Claims (12)
- 複合フィルム又はフィルムのデジタル印刷方法であって、
複合フィルム又はフィルムに対してコロナ前処理を実施するステップと、
フィルムにプライマで下塗りを実施するステップと、
下塗りされた複合フィルム又はフィルムにコロナ前処理を実施するステップと、
コロナ前処理され、下塗りされた複合フィルム又はフィルムをデジタル印刷方法で印刷するステップと、
印刷され、コロナ前処理され、下塗りされた複合フィルム又はフィルムに保護塗料を塗布するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 保護塗料を塗布する前に、前記印刷され、コロナ前処理され、下塗りされた複合フィルム又は前記フィルムに対して、コロナ前処理を実施するステップを更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマは、有機溶剤系プライマであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマは、二成分プライマであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護塗料は、有機溶剤系の保護塗料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護塗料は、二成分保護塗料であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記プライマは、0.1−1g/m2の厚さで塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護塗料は、0.3−2g/m2の厚さで塗布されることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 放射硬化塗料が、保護塗料として使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記保護塗料は、電子ビーム硬化又は紫外線硬化により硬化されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法の工程を実施する一つ又は数個のモジュールを備える、複合フィルム又はフィルムのデジタル印刷装置。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された複合フィルム又はフィルム。
