The object of the invention is to provide an improved delivery unit.

Advantageous embodiments of the present invention are specified by the subclaims.

The basic idea of the invention is the use of a dispensing unit for a kneadable mass comprising a wound into a roll band of kneadable mass consisting of at least two components and a dispenser having a holding possibility for the rotatable about an axis roller to a rotation of the roll a settlement of Bandes allow, and with a separating device for separating a developed portion of the tape.

As a kneadable mass can be used in particular a kneadable epoxy resin-based adhesive. Also conceivable may be polyurethane resin systems or radically curing resin systems. Such kneadable masses can be used, for example, in the construction sector as fixing compounds, in particular as an adhesive for anchoring elements. In addition, defects and holes can be repaired in a variety of materials. In general, such kneadable masses on at least two components by Kneading are mixed together, in particular to achieve a reaction to cure the mass.

Preferably, the kneadable composition in the present invention is designed as a band in such a way that the components to be kneaded together are next to or above each other or a combination thereof, in particular as coextrudate. Particularly preferably, the band over preferably its entire length in the section orthogonal to the longitudinal extent of the band always the same ratio of the components to each other in order to obtain a uniform composition of the mass.

In the present case, the tape is also wound up as a roll, for example to claim the smallest possible space for storage. It can be provided that between the individual layers of the rolled-up to a roll strip a release agent, in particular a chemical release agent and / or a release or cover foil is provided to prevent adhesion of a layer of the tape to an adjacent layer on the roll ,

In order to enable a simple storage of the role and in particular a simple removal possibility of the kneadable mass, a dispenser according to the invention is further provided. The dispenser is equipped with a mounting possibility that allows the inclusion of the role and also allows rotation of the roll to unwind the tape. For this purpose, in particular a rotation axis can be provided, to which the roller can be applied. It is also conceivable Providence a coil on which the tape is rolled up to provide the role, the coil can be inserted or clamped in such a way that secure fixation on the one hand, but on the other hand rotation of the coil and thus the scooter is possible , Accordingly, any part can be unwound by rotation of the roller.

To separate this section of the tape, the dispenser is equipped with a separating device. The separating device may preferably have cutting or lancing means in any desired shape, which makes it possible to ensure separation of the said section. In practice, a removal of the section can take place in such a way that the user exerts a pulling force on a projecting end of the strip, which results in a rotation of the roll and a unwinding of the strip from the roll. After providing a section of a desired length, the user can detach the same by moving the section in the direction of the separating device such that, for example, the quick or piercing means cut and / or pierce the strip. By kneading the severed Section, the user can then receive his finished and processed mass.

With the dispensing unit according to the invention, the user thus receives, for example, a supply of kneadable mass, wherein arbitrary portions can be removed at any time. On the one hand the dispenser provides a storage possibility of the kneadable mass, on the other hand the user is provided with a simple working medium to be able to separate any portion of kneadable mass from the supply.

In an advantageous development of the present invention, it is further provided that the dispenser has a substantially closed housing having a cavity for receiving the roller, wherein an output opening for removing a portion of the tape is provided, wherein in the region of the dispensing opening, the separating device is arranged. With such a dispenser, a particularly secure storage facility for the kneadable mass can be provided to protect, for example, the kneadable mass from environmental influences or contamination.

Another advantage is the equipment at least one side of the tape with a cover sheet, wherein the tape is wound into a roll and / or the separating device is arranged with respect to the unwound tape, that the separating device of the cover sheet of the tape or the piece of tape directly is disposed opposite to allow a direct engagement of the separating device in the cover sheet for separating a portion of the tape. In an advantageous development, at least one further covering film is provided which covers another side of the band extending in the direction of the unwound strip, that is to say in a withdrawal direction. It is also conceivable the use of a cover sheet on all in the removal direction extending sides.

In an advantageous development, the separating device may comprise a blade or a knife or one or more protruding domes. However, a dispensing unit is particularly preferably used, wherein the separating device of the dispenser has a multiplicity of cutting means, in particular cutting teeth, projecting in the removal direction of the band or the portion of the band and arranged side by side substantially transversely or orthogonally to the withdrawal direction. Preferably, the separating device is arranged substantially orthogonal to the removal direction of the tape. Preferably, the separating device is at least as wide as the tape to be unrolled, but particularly preferably wider, to allow a separation of a section.

Another advantage is the use of a severing device which has a cutting means in the form of at least one cutting tooth, which includes at least one tooth tip and at least one tooth root, wherein the cutting tooth also has a tooth height that exceeds the thickness of the cover sheet. Such a design of the separating device makes sense, in particular in such a configuration of the presentation unit, in which at least one side of the band is provided with a cover film, the band being wound into a roll in such a way and / or the separating device is arranged with respect to the unwound band, in that the separating device is arranged directly opposite the covering film of the band or of the part of the band, in order to allow a direct engagement of the separating device in the covering film for the separation of a section of the band. Preferably, the severing device is arranged here also substantially orthogonal to the unwinding direction of the belt. In addition, the severing device is preferably as wide as the strip to be unrolled in order to enable a separation of a section.
Said cutting tip can be the region of a cutting tooth closest to the opposite band or the opposite cover foil, wherein the tooth root can again be the part of a cutting tooth farthest from the opposite band or cover foil. The tooth height preferably represents the distance of the level of the tooth tip to the level of the tooth base.

Another advantage may be the equipment of the separating device with a cutting means in the form of at least one cutting tooth, wherein the cutting tooth has a tooth height which is at least half as long as the strength of the tape to ensure a separation of the unwound portion of the tape.

In an advantageous development, the separating device may have a cutting means in the form of at least one cutting tooth, wherein at least one tooth back is arched in order to ensure a separation of the unwound portion of the band.

