Claims (20)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Öffnen und Schließen eines Artikels, insbesondere eines Lederwarenartikels, enthaltend ein Verschlussgehäuse (2) und einen Montageknopf (3), der dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem Verschlussgehäuse zusammenzuwirken, wobei das Verschlussgehäuse mit einem Mechanismus versehen ist, der eine verriegelte Konfiguration, in der der Artikel geschlossen werden kann, und eine entriegelte Konfiguration zulässt, in der der Artikel geöffnet werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus ein Mantelteil (4) enthält, das in Bezug auf das Verschlussgehäuse (2) zwischen einer ersten stabilen Position und einer zweiten Position drehbar gelagert ist, sowie zumindest ein Verriegelungsglied (60; 82), das in dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) beweglich gelagert und dazu ausgelegt ist, von dem Mantelteil (4) mitgenommen zu werden, und eine Klinke (45), die in dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) verschiebbar gelagert und dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem Mantelteil (4) zusammenzuwirken; wobei der Mechanismus so ausgelegt ist, dass:
    dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner ersten stabilen Position befindet und der Montageknopf (3) in das Verschlussgehäuse (2) eingeführt ist, das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) den Montageknopf (3) zumindest verschiebefest festlegt;
    dann, wenn das Mantelteil (4) gedreht wird und von seiner ersten stabilen Position in seine zweite Position übergeht, das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) soweit verlagert wird, dass der Montageknopf (3) freigegeben wird, und die Klinke (45) in dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) translatorisch soweit mitgenommen wird, dass der Montageknopf (3) aus dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) herausgedrückt wird;
    dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner zweiten Position befindet, die Klinke (45) das Mantelteil (4) und das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) festlegt; und
    dann, wenn der Montageknopf (3) wieder in das Verschlussgehäuse (2) eingeführt wird, der Montageknopf (3) auf die Klinke (45) drückt, die das Mantelteil (4) und das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) freigibt, das Mantelteil (4) gedreht wird und aus seiner zweiten Position in seine erste stabile Position übergeht und das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) soweit verlagert wird, dass der Montageknopf (3) zumindest verschiebefest festgelegt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) eine Vielzahl von Fenstern (19) aufweist, wobei der Mechanismus eine Mantelteilplatte (7) aufweist, die mit einer Vielzahl von Schäften (34) versehen ist, die sich von einer Innenseite (33) der Mantelteilplatte (7) weg erstrecken und in den Fenstern (19) des Mantelteils (4) aufgenommen sind, und die Schäfte (34) in den Fenstern (19) verlagert werden, wenn das Mantelteil (4) gedreht wird und von seiner ersten stabilen Position in seine zweite Position und umgekehrt übergeht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus ein erstes Rückstellglied (64) aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, das Mantelteil (4) in seine erste stabile Position zurückzustellen, wobei das erste Rückstellglied beispielsweise aus einer Zugfeder gebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) ein komplementäres Fenster (20), einen ersten Befestigungsstift (24) sowie eine zumindest teilweise kreisförmige Innenwand (21) aufweist, wobei die Mantelteilplatte (7) mit einem zweiten Befestigungsstift (36) versehen ist, der von der Innenseite (33) der Mantelteilplatte (7) vorspringt und in dem komplementären Fenster (20) des Mantelteils (4) aufgenommen ist, und das erste Rückstellglied (64) zumindest teilweise entlang der Innenwand (21) des Mantelteils (4) angeordnet ist und an einem ersten Ende mit dem ersten Befestigungsstift (24) und an einem dem ersten Ende gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende mit dem zweiten Befestigungsstift (36) mechanisch verbunden ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) einen