Claims (9)
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten, umfassend einen starren Rahmen (21), der mit Gleitführungselementen für den Ladenvorhang ausgestattet ist, der Leisten (24) mit Schließstopfen (25) umfassen, die in die Enden eingeführt sind, und wobei der starre Rahmen (21) mit zwei Führungskanälen (23) ausgestattet ist, in denen die Bewegungsmechanismuskomponenten (48) laufen und sich in der vertikalen und Winkelrichtung der Leisten (24) bewegen, wobei der Mechanismus dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass er Verbindungen (49) umfasst, die miteinander durch Scharnierelemente verbunden sind, wobei die Verbindungen (49) auf den Mechanismus zum automatischen und gleichzeitigen Bewegen jedes Stopfens (25) in der vertikalen und Winkelrichtung der Leisten (24) einwirken und ein Sperrelement (39) aufweisen, das innerhalb des Führungskanals (23) befestigt ist und verhindert, dass die Leisten (24) in die offene Position drehen, und wobei das Sperrelement (39) innerhalb des Führungskanals (23) in einer Position befestigt ist, die einem vorstehenden Element (60) entspricht, das durch eine Schraube (61) am Ende eines Zapfens (47) eines Arms (44) gesperrt ist, an dem die erste obere Verbindung (49) des Bewegungsmechanismus (48) dreht, und wobei das Sperrelement (39) die Drehung der Leisten (24) dank einem Endprofil (55) und einer Spezialleiste (56) verhindert, und wobei das Endprofil (55) eine "U"-Form aufweist, in dem die letzte untere, nicht kippende Leiste (56) des Ladenvorhangs eingeführt ist, und außerdem dank den zwei Enden des Profils (55), die mit einem Stopfen (57) ausgestattet sind, der eine Öffnung umfasst, die vertikales Gleiten bezüglich eines zusätzlichen Stopfens (38) zusammen mit dem Endprofil (55) ermöglicht, das vertikal bezüglich der letzten unteren, nicht kippenden Leiste (56) läuft, und die die Drehung der letzten unteren Kippleiste und aller restlichen Leisten verhindern, die mechanisch mit dem Mechanismus (48) verbunden sind, wenn das Profil (56) in den oberen Bereich des Profils (55) eingeführt ist, und die Drehung aller der Leisten zulässt, wenn das Profil (56) das untere Teil des Profils (55) erreicht, wodurch es dem vorstehenden Element (60) ermöglicht ist, über das Sperrelement (39) zu laufen.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten gemäß dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Schließelement (25) vorstehende Elemente (26) aufweist, die in entsprechende Hohlräume (27) der Leiste (24) und eines entsprechenden Stützsitzes (28) der Leiste eingeführt sind, welcher am Umfang durch erhöhte Oberflächen (29) definiert ist, die bezüglich des Stützsitzes erhöht sind und eine Geometrie aufweisen, die der äußeren Geometrie der Leiste entspricht, und außerdem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Stopfen (25) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Leiste einen ersten Zapfen (30), um den der Stopfen dreht, und einen zweiten Zapfen (31) aufweist, der mit dem ersten Zapfen (30) zum Übertragen der Drehbewegung des Bewegungsmechanismus auf den Stopfen und die Leiste zusammenwirkt, die mit dem Stopfen verbunden ist; wobei nahe derselben Seite eine kreisförmige Nut (32) und zwei Vorsprünge (33, 34) vorliegen, die, wenn die Leisten geschlossen sind, die Funktion des Verhinderns des Eintretens von Licht aufweisen.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur des Leistenvorhangs entlang der Leistenstopfen Stützkomponenten (35) aufweist, die ein Durchgangsloch (36), in das der Zapfen (30) des Leistenstopfens (25) eingeführt ist, und einen halbkreisförmigen Durchgangsschlitz (37) aufweisen, der breit genug zum Ermöglichen der vollen Drehung des zweiten Zapfens (31) des Leistenstopfens (25) in der Ausrichtungsbewegung des Stopfens und seiner Leiste ist.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützkomponenten (35) an der Seite des Leistenstopfens (25) befindlich Elemente aufweisen, die zum Schützen gegen den Lichteintritt gestaltet sind und zwei Vorsprünge (38, 39), die, wenn die Leisten geschlossen sind, an die entsprechenden Vorsprünge (33, 34) anschlagen, die am leistenstopfen (25) vorhanden sind, und einen halbkreisförmigen Vorsprung (32) umfassen, der in die kreisförmige Nut (32) des Leistenstopfens eingeführt ist, und wobei die Stützkomponenten (35) miteinander mit gelenkigen Verbindungen miteinander verbunden sind, wodurch sie eine richtige Kette umfassen, die jede an den gegenüberliegenden Enden der Leisten vorhanden sind, um alle die Leisten miteinander zu verbinden und dadurch die Ladenvorhangstruktur zu schaffen; wobei die gelenkigen Verbindungen zwischen den verschiedenen Komponenten einen Zapfen (41) umfassen, der sich am oberen Teil der Stütze (35) befindet und in ein Loch (42) eingeführt ist, das sich am unteren Teil der Stütze befindet, wobei eine Schraube (43) im Loch im Zapfen (41) verhindert, dass sich die mehreren Stützen voneinander lösen.