Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotary wing fitting, in particular for swing doors. Furthermore, the invention relates to a shower enclosure, comprising the rotary wing fitting.
Turntable fittings are used to pivotally connect a door leaf to a frame or adjacent wall. For swing doors, the door can be pivoted from its closed position in both directions. The prior art knows different methods for locking the door leaf in certain angular positions, for example in the open or in the closed position.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a rotary wing fitting that allows low-cost production and easy installation a low-maintenance operation.
- (1) Thus, the object is achieved by a rotary wing fitting, in particular for swing doors, comprising a first fitting device with a support element. The first fitting device can be fastened to a frame or wall. Furthermore, the rotary wing fitting comprises an axle device and a second fitting device. The axle device is rotatably arranged in the support element about a rotation axis. Furthermore, the axle device is non-rotatably connected to the second fitting device. The second fitting device in turn can be fastened to a door leaf. The support element has at least a first support outer surface. The first bearing outer surface is defined parallel to the closed door leaf. Especially with the swing door There is a first support outer surface on both sides of the door leaf. The support element has a second support outer surface. The second support outer surface is defined parallel to the opened door leaf. In a swing door, which is pivotable from its closed state in both directions by 90 °, the second support outer surface is perpendicular to the two first bearing outer surfaces. Accordingly, the support element is block-shaped. The second fitting device has at least a first fitting outer surface. In the case of the swing door, there is again a first outer fitting surface on both sides of the door leaf. The fitting outer surface is defined parallel to the door. According to the invention, when the door leaf is closed, the first bearing outer surface terminates flush with the first outer fitting surface. In particular, it is provided that in each case the first support outer surface is flush with the first outer fitting surface on both sides of the door leaf. In the open state of the door leaf, the second support outer surface is flush with the first outer fitting surface.
Both in the open and in the closed state of the door a flush transition between the second fitting device and the support element is possible. As a result, the gaps between the second fitting device and the support element can be as small as possible, whereby a relatively tight seal is possible, penetrates the least possible water and the least possible contamination. In addition, the flush surfaces form an easy-to-clean surface, as can be wiped in a train on the outer fitting surfaces and the bearing outer surfaces. Due to the fact that the outer fitting surfaces and the outer bearing surfaces are flush with each other, no dirt is pushed against a protruding edge when cleaning the rotary wing fitting. The flush completion of the fitting outer surfaces and support outer surfaces thus prevents contamination of the axle device. - (2) It is preferably provided that the second fitting device has a second fitting outer surface. This is defined perpendicular to the door leaf. Prefers closes the second fitting outer surface flush with an end face of the door leaf. The second fitting outer surface and the front side of the door leaf are in the closed state of the door leaf of the frame or the wall and thus facing the first fitting device. When the door leaf is open, the first support outer surface is flush with the second outer fitting surface. In the open state of the door leaf, for example, when pivoting through 90 °, there are thus two mutually angled total surfaces: Firstly, the first Baschlagaußenfläche with the second support outer surface forms a flush conclusion. Furthermore, the second outer fitting surface with the first outer bearing surface forms a flush surface.
- (3) Depending on the position of the support element or the axis of rotation, a depth of engagement is defined. The axis of rotation is spaced from the second fitting outer surface around the fitting depth. The support element has a support width. The support width is measured at the second support outer surface perpendicular to the axis of rotation. Thus, the support width is defined perpendicular to the closed door leaf. The depth of engagement is the same, as half of the bearing width. As a result, in the opened state of the door leaf, the second fitting outer surface terminates flush with the first support outer surface. Furthermore, a clear support depth is preferably defined on the support element. The clear support depth extends perpendicular to the axis of rotation and defines how far the support element protrudes from other components of the first fitting device. This clear bearing depth is just as large as the bearing width and, accordingly, twice as large as the depth of the fitting.
- (4) The second fitting device has a fitting width in the mounted state. The fitting width is defined perpendicular to the axis of rotation and perpendicular to the door leaf. In particular, the fitting width is measured through the axis of rotation. The fitting width defines the distance between the two opposite first outer fitting surfaces. Thus, the fitting width is at least determined by the thickness of the door leaf, the base plate and the clamping plate of the second fitting device. If covers on the Base plate and / or clamping plate are used, as well as the strengths of the covers affect the fitting width. It is preferably provided that the support width is the same size as the fitting width.
- (5) It is preferably provided that the at least one first support outer surface and / or the second support outer surface and / or the at least one first outer fitting surface and / or the second outer fitting surface constitute a flat surface parallel to the axis of rotation.
- (6) A plurality of gaps are formed between the support member and the second fitting device At each of these gaps, there are edges of the support outer surfaces and the fitting outer surfaces. These edges are as sharp as possible to achieve very small gaps. This prevents, for example, when cleaning the rotary wing fitting, that dirt is pushed into the column. At the same time a possible watertight completion of the column is possible. The edges therefore have either a 90 ° angle or only a very small radius or only a very small chamfer. In particular, it is provided that the radius is between 0 and 7 mm. The chamfer width is preferably between 0 and 7 mm.
- (7) It is particularly preferred that the radius of the rounding is 0 to 5 mm, particularly preferably 0 to 4 mm. The chamfer width of the chamfer is preferably 0 to 5 mm, particularly preferably 0 to 4 mm.
- (8) The second fitting device preferably includes a base plate and a clamping plate. Between the base plate (first fitting half) and the clamping plate (second fitting half) of the door leaf, in particular made of glass, is clamped. The second fitting device is U-shaped and thus has two opposite legs. Between these two legs is preferably the support element. The two legs thus encompass the support element. The door itself is advantageously recessed in the area between the two legs, so that here the support element Takes place. The support element is advantageously designed block-shaped.
