Claims (8)

  1. Eine Presse (P) für die reversible Zerlegung von Auto-Stoßdämpfern, umfassend:
    - einen pneumatischen Zylinder (1) mit einem relativ beweglichen Schaft (2), verbunden mit einem Ventil (3) zum Hereinlassen der Pressluft und mit einem Steuerpedal (4);
    - erste Spannmittel (5') mit Schubarmen (6), wobei besagte erste Spannmittel (5') gerillte Stützen (11) umfassen, die die Schubarme (6) tragen, wobei besagte gerillte Stützen (11) auf den entgegengesetzten Enden von umgeschlagenen Kanten (10) eines Körpers (9) der besagten ersten Spannmittel (5') eingehängt sind, und auf besagten Enden rotieren, und wobei besagte Schubarme (6) Befestigungshaken (12) umfassen, die mit ihnen eine Einheit bilden, die entweder an den oberen Spiralen der Federn der Auto-Stoßdämpfer oder an den oberen federtragenden Scheiben der besagten Stoßdämpfer befestigt werden können;
    - zweite Spannmittel (5") mit Schubarmen (6), wobei besagte zweite Spannmittel (5") gerillte Stützen (11) umfassen, die die Schubarme (6) tragen, wobei besagte gerillte Stützen (11) auf den entgegengesetzten Enden von umgeschlagenen Kanten (10) eines Körpers (9) der besagten zweiten Spannmittel (5") eingehängt sind, und auf besagten Enden rotieren, und wobei besagte Schubarme (6) Befestigungshaken (12) umfassen, die mit ihnen eine Einheit bilden, die entweder an den unteren Spiralen der Federn der Auto-Stoßdämpfer oder an den unteren federtragenden Scheiben der besagten Stoßdämpfer befestigt werden können;
    - Einstellmittel (20) zum Einstellen der unabhängigen vertikalen Neigung der Schubarme (6) der besagten ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5");
    wobei die Presse Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen einzelnen Befestigungshaken (13), der mit dem Körper (9) der besagten ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") eine Einheit bildet, die entweder an den oberen oder an den unteren Spiralen der Federn der Stoßdämpfer für Autos, oder an den oberen oder unteren federtragenden Scheiben der besagten Stoßdämpfer befestigt werden können;
    - Einstellmittel (15) zum Einstellen der symmetrischen horizontalen Öffnung der Schubarme (6) der besagten ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5"), geeignet, um die horizontale Öffnung von ihnen zu variieren, ohne ihr Zentrum jemals zu verändern;
    wobei besagte Einstellmittel (15) geeignet sind, die besagten Befestigungshaken (12, 13) konstant in reziproken Winkeln von etwa 120° angeordnet zu halten, um zu erlauben, dass der von besagten Armen (6) auf die Feder des an besagten Spannmitteln (5', 5") befestigten Stoßdämpfers ausgeübte Schub gleichmäßig verteilt wird, und um zu verhindern, dass sich besagte Feder seitlich neigt, was ihre korrekte Komprimierung verhindern könnte, und wobei besagte Einstellmittel (15, 20) den Einsatz der besagten Schubarme (6) auf die Federn und/oder federtragenden Scheiben der Auto-Stoßdämpfer mit unterschiedlicher Spiralförmigkeit, Bauform und Größe erlauben.
  2. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass der Körper (9) der ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") den Einsatz der ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") auf die Struktur der Presse (P), beziehungsweise auf den Schaft (2) des pneumatischen Zylinders (1) erlaubt.
  3. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Befestigungshaken (12, 13) auf Stiften (14) rotieren.
  4. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Befestigungshaken (12, 13) L-förmig sind und einen flachen Querschnitt besitzen.
  5. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Einstellmittel (15) zum Einstellen der horizontalen Öffnung der Schubarme (6) der ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") Schrauben (16) mit entgegengesetzten Doppelgewinden (17) umfassen, die durch ein Rad (18) angetrieben werden.
  6. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Schrauben (16) der Einstellmittel (15) mit Hebelsystemen (19) verbunden sind, geeignet, um die Bewegung der Doppelgewinden (17) auf die gerillten Stützen (11), die die Schubarme (6) der ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") tragen, zu verteilen.
  7. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Einstellmittel (20) zum Einstellen der vertikalen Neigung der Schubarme (6) der ersten und zweiten Spannmittel (5', 5") Knopfschrauben (21) umfassen.
  8. Eine Presse (P) gemäß Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass sie ein Schutzschild (7) umfasst, das mit einem Sicherheitsventil (8) verbunden ist, wobei besagtes Sicherheitsventil (8) geeignet ist, um den Druck der Druckluft zu begrenzen, die in den pneumatischen Zylinder (1) bis zur Aktivierung des besagten Schutzschilds (7) eingeführt wird.