FIG. 1 shows a side view of a dispensing unit 1 for a kneadable mass 18 consisting of two components. The same is contained in a dispenser 2 with a substantially closed housing 3. In this case, a portion 23 of a belt 22 of the kneadable mass 18 protrudes through a discharge opening 6 on a front side 7 of the housing 3. Within the housing 3, a present in the form of a belt 22 kneadable mass 18 is wound into a roll, not shown, which is rotatably mounted about a rotation axis 4 within the housing 3 to unwind the tape 22 kneadable mass 18 in a removal direction 24 and from to be able to remove the dispensing opening 6 of the dispenser 2. At the top of the band 22 of the kneadable mass 18 selbige is flat provided with a cover sheet 21, in particular to prevent adhesion of a layer of the kneadable mass 18 in the rolled state at an adjacent position. However, it may also prove useful to provide a further cover sheet on the opposite side of the belt 22 or to provide the belt 22 at all extending in the removal direction 24 sides by means of a cover sheet and in particular to protect against environmental influences.

FIG. 2 shows a sectional side view of the delivery unit 1 from FIG. 1 in which the substantially closed housing 3 with the discharge opening 6 on the front side 7 of the dispenser 2 can be clearly seen. The band 22 of kneadable mass 18 is rolled up on a spool 17 and is arranged as one within a cavity 5 delimited by the housing 3 Roll 16 provided. The roller 16 is arranged with its coil 17 about the rotation axis 4 for unwinding the belt 22 rotatably. In the example shown, the axis of rotation 4 is configured as a shaft rotatably connected to the housing 3, on which the, a corresponding bore having coil 17 has been pushed with the roller 16. For this purpose, the housing 3 is preferably openable, so that a replacement possibility of the roller 16 to provide a possibility for refilling the dispenser 2 is conceivable to run the unwound belt 22 in the direction of the discharge opening 6, a guide plate 8 is provided having a projecting tip 9. The guide plate 8 extends from a housing inner wall to the discharge opening 6 in the cavity 4 and allows a targeted guidance of the unwound belt 22 in the direction of discharge opening 6, in particular at partially unwound roll 16, wherein the same has a smaller outer diameter.

In the region of the dispensing opening 6, the dispenser 2 has a severing device in the form of a cutting blade 10 for severing a unwound portion 23 of the belt 22. The cutting blade 10 extends transversely or orthogonally to the removal direction 24 over the entire top of the belt 22, that is directly opposite to the cover sheet 21. While However, the unwinding operation of the belt 22, the cutting blade 10 is not necessarily in contact with the cover sheet 21 or the belt 22.

FIG. 3 shows a detailed view A of the delivery unit 1 from FIG. 2 , Here it can be seen that the discharge opening 6 is dimensioned such that a removal or withdrawal of the belt 22 from the discharge opening 6 at any time without contacting the cutting blade 10 is possible. Only when a user receives a desired section 23, the same can be separated by an intervention possibility of the cutting blade 22 in the cover sheet 21 and / or the band 22 of the rest of the band 22. The cutting blade 10 is formed in the embodiment shown as part of the housing 3 to the same and is made of the same material as the housing 3. Nevertheless, it may be conceivable to make the cutting blade of a different material, in particular of a metallic material and by a suitable fastening technology to connect the housing 3. The cutting blade 10 has a plurality of juxtaposed cutting teeth 11 in a row, the tooth tips 13 point in the direction of cover sheet 21 of the tape. In the dispensing unit 1 shown, a removal of a section 23 can take place, for example, as follows. The user engages the tape 22 to kneadable mass 18 at the projecting from the output port 6 section 23 and winds the tape 22 by exerting a tensile force on the portion 23 in the removal direction 24 until a portion 23 of the desired length is present. So then the user can the section 23 by an upward movement of the belt 22 in the direction of cutting blade 10 until the same engages the cover sheet 10 and optionally in the kneadable mass 18, separated by the cutting blade 10 from the belt 22.

FIG. 4 shows a section of a plan view of the front side 7 of the presentation unit FIG. 1 , Here, the band 22 or the portion 23 of the belt 22 can be seen in a plan view. The band 22 consists of two adjacent along its entire length strip of a first component 19 and a second component 18, of which the first component 19 comprises an uncured epoxy resin, the second component 20 in turn dispersed in a carrier, a means for curing the epoxy resin. Both components 19, 20 form the kneadable mass 18 and can be mixed together by kneading for a joint reaction of the reactive ingredients. The band 22 is covered at the top by the cover sheet 21. The cover film 21 extends over the entire width of the belt 22, that is, over both components 19, 20.

The above the belt 22 and arranged transversely across the belt 22 extending cutting blade 10 is wider than the belt 22 to an engagement of the cutting blade 10 in the belt 22 or the cover sheet 21 over the entire width and secure separation possibility to allow a section 23. The plurality of cutting teeth 11 of the cutting blade 10 arranged in a row can be seen. The regions of the cutting blade 10 closest to the cover foil 21 form the tooth tips 13 of the cutting teeth 11. The counterpart to this is formed by the tooth bases 14 furthest apart the cutting teeth 11 are formed such that a tooth height 15, so the distance between the level of a tooth root 14 to an adjacent tooth tip 13 orthogonal to the surface of the belt 22 and / or the cover sheet 21 exceeds the thickness of the cover sheet 21 to a simple and secure Abtrennmöglichkeit to allow a section 23. However, it may also be possible to provide all or some cutting teeth 11 having a said tooth height 15, which is at least half as long as the thickness of the belt 22 to ensure separation of the unwound portion 23 of the belt 22.