- (9) The second fitting device preferably comprises a clamping arrangement for the rotationally fixed reception of the axle device and for the angular adjustment of the door leaf relative to the axle device. The axle device can be locked in certain angular positions. To set the zero position of the door, it requires the angle adjustment between the door leaf and axle. According to the invention, the clamping arrangement is designed for exclusively non-positive clamping of the axle device. So there are no screws that act directly on the axle and thus press into the axle. These depressed screws form a dent in the axle device and would clamp the axle device at least partially positively. This disadvantageous form-fitting clamping with pressed-in screws can not subsequently be fine-tuned, since the screw always slides into the old dent.
- (10) It is preferably provided that the clamping arrangement comprises at least one hole in the second fitting device, wherein in the hole the axle device inserted, and wherein the diameter of the hole for clamping the axle device is reducible.
- (11) In particular, it is provided that the clamping arrangement comprises a slot and an adjusting screw, wherein the hole merges into the slot, and wherein the adjusting screw for squeezing the slot and thus for clamping the axle device is formed in the hole. The hole in the second fitting device merges into the slot. This means that the lateral surface of the hole is broken at one point and thereby merges into the slot. The slot preferably extends perpendicular to the axis of rotation. In particular, the slot is open at the top and bottom. The squeezing of the gap results in a reduction of the diameter of the hole, whereby the axle device, in particular a bolt of the axle device, is clamped in the hole. Through a round design of the hole and the bolt is a stepless Angle adjustment between the door and the axle possible. Advantageously, the adjusting screw extends perpendicular to the axis of rotation and is spaced from the axis of rotation.
- (12) It is preferably provided that the second fitting device has a clamping arrangement on both sides of the support element. Thus, a clamping arrangement is preferably located in each leg of the second fitting device.
- (13) Preferably, a spring-loaded plunger is provided, which bears against the axle device. The axle device has at least one plane surface. The ram is located directly on this flat surface. As a result, the door is locked in a certain angular position. The plane surface is preferably parallel to the axis of rotation or is only slightly inclined relative to the axis of rotation. When the door leaf is actuated, the plane surface is twisted together with the door leaf. As a result, the plane surface presses against the adjacent plunger. The plunger is spring-loaded, whereby a certain resistance has to be overcome when the door leaf is actuated from the locked angular position. According to the invention the plunger is used for locking the door leaf, which rests on the flat surface. This arrangement is very insensitive to wear and contamination. In the event of contamination, for example limescale deposits on the ram or on the flat surface, the function of the lock is only insignificantly influenced. By the movement of the door any contamination on the flat surface is removed by the plunger. The concern of the plunger on the flat surface allows a relatively large contact surface between the flat surface and the plunger, whereby the surface pressure is reduced and thus abrasion on the flat surface or on the plunger can be largely avoided. Even with some abrasion on the flat surface and / or on the plunger, the lock continues to function.
- (14) It is preferably provided that the axle device has a pin which is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the second fitting device and a lifting cam element includes. The bolt is rotatably in the Hubkurvenelement. The Hubkurvenelement is preferably designed as a cuff. At the Hubkurvenelement the at least one flat surface is formed. Accordingly, the plunger is located on the Hubkurvenelement. The bolt including Hubkurvenelement can also be manufactured as a one-piece component.
At the axle device, a lateral surface is defined. In particular, this lateral surface is defined on the Hubkurvenelement. The lateral surface is in particular parallel to the axis of rotation. A circumferential direction is defined around the axis of rotation. Along the circumferential direction, the lateral surface is subdivided into the already mentioned planar surface and into at least one further surface. Depending on the angular position of the door leaf, the tappet rests either against the flat surface or at one of the further surfaces. The other surfaces can also be flat or round. The use of multiple planar surfaces allows the door leaf to be locked at various angular positions. A round surface allows a very easy movement of the door leaf, since the spring-loaded plunger can be pressed relatively well through the round surface. The round surface can also be called a convex surface.
Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the plunger is at least partially disposed in the support element. In particular, the plunger is completely in the support element. As a result, a compact design of the rotary wing fitting is possible.
At the plunger a head surface is defined. This head surface is applied to the axle device. It is preferably provided that this head surface is flat. The planar head surface particularly preferably has an area of at least 0.25 cm 2 . With these at least 0.25 cm 2 , the top surface is completely on the flat surface of the axle device. Accordingly, the planar surface of the axle device is at least as large as the top surface of the plunger. Due to the sufficiently large areas a correspondingly low surface pressure and low wear is possible.
Alternatively, it is preferably provided that the head surface of the plunger is formed spherical or arcuate. The top surface of the plunger is thus convex. It is particularly preferred that the spherical or curved shape of the head surface has a radius of at least 5 mm. Due to the correspondingly large spherical or curved shape it is ensured that the plunger does not deform the plane surface on the axle device.
- (15) The invention further includes a shower enclosure. The shower enclosure comprises at least one rotary wing fitting, as just described, and a door leaf. The door is preferably a frameless glass plate. The second fitting device is attached to the door leaf. The first fitting device is preferably attached to a wall, wherein in the shower enclosure, this wall may also be a glass wall. Especially with swing door fittings for shower enclosures, it is important that the locking of the door leaf is not influenced by contamination, such as limescale. On the flat surface of the axle device pollution can be deposited poorly. Furthermore, any contamination during a movement of the door leaf is removed by the plunger again. Even with deposition of a lime layer on the flat surface, the locking device according to the invention continues to function.

In the
