DISPOSITIF DE DISTRIBUTION D'UN PRODUIT LIQUIDE A PATEUX PAR UNE POMPE DE DOSAGE ENTIEREMENT ETANCHE DESCRIPTION Domaine technique La présente invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'un produit liquide à pâteux destiné à être mis en place à l'extrémité ouverte d'un contenant rigide et constitué par une pompe manuelle de dosage permettant la délivrance d'une quantité prédéterminée de produit à distribuer. Etat de la technique La problématique à résoudre pour ce type de dispositif est liée à la tendance du marché de la cosmétique, qui impose de limiter les conservateurs dans les produits cosmétiques, notamment concernant les parabènes. Pour ce faire, il est connu à l'heure actuelle différentes solutions intervenant sur les paramètres suivants : - la formulation de la crème cosmétique, - la conception de l'emballage, - la méthode de remplissage. Quatre actions sont envisageables concernant la formulation de la crème cosmétique. - La formulation de la crème proprement dite, qui peut intégrer des conservateurs différents des parabènes, selon une liste normalisée. De manière à s'affranchir de ces problèmes, plusieurs solutions existent à l'heure actuelle concernant la conception de l'emballage pour réduire les conservateurs dans les crèmes cosmétiques : - Les emballages avec reprise d'air munis d'une pompe de distribution ; mais ces emballages ne sont pas performants et nécessitent néanmoins de garder un taux élevé de conservateurs pour avoir une protection efficace. - Les emballages sans reprise d'air (type Airless) à piston ; mais le film résiduel de crème laissé contre les parois du tube lors du déplacement du piston est exposé fortement à une contamination bactérienne pouvant proliférer à l'intérieur de l'emballage et contaminer ainsi la crème, si celle-ci n'est pas protégée par des conservateurs et les pompes pour ce type d'emballage n'assurent pas la fermeture intégrale de la pompe au niveau de son bec de distribution. - Les emballages rigides sans reprise d'air (type Airless) à poche collapsable, dont le volume de la poche varie en fonction des prélèvements, sans déplacement de pièces mécaniques ; mais les pompes pour ce type d'emballage n'assurent pas la fermeture intégrale de la pompe au niveau de son bec de distribution, comme connu notamment par les brevets français N° 0702965 et N° 0951737 déposés par la demanderesse. - Les emballages rigides sans reprise d'air (type Airless) à poche collapsable et fermeture d'extrémité ; mais dans les emballages connus de ce type, l'inconvénient majeur réside dans la complexité du système et dans le nombre de pièces du système, dont certaines métalliques et donc difficilement recyclables. Description de l'invention Le but de la présente invention est de remédier à l'ensemble de ces inconvénients. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution d'un produit liquide à pâteux destiné à être mis en place à l'extrémité ouverte d'un contenant rigide et constitué par une pompe manuelle de dosage permettant la délivrance d'une quantité prédéterminée de produit à distribuer, du type comprenant : - un élément de base destiné à être mis en place sur le contenant par son extrémité inférieure par un moyen d'accroche ou d'adhésion tel que clipsage, vissage, sertissage ou collage ; - un bouton poussoir muni d'un bec de distribution monté télescopiquement à la partie supérieure de l'élément de base et susceptible d'agir en pompage par rapport à ce dernier, à l'encontre d'un organe de rappel constitué par - un soufflet élastiquement deformable assurant la liaison étanche entre d'une part une chambre interne de l'élément de base, ouverte vers le contenant pour permettre le passage du produit au travers d'une ouverture, et d'autre part, à son extrémité supérieure, une chambre interne du bouton poussoir dans laquelle débouche un orifice du bec de distribution, associé à des moyens d'ouverture-fermeture, caractérisé en ce que ces moyens d'ouverture-fermeture sont constitués par un obturateur rapporté à une partie supérieure ouverte du bec de distribution et présentant une partie d'extrémité supérieure élastiquement deformable formant clapet, complémentaire à une partie inférieure non deformable de l'orifice de sortie du bec, de manière à ce que ledit clapet assure l'étanchéité lorsqu'il est statique ou soit soulevé lors d'une expulsion de produit par pression manuelle sur le bouton poussoir. La présente invention concerne également les caractéristiques qui ressortiront au cours de la description qui va suivre, et qui devront être considérées isolément ou selon toutes leurs combinaisons techniques possibles. Cette description donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif, fera mieux comprendre comment l'invention peut être réalisée en référence aux dessins annexés sur lesquels : Brève description des figures - Les figures 1 et 2 représentent une vue en coupe longitudinale d'une pompe de distribution selon l'invention, disposée sur un contenant d'un produit à distribuer, respectivement avant utilisation et pendant l'utilisation. - La figure 3 représente, en perspective éclatée et à échelle agrandie, l'obturateur constituant les moyens d'ouverture-fermeture de l'orifice du bec de distribution, selon l'invention. - La figure 4 représente, en perspective et selon une coupe médiane axiale, l'obturateur selon la figure 3, après assemblage, sur le bec de distribution du bouton-poussoir. - Les figures 5 et 6 représentent des vues frontales, à échelle agrandie, de l'extrémité de l'orifice du bec de distribution, associé à l'obturateur selon l'invention, respectivement avant et pendant utilisation.
