Claims (11)

  1. Paraseismische Trennwand, umfassend Schienen (1, 2, 3, 4), Stützen (6) und Wandplatten (7), die an einem primären Gerüst und einem sekundären Gerüst angeordnet sind, bei dem
    - wobei das primäre Gerüst eine im Boden befestigte untere Schiene (1) und eine in einer Decke (3) befestigte obere Schiene (2), diese beiden Schienen im Wesentlichen horizontal sind, und andererseits zwei andere im Wesentlichen vertikale Schienen (4), diese beiden Schienen an einer der Wände (5) befestigt sind, umfasst und die Schienen (1, 2, 4) im Wesentlichen einen U-förmigen Querschnitt darstellen;
    - wobei das sekundäre Gerüst mehrere im Wesentlichen vertikale Stützen (6) mit einem im Wesentlichen C-förmigen Querschnitt umfasst, wobei diese Stützen einen kleineren Querschnitt als der Querschnitt der Schienen (1, 2, 4) des primären Gerüsts aufweisen und teilweise oder ganz in den Schienen (1, 2, 4) des primären Gerüsts untergebracht sind;
    - die Wandplatten (7) an den Stützen (6) des sekundären Gerüsts befestigt sind und vom primären Gerüst unabhängig sind.
  2. Paraseismische Trennwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das primäre Gerüst die Flügel der Stützen des sekundären Gerüsts ganz oder teilweise abdeckt.
  3. Paraseismische Trennwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schienen (1, 2) auf Trägern oder einem am Boden oder an der Decke befestigten Gerüst befestigt werden können.
  4. Paraseismische Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Raum am Umfang der Wandplatte umfasst.
  5. Paraseismische Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Dichtung (8) aus elastischem Material umfasst, wobei diese Dichtung sich im Raum am Umfang der Wandplatte (7) zwischen der Trägerstruktur der Wandplatte (7) befindet.
  6. Paraseismische Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten dieser Trennwand Platten auf der Basis eines hydraulischen Bindemittels sind.
  7. Paraseismische Trennwand nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten Gipsplatten sind.
  8. Paraseismische Trennwand nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Gipsplatten einen Gipskörper umfassen, der werkseitig zwischen zwei Blatt Papier gegossen wurde, die gleichzeitig seine Verblendung und seine Bewehrung bilden.
  9. Paraseismische Trennwand nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten dieser Trennwand Platten auf Zementbasis sind, wie etwa auf Basis von Portland-Zement, von als konform mit der Norm EN 197-1 beschriebenem Zement, von Zement des Calciumaluminattyps oder von Sulfoaluminatzement und ihren Mischungen.
  10. Paraseismische Trennwand nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Zementplatten auf der Basis von Calciumaluminatzementen wie Aluminatzementen oder Ciments Fondus® (Blitzzementen) oder Zementen, die mit der Norm NF EN 14647 konform sind, hergestellt sind.
  11. Paraseismische Trennwand nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wandplatten dieser Trennwand Platten auf der Basis von Portland-Zement allein oder gemischt mit anderen Zementen sind.