ersten Befestigungsstift (24) aufweist, wobei der Mechanismus einen in dem Mantelteil aufgenommenen Kranz (81) aufweist, der Kranz mit einer zumindest teilweise kreisförmigen Wand versehen ist, von der ein zweiter Befestigungsstift (84) sowie Montageösen (85) vorspringen, in denen die Schäfte (34) der Mantelteilplatte (7) aufgenommen sind, und das erste Rückstellglied (64) zumindest teilweise entlang der Wand des Kranzes (81) angeordnet ist und an einem ersten Ende mit dem ersten Befestigungsstift (24) und an einem dem ersten Ende gegenüberliegenden zweiten Ende mit dem zweiten Befestigungsstab (84) mechanisch verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) eine Vielzahl von Mitnehmerzapfen (27) aufweist, die sich von einer Außenseite (28) des Mantelteiles (4) in Richtung der Innenseite (33) der Mantelteilplatte (7) erstrecken, wobei der Mechanismus eine Vielzahl von Zungen (60) aufweist, die die Verriegelungsglieder bilden, wobei die Zungen (60) an den Schäften (34) der Mantelteilplatte (7) schwenkbar gelagert und mit Kerben (62) versehen sind, in die die Mitnehmerzapfen (27) des Mantelteils (4) beweglich eingesetzt sind, wobei der Montageknopf (3) einen Finger (11) mit einer kreisförmigen Nut (14) aufweist, und wobei dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner ersten stabilen Position befindet, die Zungen (60) zumindest teilweise in der Nut (14) des Fingers (11) aufgenommen sind, wodurch der Montageknopf (3) in dem Mantelteil (4) verriegelt ist, während dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner zweiten Position befindet, die Zungen (60) durch die Wirkung der Mitnehmerzapfen (27) des Mantelteils (4) in den Kerben (62) der Zungen (60) relativ zu der Mantelteilplatte (7) verschwenkt sind, wobei die Zungen (60) dadurch von der Nut (14) des Fingers (11) beabstandet sind und der Montageknopf (3) freigegeben werden kann.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) eine zentrale Durchgangsöffnung (18) und Zähne (82) aufweist, die in die zentrale Öffnung (18) vorspringen und die Verriegelungsglieder bilden, wobei der Montageknopf (3) einen Finger (11) aufweist, der mit einer kreisförmigen Nut (14) und Abflachungen (80) versehen ist, die an einem freien Ende (15) des Fingers (11) ausgebildet sind, und wobei dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner ersten stabilen Position befindet, die Zähne (82) des Mantelteils (4) zumindest teilweise in der Nut (14) des Fingers (11) aufgenommen sind und die Abflachungen (80) des Fingers (11) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Zähnen (82) angeordnet sind, wodurch der Montageknopf (3) in dem Mantelteil (4) verriegelt ist, während dann, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner zweiten Position befindet, die Abflachungen (80) im Wesentlichen mit den Zähnen (82) ausgerichtet sind und der Montageknopf (3) freigegeben werden kann.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Montageknopf (3) einen Flansch (12) aufweist, der an einem der kreisförmigen Nut (14) gegenüberliegenden Ende mechanisch mit dem Finger (11) verbunden ist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Raum (13) zwischen Flansch (12) und Finger (11) vorgesehen ist, um darin einen ersten Abschnitt des Artikels, insbesondere des Lederwarenartikels, für die Anbringung des Montageknopfes (3) an den Artikel einzufügen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus ferner einen Deckel (5) aufweist, in Bezug auf den das Mantelteil (4) drehbeweglich ist, wobei die Klinke (45) an dem Deckel (5) montiert und in Bezug auf diesen drehfest festgelegt ist, die Klinke (45) mit zumindest einem Sicherungsglied versehen ist und das Mantelteil (4) mit zumindest einem komplementären Sicherungsglied (25) versehen ist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, mit dem zumindest einen Sicherungsglied der Klinke (45) dann zusammenzuwirken, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner zweiten Position befindet, um das Mantelteil (4) und das zumindest eine Verriegelungsglied (60; 82) festzulegen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (5) mit einer Vielzahl von Schäften (31) versehen ist, die sich von einer Innenseite (30) des Deckels (5) aus erstrecken, und die Klinke (45) die Form einer Platte hat, in der Aussparungen (46) ausgebildet sind, die die Schäfte (31) des Deckels (5) aufnehmen, um die Klinke in Bezug auf den Deckel (5) drehfest festzulegen.