Claims (12)

  1. Distribution device (1) for distributing a liquid to pasty product (2) by a manual dosing pump (5) operating at low pressure and equipped with an end closing system intended to be placed at the open end (3) of a rigid or flexible container (4) enclosing the product (2) to be distributed according to a predetermined quantity, said pump (5) comprising:
    - a base element (6) added to the container (4),
    - bellows (9) elastically deformable defining a dosing chamber (10) disposed in conjunction with
    - a pushbutton (7) telescopically mounted on the base element (6), comprising
    - an end closing system ensuring the operation of said pump and consisting of:
    - a lower non-return valve (11) in conjunction with the base element (6) allowing the product (2) to pass to
    - a dosing chamber (10) consisting of the bellows (9) elastically deformable and of variable volume communicating with
    - an upper non-return valve (14) comprised consecutively by: a blanking device (16) blanking the conduit (13) of the spout (8) ensuring the closing of the end, a membrane (15) elastically deformable liable to be loaded in deformation by the product (2) during the operation of the pump (5) allowing the blanking device (16) to be opened, an auxiliary return element (17) adapted to low pressures causing the closing of the blanking device (16) and a hermetically sealed tank (18),
    characterised in that the elastically deformable membrane (15) is associated with a tank (18) that it hermetically closes and inside which is axially disposed the auxiliary return element (17), in permanent conjunction with the membrane (15) and comprising two stages (19,20) elastically deformable according to different characteristics, the first stage (19) maintaining a permanent return force of predetermined value against said membrane (15) and, consequently, on the blanking device (16) of the conduit (13) of the spout (8), the second stage (20) being inserted between the first stage (19) and the bottom (21) of the tank (18) and maintaining a return force higher than that of the first stage (19), acting only when the membrane (15) is loaded or vice versa.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first and second stages (19,20) have different characteristics and different geometries.
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first and second stages (19,20) have different characteristics but identical geometries.
  4. Device according to claims 2 and 3, characterised in that the first and second stages (19,20) forming the auxiliary return element (17) come from a central core (22), the first stage (19) extending radially around it presenting first an elastically articulated inner peripheral area (23), near to the core (22), extended by an outer peripheral area (24) bearing on the inner wall (25) of the tank (18), the second stage (20) extending axially from the same central core (22), forming a bell where the inner peripheral area (26) close to the core (22) comprises an elastic articulation extended by an outer peripheral area (27) bearing on the base (21) of the tank (18) and liable to also bear on the inner wall (28) of the tank when the membrane (15) is loaded.
  5. Device according to claim 4, characterised in that the outer peripheral areas (24,27) of the first and second stages (19,20) of the auxiliary return element (17) extending their inner peripheral areas (23,26) are continuous.
  6. Device according to claim 4, characterised in that the outer peripheral areas (24,27) of the first and second stages (19,20) of the auxiliary return element (17) extending their inner peripheral areas (23,26) form articulation arms.
  7. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the auxiliary return element (17) consisting of the first and second stages (19,20) is made as a single part by the moulding of an elastomer thermoplastic (ETP) or a vulcanised thermoplastic (VTP) material.
  8. Device according one of the claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the elastically deformable membrane (15) and its blanking device (16) forming a part of the upper valve (14) are made as a single part by the moulding of an elastomer thermoplastic (ETP) or a vulcanised thermoplastic (VTP) material.
  9. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the blanking device (16) of the elastically deformable membrane (15) forming a part of the upper valve (14) is reinforced by a rigid inner core (29) leading from said membrane (15) and mechanically linked with the first stage (19) of the auxiliary return element (17).
  10. Device according to claim 9, characterised in that the elastically deformable membrane (15) and its blanking device (16) forming a part of the upper valve (14) and the inner rigid core (29) are obtained by bi-material injection.
  11. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the elastically deformable membrane (15) forming a part of the upper valve (14) is maintained clamped against the tank (18), between a shoulder (30) of the pushbutton (7) and a peripheral area (31) of said tank (18).
  12. Device according to one of the claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the material comprising the pushbutton (7), the elastically deformable membrane (15), the elastically deformable bellows (9), the lower valve (11) and the base element (6) comprises antibacterial agents.
