ist vielmehr, dass die herkömmlich erforderliche komplexe Logistik (mit einem Zeitaufwand von zum Beispiel zwei Tagen) zum vollständigen Abkühlen des Ofens und zum vollständigen Ausspülen des H2-Schutzgases (oder eines Wasserstoff-Stickstoff-Gemischs) erfindungsgemäß zumindest teilweise vermieden ist. Der Ofen 10 ist ein Rollenherdofen, bei dem in einem kontinuierlichen Prozess (siehe Pfeile in
Jede der Rollen 6 des Ofens 10 ist an einem Ende durch ein Festlager 19 und an dem anderen Ende durch ein Loslager 15 an einer jeweiligen Wandung des Ofens 10 drehfähig gelagert. Ein Deckel 7 schließt auf der Seite des Loslagers 15 die jeweilige Rolle 6 gasdicht ab. Auch das Festlager 19 ist gasdicht ausgebildet, so dass im Betrieb des Ofens 10 von innen kein Wasserstoff aus dem Ofen 10 entweichen und aus der Umgebungsatmosphäre kein Sauerstoff in den Ofen 10 eindringen kann. In dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel weist jede der Rollen 6 eine separate Antriebseinheit 17 auf, welche die jeweilige Rolle 6 zum Rotieren antreibt, um dadurch das Band 50 zu befördern. Alternativ können auch mehrere oder alle Rollen 6 mittels einer gemeinsamen Antriebseinheit angetrieben werden (nicht gezeigt).Each of the
Erfindungsgemäß wird der Ofen 10 nun gemeinsam mit der Rollenwechselvorrichtung 1 betrieben, die dazu dient, individuelle Rollen 6 des Ofens 10 auszuwechseln, wenn diese zum Beispiel defekt oder wartungsbedürftig sind. Claims (13)
- Roller changing apparatus (1) for changing a roller (6) of a multitude of rollers (6) of a furnace (10) for a thermal treatment of components (50), wherein the roller changing apparatus (1) comprises:a sealable housing (2) in which a first protective gas atmosphere is formable;a roller handling device (4) that is at least partially arranged in the housing (2) and designed for removing the roller (6) to be exchanged from the furnace (10) and for installing a replacement roller (6) at the furnace (10) while essentially maintaining a high temperature and a second protective gas atmosphere in the furnace (10) during the roller exchange,wherein the roller handling device (4) is movable at least partially out from the housing (2) through a lock in a wall of the housing (2) in order to handle the roller (6) to be exchanged,
wherein the lock in the wall of the housing (2) comprises at the outside of the housing an attachment fitting (3) that is designed for being attachable to the furnace (10) in such a way that a tight connection, in particular a connection that is gas-tight relative to the surroundings, is producable between an interior of the housing (2) and an interior of the furnace (10). - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to claim 1, comprising
a platform (8) that is designed for moving the roller handling device (4) including the housing (2) relative to the furnace (10) in order to position the roller handling device (4) relative to the roller (6) to be exchanged. - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the roller handling device (4) is designed in such a manner that it is along one, two or three dimensions movable in a translative fashion and/or pivotable.
- Roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 3, wherein the roller handling device (4) is designed for exerting a closing pressure that seals the furnace (10) upon a cap (7) while at least one fastening element is removed from the cap (7) of the roller to be exchanged in a manual or machine controlled fashion for separating the cap (7) from the furnace (10).
- Roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the roller handling device (4) is designed for removing a cap (7) of the roller (6) to be exchanged from the furnace (10), in particular by means of a catch.
- Roller changing apparatus (1) according to claim 5, wherein
the roller handling device (4) is designed for removing the cap (7) of the roller (6) to be exchanged from the furnace (10) and for transporting the cap into the housing (2) through the attachment fitting (3) mounted on the furnace (10). - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 6, wherein
the roller handling device (4) is designed for moving into a cavity of the roller (6) to be exchanged in the furnace (10) and for raising the roller (6) to be exchanged in the furnace (10) relative to a movable bearing (15). - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 7, comprising
a component support mechanism (26), in particular at least partially arranged in the interior of the housing (2), for supporting one of the components (50) in the furnace (10) during at least part of the exchange of the roller (6). - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to claim 8, wherein
the component support mechanism (26) comprises a pipe segment that can be moved into the furnace (10) and that is pivotable around the roller (6) to be exchanged in order to thusly support one of the components (50). - Roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 9,
wherein the roller handling device (4) is designed, after separating the roller (6) to be exchanged from a movable bearing (15) and from a fixed bearing (19) of the furnace (10) and after moving into a cavity of the roller (6) to be exchanged to transport the roller (6) to be exchanged out of the furnace (10), to transport into the interior of the housing (2) and storing therein. - Arrangement comprising:a roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 10;the furnace (10) for the thermal treatment of components (50).
- Method for changing a roller (6) of a multitude of rollers (6) of a furnace (10) for the thermal treatment of components (50), wherein the method comprises:forming a first protective gas atmosphere in a sealable housing (2) of a roller changing apparatus (1) according to one of the claims 1 to 10;removing the roller (6) to be exchanged from the furnace (10) with a roller handling device (4) of the roller changing apparatus (1) that is at least partially arranged in the housing (2),wherein the roller handling device (4) is movable at least partially out from the housing (2) through a lock in a wall of the housing (2) in order to handle the roller (6) to be exchanged,
installing a replacement roller (6) on the furnace (10) with the roller handling device (4);
wherein a high temperature and a second protective gas atmosphere are essentially maintained in the furnace (10) during the removal and during the installation. - Method according to claim 12, wherein a high temperature in the furnace (10) that lies in the range between 500°C and 1200°C is maintained during the exchange of the roller (6), and/ or
wherein prior to the removal of the roller (6) out of the furnace (10) a drive unit (17) is detached from a fixed bearing side of the furnace (10) and the roller (6) to be exchanged is forced off by means of a gas-tight screw.
