- a corresponding loudspeaker 104 is provided on the passenger car 24, on the model railway building 26 and on the locomotive 28.
- a playback signal for playing a sound on the speaker 104 may be transmitted from the model train decoder 42. Sounds to be played can be stored, for example, in the memory element 98 or in a memory element (not shown) of the loudspeaker 104.
- Model path decoder 42 and display 52 may also be formed by an integrated device as shown in FIG. 5 is exemplified by an enclosure with dashed lines.
- the memory unit 60 of the respective display device 52 of the model railway article 20 stores images and / or image sequences that can be displayed on the respective display 58.
- the respective image content of the images and / or image sequences constitutes a physical section of the respective model web article 20.
- the model web article 20 can thereby be given a simulated physical shape using the display device 52, which would otherwise be mechanically reproduced. This makes it possible, in particular, to make otherwise existing physical sections of the model railway article 20 movable by images and / or image sequences which would otherwise be mechanically movable in the absence of the display device 52, which however is not possible or only insufficiently possible due to the small size of moving parts.
- the model railroad article 20, the game device 12, and the model railway system 10 can be given a great liveliness and a high play value.
- a replica of a model railroad article 20, for example, the passenger car 24, is also possible.
- the control member 92 On the basis of the signal of the sensor element 84, which is supplied via the sensor input 82, it can be determined by the control member 92 that the passenger car has stopped at the model platform 86. Thereupon, the control member 92 sends a corresponding control signal to the display device 52 via the control line 55, whereupon an image sequence stored in the memory unit 60 is displayed on the display 58.
- the image sequence is such that the image content represents the physical portion of the passenger car 24, showing how the door 106 is opened. Further, the image content represents how passengers 108 enter and exit through the open door 106 ( FIGS. 2b to 2d ). This corresponds to a game situation "stop at the platform as well as boarding and boarding of passengers", which corresponds to a life situation of the large-scale technical model.
- the sequence of images may further illustrate how the door 106 closes again, whereupon again transmitting a control signal, the static image in accordance with FIG. 2a is displayed, the image content again represents the game situation "door closed". This is preferably done before the train of locomotive 22 and passenger car 24 moves again and leaves the model platform 86.
- the triggering of the moving image sequence for opening the door, getting in and out of the passengers and closing the door can also take place on the basis of the signal of the reed contact 89. Its signal can be transmitted to the control unit 14 and processed by the latter. Then, a control command directed to the model train decoder 42 of the locomotive 22 can be transmitted by the control unit 14, which control signal comprises a triggering signal. Based on this, the controller 92 solves a change of the static image according to FIG FIG. 2a in the sequence according to the FIGS. 2b to 2d by providing a corresponding control signal.
- a possible time offset when changing between images or image sequences and / or the duration of a respective image sequence can, for example, using the timing signal of the timer 94 are controlled by the control member 92. Furthermore, it is conceivable that based on the random signal of the random member 96, the image sequence shown on the display 58 in accordance with FIGS. 2b to 2d is loaded and displayed randomly from the memory unit 60. Thus, a plurality of different image sequences can be stored, in each case the door 106 and passengers 108 and get off, the respective image sequence is randomly selected to allow a further increase in the game value.
- the images and image sequences of the display 58 can be accompanied by sounds that are played by the speaker 104 of the passenger car 24 under control of the model train decoder 42 based on a playback signal.
- one of the actuating elements 34 of the control unit 14 can be actuated by a user.
- the respective actuating element 34 may be assigned an actuating signal which is linked to an image and / or an image sequence in the memory unit 60.
- a control command is sent to the model path decoder 42, which comprises an actuation signal which can be processed by the control element 92 for displaying the respective associated image and / or the respective assigned image sequence. This allows a user-controlled display of images and / or image sequences while entering a user command.
- a triggering signal such as an actuation signal by actuating an actuating element 34, a sensor signal via the sensor input 82 and 83, a time signal or a random signal

If the roller shutter 116 is lowered and the window 112 is concealed, an image showing the roller shutter 116 in the closed state can be displayed in a further game situation.
- the game situations are initially “day, shutter open”, “shutters close” and “night, shutters closed”.
- trigger signals are in particular actuation signals, by actuation of one of the actuators 34 on the control unit 14 by a user, or time signals of the timer 94.
- the image content underpinning sounds on the speaker 104 can be played.
- the images and / or image sequences represent a physical portion of the same and give it a high level of detail, without the model railroad building 26 mobile mechanical sections need to be present.
- the inclusion of a person 114 increases the liveliness of the game device 12 and thus the play value of the model railway system 10 considerably, as also by including the passengers 108 in the case of the passenger car 24th

- the images and / or image sequences include in particular image content that is joy ( FIG. 4a ), Astonishment or effort ( FIG. 4b ) and exhaustion ( Figure 4c ). These can be static images or moving image sequences, so that the face 118, and thus the locomotive 28, can even be given an appealing facial expressions.
- the control member 92 of the model railway decoder 42 trigger signals are transmitted, for example by pressing one of the actuators 34. Further, in the case of the locomotive 28 in particular a randomly controlled change of the image and / or the image sequence due to a random signal by the random member 96 possible.
- the sensor signal provided at the sensor input 83 is evaluated as to whether the locomotive 22 is operated under a lower load or a high load. If, for example, a low load is determined by the control member 92, an image and / or an image sequence can be displayed which shows a pleased face 118 ( FIG. 4a ). An astonished or strained face ( FIG. 4b ) is displayed, for example, when the locomotive 28 is under heavy load.
- FIG. 4c An exhausted face ( Figure 4c ) is shown, for example, when it is determined from the control member 92 based on the sensor signal that a fictitious, playful coal reserve of the locomotive 28 has been used up. As a result, the user can be advised, for example, to take a break from playing or to fill up the fictitious coal stock. An underpainting of the different images and / or image sequences is possible by playing a corresponding sound through the speakers 104 of the locomotive 28.