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Arm (44) aufweist, der an den zwei Zapfen (30, 31) des Leistenstopfens (25) von der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Leiste und nach dem Einführen des Leistenstopfens in die Kettenstütze (35) eingeführt ist, und wobei der Arm (44) eine Aussparung (45) aufweist, die zum Vorsehen eines Sitzes für das Endteil des Zapfens (30) des Leistenstopfens gestaltet und geeignet geformt ist, welcher eine zur Aussparung komplementäre Form aufweist, wobei der zweite Zapfen (31) des Leistenstopfens (25) in dem kreisförmigen Sitz (46) sitzt, der sich auf derselben Seite wie die Aussparung (45) befindet und zusammen mit dem Drehzapfen (30) zum Übertragen der Drehbewegung des Leistenstopfens auf den leistenstopfen (25) und die Leiste (24) wirkt, mit der er verbunden ist; wobei am anderen Ende und auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Arms (44) zur geformten Aussparung (45) ein Bohrzapfen (47) vorhanden ist, der in ein entsprechendes Loch einer Komponente des Bewegungsmechanismus (48) eingeführt ist, die Verbindungen, vorzugsweise aus Metall, umfasst, welche miteinander durch gelenkige Elemente verbunden sind; wobei die individuellen Verbindungen (49) miteinander durch Einführen des Zapfens (47) des Arms (44) in die Löcher (50) an den Enden von jeder Verbindung (49) und anschließendes Befestigen der Verbindungen mit einer Schraube (51) verbunden sind; wobei der Zapfen (47) einen metallischen Buchseneinsatz (52) aufweist, der zum Verhindern von Verschleiß des Zapfens (47) vorgesehen ist, welcher aus der Drehung der Metallverbindungen (49) resultiert, und wobei der Mechanismus mechanisch mit dem Rollrohr verbunden ist und dort durch besondere Endverbindungen (49') befestigt ist, die Komponenten aufweisen, welche am Rollrohr befestigt sind.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen (49, 49') des Mechanismus eine bogenförmige Form aufweisen, d.h. dass sie Formen und Verbindungselemente aufweisen, die zum Umwandeln der Drehbewegung des Rollrohrs in eine querlaufende Bewegung des Bewegungsmechanismus (48) imstande sind, der seinerseits die Bewegung auf alle die Arme (44) zur gleichen Zeit wie das Drehen aller der Leistenstopfen (25) und zugehörigen Leisten (24) des Ladenvorhangs überträgt.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ladenvorhang Leisten (24), leistenstopfen (25), Stützkomponenten (35), die die Kette ausbilden, Arme (44) und den Bewegungsmechanismus (48) umfasst, wobei der Ladenvorhang auf das Rollrohr gerollt und davon abgerollt werden kann, das seinerseits mit jeglicher Energiequelle verbunden ist, wie etwa einem Elektromotor oder einer mechanischen Vorrichtung wie etwa bekannten Antriebsscheiben, und wobei eine Verbindung zwischen den Leisten (24) und den zugehörigen Leistenstopfen (25) vorliegt, die eine Schraube (53) umfasst, welche in das Loch des Zapfens (30) des Leistenstopfens (24) eingeführt ist.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gebrauch eines Endprofils (55) notwendig ist, zusammen mit anderen Komponenten, um zu verhindern, dass sich die Leisten (24) in die offene Position drehen, wenn der Ladenvorhang vollständig abgesenkt ist und die Leisten in der geschlossenen Position sind, und wobei das Endprofil eine "U"-Form aufweist und innen die letzte untere Leiste (56) enthält, die nicht kippend ist und eine unterschiedliche Form zu den Kippleisten (24) aufweist, und wobei die zwei Enden des Endprofils (55) mit einem Stopfen (57) ausgestattet sind, der eine Öffnung aufweist, die es ihm ermöglicht, vertikal bezüglich des zusätzlichen Stopfens (38) zusammen mit dem Endprofil (55) zu laufen, das vertikal bezüglich der letzten unteren, nicht kippenden Leiste (56) läuft, und dass alle die Kippleisten (24) an den Armen (44) angebracht sind, die ihrerseits am Bewegungsmechanismus (48) angebracht sind, sodass, wenn verhindert ist, dass eine der Leisten dreht, ebenfalls verhindert ist, dass alle die restlichen Leisten drehen.
- Rollladen (20) mit Kippleisten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System zum Sperren der ersten oberen Kippleiste (24) außerdem für alle die Kippleisten benutzt sein kann, um den Widerstandsgrad des Ladenvorhangs gegen jegliches versuchte Eindringen zu erhöhen.
