  1. Hand-held shower comprising

    - at least one water conduit leading to the jet disc (2) in the shower head part (1),
    - at least two jet outlet features from the jet disc (2), and
    - a switch-over device for switching between the jet outlet features, with the switch-over device being operable by pressure applied to the jet disc (2),
    - wherein the jet disc (2) is configured, upon actuation of the switch-over device, to resume its initial position before the actuation of the switch-over device, and
    - wherein the switch-over device includes a valve element (13), movably disposed within the shower head, which valve element is configured for switching between different valve conditions corresponding to the jet outlet features upon pressure application to the jet disc (2), and
    - wherein the respective pressure application to the jet disc (2) to leave the initial position and return thereto causes one single switch-over operation of the switch-over device, whereby the valve element (13) assumes another valve condition than before the switch-over operation.
  2. Hand-held shower according to claim 1, wherein the two jet outlet features are different types of jets.
  3. Hand-held shower according to claim 1, wherein the two jet outlet features have different jet outlet openings (4, 5) of the jet disc (2) assigned to.
  4. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the jet disc (2) is supported to be displaceable relative to the shower head part (1).
  5. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the jet disc (2) is designed to be deformable.
  6. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the jet disc (2) is supported to be tiltable relative to the shower head part (1).
  7. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the switch-over device is an advancing switch device.
  8. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the switch-over device is in a configuration offset relative to a center of the shower head part (1) in the direction towards the handle part (3).
  9. Hand-held shower according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the switch-over device includes a plate valve with a twistable valve element (13).
  10. Hand-held shower according to claim 9, wherein the plate valve has an intermediate tray (9) including a plurality of holes (10, 11) selectively blockable by the rotatable valve element, corresponding to the jet outlet features, and a pin (14) guided in the intermediate tray for axial movement, which pin is set in axial movement by the jet disc under pressure, whereby the valve element (13) is turned.
