Claims (11)
- Étiquette de scellement comprenant une couche porteuse (2),

une deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5) appliquée sur la première couche de peinture (4) sans couvrir la totalité de la surface,
une deuxième couche de peinture (6) appliquée sur toute la surface sur la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5) et la première couche de peinture (4) et
une couche d'adhésif (7) appliquée sur toute la surface sur la deuxième couche de peinture (6),
caractérisée en ce
que la première couche de contrôle d'adhérence n'est pas appliquée sur toute la surface sur la couche porteuse
que la première et la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) sont de configuration complémentaire l'une à l'autre au moins dans certaines zones, à savoir que dans une vue perpendiculaire sur le plan de l'étiquette de scellement, chaque zone du justificatif de première ouverture est recouverte soit par la première couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3), soit par la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5), et
que la première couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3) et la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5) sont respectivement pigmentées pour être luminescentes aux UV. - Étiquette de scellement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les couches de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) sont choisies de telle sorte que l'adhérence entre la couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) et la couche de peinture (4, 6) est inférieure à l'adhérence entre la couche de peinture (4, 6) et une couche qui lui est directement voisine.
- Étiquette de scellement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la première et/ou la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence sont réalisées sous la forme de couches de vernis séparateur (3, 5).
- Étiquette de scellement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la première et/ou la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) sont réalisées sous la forme d'un primaire.
- Étiquette de scellement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un effet d'ouverture contient au moins une caractéristique lisible par machine.
- Étiquette de scellement selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins une caractéristique lisible par machine est réalisée sous la forme d'un code à matrice de données ou d'un code QR.
- Étiquette de scellement selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'une part des pigments luminescents aux UV dans la couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) représente entre 0,5 et 10 pour-cents massiques de la masse de la couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5).
- Étiquette de scellement selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que la part des pigments luminescents aux UV représente entre 2,5 et 5 pour-cents massiques de la masse de la couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une étiquette de scellement (1) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 8, selon lequel
une première couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3) est appliquée sur la couche porteuse (2) sans couvrir la totalité de la surface,
une première couche de peinture (4) est appliquée sur toute la surface sur la couche porteuse (2) et sur la première couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3),
une deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5) est appliquée sur la première couche de peinture (4) sans couvrir la totalité de la surface,
une deuxième couche de peinture (6) est appliquée sur toute la surface sur la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5) et la première couche de peinture (4) et une couche d'adhésif (7) est appliquée sur toute la surface sur la deuxième couche de peinture (6),
la première et la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3, 5) étant configurées complémentaires l'une à l'autre au moins dans certaines zones, à savoir que dans une vue perpendiculaire sur le plan de l'étiquette de scellement, chaque zone du justificatif de première ouverture est recouvert soit par la première couche de contrôle d'adhérence (3), soit par la deuxième couche de contrôle d'adhérence (5), et