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (45) mit zumindest einer Ausnehmung (47) versehen ist, die das zumindest eine Sicherungsglied bildet, und das Mantelteil (4) mit zumindest einem Klotz (25) versehen ist, der von einer Innenseite (22) des Mantelteils (4) vorspringt und das zumindest eine komplementäre Sicherungsglied bildet.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus so ausgelegt ist, dass der zumindest eine Klotz (25) des Mantelteils (4) an eine Kante der zumindest einen Ausnehmung (47) der Klinke (45) anschlägt oder in die zumindest eine Ausnehmung (47) der Klinke (45) eingeführt wird, wenn sich das Mantelteil (4) in seiner zweiten Position befindet.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klinke (45) ferner mit zumindest einer Schulter (48) versehen ist, die in einer die Klinke (45) bildenden Platte ausgebildet ist, so dass zumindest eine Ausnehmung (47) gebildet wird, die insofern progressiv ist, als sie es ermöglicht, das Mantelteil (4) in seiner ersten stabilen Position progressiv zu sichern.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus ferner ein zweites Rückstellglied (65) aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, bei ausbleibender Beaufschlagung von außen die Klinke (45) gegen das Mantelteil (4) zu drücken, wobei das zweite Rückstellglied beispielsweise aus einer Druckfeder gebildet ist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (5) mit einem Sitz (32) versehen ist, der in seiner Innenseite (30) ausgebildet ist und das zweite Rückstellglied (65) teilweise aufnimmt.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus einen Stützzapfen (88) mit einer Basis, die an einer Innenseite (30) des Deckels (5) angeordnet ist, und einen Stift aufweist, an dem das zweite Rückstellglied (65) angebracht ist, wobei der Mechanismus ferner eine Hülse (89) aufweist, die mit einem Innenraum versehen ist, in den das zweite Rückstellglied (65) eingeführt ist, das an den Stützzapfen (88) angebracht und mit einem äußeren Bund (90) versehen ist, und wobei die Klinke (45) mit einer Öffnung (87) versehen ist und gleitbeweglich an der Hülse (89) gelagert ist, wobei der äußere Bund (90) der Hülse (89) an einer Seite (49) der Klinke (45) in Anlage gelangt, die der Innenseite (30) des Deckels (5) zugewandt ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mantelteil (4) zwischen einer Mantelteilplatte (7) und einem Deckel (5) drehbeweglich gelagert ist, die mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind, beispielsweise mithilfe von Befestigungsschrauben (67).
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mechanismus eine Mantelteilplatte (7) aufweist, in Bezug auf die das Mantelteil (4) drehbar ist, wobei die Mantelteilplatte (7) mit einer zumindest teilweise kreisförmigen Wandung (39) versehen ist und das Verschlussgehäuse (2) ferner eine Gegenplatte (8) aufweist, die mechanisch mit der Mantelteilplatte (7) verbunden ist und an der Wandung (39) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Raum (10) zwischen Mantelteilplatte (7) und Gegenplatte (8) entsteht, um darin einen zweiten Abschnitt des Artikels, insbesondere des Lederwarenartikels, für die Anbringung des Verschlussgehäuses (2) an den Artikel einzufügen.
  20. Artikel, insbesondere Lederwarenartikel, mit einer Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, einem ersten Abschnitt, an dem ein Montageknopf (3) der Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung (1) befestigt ist, und einem zweiten Abschnitt, an dem ein Verschlussgehäuse (2) der Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung (1) dazu ausgelegt ist, in einer verriegelten Konfiguration eines Mechanismus der Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung (1) den Montageknopf (3) in dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) aufzunehmen und festzulegen und in einer entriegelten Konfiguration des Mechanismus den Montageknopf (3) von dem Verschlussgehäuse (2) freizugeben.
