Claims (6)
- Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung für eine Vorrichtung zum Beschicken eines Schachtofens, wie eines Hochofens, die einen Körper (1) aufweist, in dessen Innerem mindestens ein Verschluss (21) und/oder eine Klappe (31) angeordnet ist, die zum Schwenken angetrieben wird bzw. werden durch einen Antrieb (25, 35), der sich außerhalb des Körpers befindet und mit dem Verschluss oder der Klappe verbunden ist durch eine Verbindungswelle, die in einem Lager geführt ist, das relativ zu dem Körper ortsfest ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Lager (24, 34) und der Antrieb (25, 35) an einer abnehmbaren Tür (26, 36) montiert sind, die eine Öffnung (13, 15) verschließt, die in der Wand des Körpers (1) realisiert ist und deren Abmessungen derart festgelegt sind, dass der Verschluss oder die Klappe quer zu der Achse des Körpers durch die Öffnung hindurch herausgezogen werden kann;
die Tür, der Verschluss oder die Klappe und dessen bzw. deren Antrieb und dessen bzw. deren zugehörige Bewegungsübertragungsmittel gemeinsam ein Modul (2, 3) bilden, das von einem Stück des Körpers (1) lösbar ist.
das Modul (2, 3) ausgebildet ist, um aus einem Teil des Körpers (1) herausgezogen zu werden. - Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tür (26, 36) relativ zu dem Körper (1) verschiebbar montiert ist, derart, dass, nach dem Lösen von dem Körper, das gesamte Modul durch Verschieben nach außen herausgezogen werden kann.
- Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Führungsschienen (14, 16) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen horizontal oder geringfügig geneigt sind, und die Tür Schiebeelemente oder Schlitten (262, 362) aufweist, die auf den Schienen bewegbar sind.
- Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschienen (14, 16) an dem Körper (1) befestigt sind.
- Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Türen (26, 36) Verbindungsmittel (51, 61) aufweisen, um dauerhaft oder vorübergehend einen Demontagearm (5, 6) daran zu befestigen.
- Verschluss- und Klappenanordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Demontagearm ein Gegengewicht (52, 62) und Einhakösen aufweist, die dafür bestimmt sind, das Transportieren jedes Moduls durch ein Hebezeug zu ermöglichen.
