Claims (15)

  1. System zum Transportieren eines länglichen Metallobjekts, wobei das System Folgendes beinhaltet:
    - eine Führungsvorrichtung (608) zum Führen des länglichen Metallobjekts, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung dazu konfiguriert ist, das längliche Metallobjekt, das durch ein erstes Antriebsmittel angetrieben ist, aufzunehmen; und
    - ein zweites Antriebsmittel (603, 611);
    wobei die Führungsvorrichtung (608) dazu konfiguriert ist, das längliche Metallobjekt in Richtung des zweiten Antriebsmittels (603, 611) zu führen, wobei das erste Antriebsmittel und das zweite Antriebsmittel (603, 611) dazu konfiguriert sind, das längliche Metallobjekt entlang einer Längsachse (609) anzutreiben,
    wobei die Führungsvorrichtung (608) ein Führungsmittel zum Aufnehmen des länglichen Metallobjekts und Führen von diesem in Richtung des zweiten Antriebsmittels (603, 611) beinhaltet, wobei das Führungsmittel (608) eine Form aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, das längliche Metallobjekt zu einer vorbestimmten Position entlang einer ersten Achse (610) zu führen, wobei die erste Achse senkrecht (610) zu der Längsachse (609) liegt, wobei die vorbestimmte Position durch die Form des Führungsmittels (608) bestimmt ist,
    wobei das zweite Antriebsmittel (603, 611) zumindest einen Drehzylinder (603) zum Antreiben des länglichen Metallobjekts beinhaltet, wobei sich der zumindest eine Drehzylinder (603) in einer Ebene dreht, die durch die Längsachse (609) und eine zweite Achse (612) ausgespannt ist, wobei die zweite Achse (612) senkrecht zu der Längsachse (609) und der ersten Achse (610) ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Teil der Führungsvorrichtung (608) eine Keilform in einer Ebene aufweist, die durch die Längsachse (609) und die erste Achse (610) ausgespannt ist, was es der Führungsvorrichtung (608) erlaubt, in der Nähe einer Satz von sich drehenden Rädern (601, 602) positioniert zu werden,
    wobei die Keilform durch zwei Flächen gebildet wird, die in zwei Ebenen an der Führungsvorrichtung liegen, wobei der Winkel zwischen den Ebenen zwischen 1 Grad und 85 Grad liegt, wobei der Winkel als der kleinere der zwei möglichen Winkel gemessen ist.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Winkel zwischen den Ebenen zwischen 1 Grad und 60 Grad, 1 Grad und 35 Grad, 1 Grad und 20 Grad oder 1 Grad und 15 Grad liegt.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das System ferner ein Schneidmittel (605, 606) zum Schneiden eines Metalldrahts in eine Vielzahl von länglichen Metallobjekten beinhaltet, wobei das Schneidmittel (605, 606) ein erstes Rad (601) beinhaltet, wobei sich das erste Rad (601) in einer Ebene dreht, die durch die Längsachse (609) und die erste Achse (610) ausgespannt ist, wobei das erste Rad (601) zumindest ein Schneidelement (606) beinhaltet, das am Rand des ersten Rads (601) positioniert ist, wobei das Schneidelement (606) dazu konfiguriert ist, den Metalldraht in eine Vielzahl von länglichen Objekten mit einer vorbestimmten Länge zu schneiden.
  4. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Schneidmittel ferner ein zweites Rad (602) beinhaltet, wobei das erste Rad (601) über dem zweiten Rad (602) positioniert ist, wobei sich das erste Rad (601) und das zweite Rad (602) in einer Ebene drehen, die durch die Längsachse (609) und die erste Achse (610) ausgespannt ist, wobei das zweite Rad (602) zumindest ein Schneidelement (605) beinhaltet, das am Rand des zweiten Rads (602) positioniert ist, wobei das erste Rad (601) und das zweite Rad (602) so synchronisiert sind, dass das zumindest eine Schneidelement (606) des ersten Rads (601) und das zumindest eine Schneidelement (605) des zweiten Rads (602) den Metalldraht etwa zur gleichen Zeit berühren und zusammen den Metalldraht in eine Vielzahl von länglichen Metallobjekten mit einer vorbestimmten Länge schneiden.
  5. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das System eine Nagelproduktionsmaschine ist.
  6. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Führungsmittel eine Vertiefung (102) beinhalten kann, wobei die vorbestimmte Position des länglichen Metallobjekts entlang der ersten Achse (101) durch die Form der Vertiefung (102) bestimmt ist.
  7. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Führungsmittel einen Bodenabschnitt (508) beinhaltet, wobei die Position des Bodenabschnitts (508) des Führungsmittels die vorbestimmte Position des länglichen Metallobjekts entlang der ersten Achse (503) bestimmt.
  8. System nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Führungsmittel eine erste schräge Wand (506) und eine zweite schräge Wand (507), die aus dem Bodenabschnitt (508) des Führungsmittels hervorstehen, beinhaltet.
  9. System nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Winkel zwischen einer Tangente (120) der ersten schrägen Wand (117) und einer Tangente (121) der zweiten schrägen Wand (118) an einem Querprofil des Führungsmittels zwischen 5 Grad und 170 Grad, 10 Grad und 145 Grad, 25 und 120 Grad oder 45 und 100 Grad liegt
  10. System nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Breite der Vertiefung (102) zwischen 0,25 mm und 50 mm, 0,5 mm und 25 mm oder 1 mm und 15 mm liegt.
  11. System nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Tiefe der Vertiefung (102) zwischen 0,25 mm und 50 mm, 0,5 mm und 25 mm oder 1 mm und 15 mm liegt.
  12. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Winkel zwischen einer Linie, die an dem Bodenabschnitt des Führungsmittels positioniert ist, und der Längsachse (101) zwischen 1 Grad und 80 Grad, 1 Grad und 50 Grad, 2 Grad und 25 Grad, 2 Grad und 15 Grad oder 2 Grad und 10 Grad liegt.
  13. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führungsvorrichtung aus Metall gefertigt ist.
  14. System nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Führungsmittel mit einem ersten Ende eines länglichen Arms (106) verbunden ist, wobei der längliche Arm (106) an einem zweiten Ende mit einer Befestigungsstruktur verbunden ist, um es der Führungsvorrichtung zu ermöglichen, an einer Maschine befestigt zu werden, wobei der längliche Arm (106) entlang einer zweiten Achse (105) hervorsteht, wobei die zweite Achse (105) rechtwinklig zu der Längsachse (101) und der ersten Achse (103) ist.
  15. System nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Befestigungsstruktur eine Fläche beinhaltet, die in einer Ebene positioniert ist, die etwa parallel zu der Ebene liegt, die durch die Längsachse (101) und die erste Achse (103) ausgespannt ist.
