Claims (11)
- Procédé pour l'impression numérique d'un film composite ou un film, présentant les étapes suivantes consistant à :effectuer un prétraitement corona du film composite ou du film ;appliquer un primaire sur le film ;effectuer un prétraitement corona du film composite ou du film revêtu d'un primaire ;imprimer le film composite ou le film ayant été soumis à un prétraitement corona et revêtu d'un primaire lors du procédé d'impression numérique ;appliquer un vernis de protection sur le film composite ou sur le film imprimé, ayant été soumis à un prétraitement corona, revêtu d'un primaire.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, présentant en outre une étape consistant à :effectuer un prétraitement corona du film composite ou du film imprimé, ayant été soumis à un prétraitement corona, revêtu d'un primaire avant l'application du vernis de protection.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel
le primaire est un primaire à base d'un solvant organique. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
le primaire est un primaire à deux composants. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
le vernis de protection est un vernis de protection à base d'un solvant organique. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
le vernis de protection est un vernis de protection à deux composants. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
le primaire est appliqué avec une épaisseur allant de 0,1 à 1 g/m2. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
le vernis de protection est appliqué avec une épaisseur allant de 0,3 à 2 g/m2. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel
un vernis de protection durcissant sous l'action de rayons est utilisé en tant que vernis de protection. - Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le vernis de protection est durci au moyen d'un procédé de durcissement par faisceau d'électrons, ou
le vernis de protection est durci au moyen d'un procédé de durcissement sous l'action d'UV. - Film composite ou film, fabriqué par un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
