Le rouleau 8B présente une première face 2B partiellement recouverte d'adhésif et une seconde face 3B, ainsi que deux bandes d'adhésif 4B qui présentent chacune une première face 5B qui est collée sur la première face 2B du rouleau 8B et une seconde face 6B qui est revêtue d'un film de protection 7B.
    Les découpes D2 et D3 ont permis d'obtenir :
    • un deuxième revêtement intermédiaire partiellement recouvert d'adhésif 10B se présentant sous la forme d'un rouleau 8B. Le rouleau 8B comporte une première face 2B partiellement recouverte d'adhésif et une seconde face 3B, ainsi que deux bandes d'adhésif 4B qui présentent chacune une première face 5B qui est collée sur la première face 2B du rouleau 8B et une seconde face 6B qui est revêtue d'un film de protection 7B.

    La découpe D3 a permis aussi d'obtenir :
    • un deuxième revêtement d'extrémité partiellement recouvert d'adhésif 10A se présentant sous la forme d'un rouleau 8A. Le rouleau 8A comporte une première face 2A partiellement recouverte d'adhésif et une seconde face 3A, ainsi qu'une bande d'adhésif 4A qui présente une première face 5A qui est collée sur la première face 2A du rouleau 8A et une seconde face 6A qui est revêtue d'un film de protection 7A.

    Ainsi, à l'issue des découpes D1 à D3, on a obtenu :
    • deux revêtements d'extrémité partiellement recouverts d'adhésif 10A et
    • deux revêtements intermédiaires partiellement recouverts d'adhésif 10B.

Claims (11)

  1. A manufacturing method from a coating (8) which is in the form of a roller of a plurality of coatings (10A, 10B) each having a face (2A, 2B) partially covered with an adhesive along at least one of their longitudinal edges, said face (2A, 2B) is intended to come into contact with a support, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps:
    a) Having a coating (8) in the form of a roller with an unwinding direction;
    b) Unwinding the coating roller (8) according to said unwinding direction;
    c) Fixing, on a first face (2) of the coating (8) which is intended to come into contact with the support, at least one adhesive strip (4) according to said unwinding direction;
    d) Performing at least one cut (D1, D2, D3) according to said unwinding direction in the at least one adhesive strip (4) so as to obtain said plurality of coatings (10A, 10B), each of which faces (2A, 2B) intended to come into contact with the support is partially covered with adhesive (4A, 4B) along least one of their longitudinal edges, so that the adhesive is flush with the coatings and only the edges of the faces intended to come into contact with the support are provided with adhesive.
  2. The manufacturing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the coating roller (8) comprises at least one layer made from at least one material selected from the group constituted of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), natural or synthetic rubbers and linoleum.
  3. The manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that step c) is carried out by bonding at least one self-adhesive tape or at least one adhesive tape on the first face (2) of the coating roller (8).
  4. The manufacturing method according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that step c) is carried out by coating the first face (2) of the coating roller (8) with glue.
  5. The manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive strip (4) has a first face (5) intended to be fixed on the first face (2) of the coating roller (8) and a second face (6) intended to come into contact with the support and in that said second face (8) of the adhesive strip (4) is coated with a protective film (7).
  6. The manufacturing method according to claim 5, characterized in the protective film (7) is made of silicone-coated paper or of silicone-coated plastic material or of cellophane.
  7. The manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the coatings partially covered with adhesive (10A, 10B) obtained at the end of step d) are in the form of rollers with a width comprised between 0.2 m and 1 m.
  8. The manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the protective film (7) is in the form of a grippable tongue while being configured such that the width of the protective film is by 5% to 50% greater than the width of the adhesive strip (4) it protects.
  9. The manufacturing method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an additional step in which the coatings partially covered with adhesive (10A, 10B) are cut into slabs.
  10. A coating (10A, 10B) realized according to the manufacturing method as defined by one of claims 1-9 of which one of the two faces is intended to come into contact with a support, said coating (10A, 10B) being in the form of a roller having an unwinding direction, said roller being made of a material comprising at least PVC or linoleum, characterized in that the face of the roller intended to come into contact with the support is partially covered with adhesive and in that it includes at least one edge according to the unwinding direction which is covered with an adhesive, the adhesive being flush with the coating and only the edges of the face intended to come into contact with the support being provided with adhesive.
  11. A coating realized according to the manufacturing method as defined by one of claims 1-9 of which one of the two faces is intended to come contact with a support, said coating being in the form of a slab, said slab being made of a material comprising at least PVC or linoleum and is characterized in that the face of the slab intended to come in contact with the support is partially covered with adhesive and in that it includes at least one edge covered with an adhesive, the adhesive being flush with the coating and only the edges of the face intended to come into contact with the support being provided with adhesive.
