Claims (9)
- System zur abgedichteten Befestigung eines mobilen Behälters an einer Zelle und zum Öffnen dieses Behälters nach innerhalb der Zelle, wobei das System enthält:* einen Zellenflansch (20),* eine bezüglich des Zellenflanschs (20) abgedichtete Zellentür (30),* einen Behälterflansch (1),* eine bezüglich des Behälterflanschs (1) und des Zellenflanschs abgedichtete Behältertür (4),wobei der Behälter dazu eingerichtet ist, abgedichtet und vorübergehend an die Zelle über deren jeweilige Flansche befestigt zu werden, die aneinander positioniert sind, wobei deren Behältertür (4) und Zellentür (30) über zwei Kontaktflächen (52) aneinander positioniert sind, die sich gegenüberliegen und dabei zwischen sich einen Zwischenraum freilassen, der über Dichtungsmittel abgedichtet abgetrennt ist, wenn die beiden Flächen aneinander liegen, wobei eine radiale Fläche eines Kranzes (35) der Zellentür (30) dazu eingerichtet ist, um auf eine bewegliche Fläche zum Betätigen der Behältertür (4) zu drücken, die durch ihre Verlagerung beim Inkontaktbringen der beiden Kontaktflächen erste Verriegelungsmittel zum Verriegeln der Behältertür (4) an der Zellentür (30) betätigt, um die Behältertür (4) von dem Behälterflansch (1) freizugeben, wobei die ersten Verriegelungsmittel eine bewegliche Betätigungsfläche aufweisen, die aus einer ersten Fläche einer nachgiebigen Membran (8) der Behältertür (4) besteht, wovon eine zweite Fläche auf eine geneigte von Verriegelungsklinken (5) drückt, welche die ersten Verriegelungsmittel bilden, die in eine Innennut (10) einer Innenfläche des Behälterflansches (1) vorspringen, um jede Verriegelungsklinke (5) aus der Innennut des Behälterflansches (1) zu dem Zweck austreten zu lassen, die Behältertür (4) von dem Behälterflansch (1) zu lösen.
- System nach Anspruch 1, ferner enthaltend eine Behälterdichtung (3), die zwischen einem Abschnitt der Kontaktfläche des Behälterflansches (1) und einer abgedichteten Außenfläche der Behältertür (4) positioniert ist, um die Dichtheit des Verschlusses des Behälters an der Zelle zu gewährleisten.
- System nach Anspruch 1, ferner enthaltend eine Zellendichtung (33), die zwischen einer Innenbohrung des Zellenflansches (1) und einem Abschnitt der Außenfläche zum Abdichten der Zellentür (30) positioniert ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, ferner enthaltend einen Verriegelungsarm (31), der an eine mittige, drehbare Nabe (36) in der Zellentür (30) befestigt ist und zweite Verriegelungsmittel zum Verriegeln der Behältertür (4) an der Zellentür (30) betätigt.
- System nach Anspruch 4, wobei die mittige Nabe (36) der Zellentür (30) an ihrer Basis einen Satz beweglicher Sperrklinken (38) aufweist, die über den Verriegelungsarm (31) betätigt werden, der die mittige Nahe (36) verdreht, und die dazu bestimmt sind, die Behältertür (4) und die Zellentür (30) zueinander zu zentrieren und zu sichern, wobei die Spitzen der beweglichen Sperrklinken (38) in eine Innennut (12) einer mittigen Aufnahme (11) der Behältertür (4) eindringen.
- System nach Anspruch 4, wobei die zweiten Verriegelungsmittel Nocken sind, welche Abflachungen (44) an der mittigen Nabe (36) tragen, um Finger (39) der beweglichen Sperrklinke (38) abzuspreizen, die jeweils in eine mittige Innennut (12) der Behältertür (4) eingreifen, um die Behältertür (4) fest mit der Zellentür (30) zu verbinden.
- System nach Anspruch 6, ferner enthaltend eine Zellendichtung (33), die dazu bestimmt ist, an die Behältertür (4) angedrückt zu werden, um so die Dichtheit und eine einwandfreie Einhüllung zwischen den beiden Türen zu gewährleisten.
- System nach Anspruch 4, ferner enthaltend einen Schwenkriegel (61), der sich in dem Zellenflansch (20) verschwenkt, um den Verriegelungsarm (31) zu verriegeln, um nicht die Zellentür (30) öffnen zu können, solange der Behälterflansch (1) nicht an den Zellenflansch (20) angedrückt ist.
- System nach Anspruch 1, ferner enthaltend einen Verriegelungszapfen (70), der bezüglich der Kontaktfläche (52) der Zellentür (30) vorspringt und von der Fläche der Tür (4) verschoben wird, um einen Schwenkriegel (71) nur dann zu betätigen und einen Verrieglungsarm (31) nur dann freizugeben, wenn die Behältertür (4) an die Zellentür (30) angedrückt ist.
