Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de cerclage de regroupements, d'emballages et récipients (12), de produits emballés et/ou d'articles, de produits emballés ou équivalents groupés, lesquels sont déplacés sur un dispositif de convoyage horizontal, avec au moins un feuillard de cerclage (14, 34) ouvert ou formant une boucle fermée, posé et/ou tendu de manière approximativement horizontale et/ou verticale et/ou diagonale autour de la face extérieure des emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou du groupement d'articles ou de produits emballés etc., qui est tendu pour former une liaison ferme des emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés etc., ledit feuillard de cerclage (34) étant amené à au moins une tête d'application (28) suivant dans un mouvement synchrone les emballages et récipients, le produit emballé etc. pour appliquer le cerclage (14) respectivement sur les regroupements, emballages et récipients (12), au moins un produit emballé et/ou les articles ou produits emballés groupés, caractérisé en ce que le feuillard de cerclage (34) est amené à l'au moins une tête d'application (28) par une cartouche et en ce que le feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) se trouve et est convoyé au moins à l'intérieur d'une zone de travail (58) de la tête d'application (28) en grande partie sans être guidé et/ou librement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) s'étend et est convoyé en grande partie sans être guidé et/ou librement entre la cartouche (30) et/ou une zone de guidage de feuillard (40) qui lui est impartie ou agencée après elle, et la tête d'application (28).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'au moins une tête d'application (28) suit, au moins pendant une opération de cerclage et/ou de mise en tension du feuillard, dans un mouvement de sens parallèle et approximativement synchrone, les emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou les articles ou produits emballés groupés qui sont déplacés sur un dispositif de convoyage horizontal (24), pour être ensuite amenée à d'autres emballages et récipients (12), produit emballé, etc. à encercler, et le tronçon (36) à mouvement libre et/ou en grande partie sans guidage du feuillard de cerclage (34) étant, entre la tête d'application (28) se déplaçant de manière cyclique et/ou par oscillations, la cartouche (30) et/ou une zone de guidage du feuillard (40) qui lui est impartie ou agencée après elle, maintenu et/ou ajusté dans sa tension ou sa flèche dans des limites pré-déterminables situées entre une flèche maximale autorisée et une tension de feuillard à ne pas dépasser.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 3, dans lequel la tension du feuillard entre la tête d'application (28) et la cartouche (30) ou la zone de guidage de feuillard (40) est réajustée en permanence ou à intervalles de temps réguliers en fonction de plusieurs grandeurs d'entrée (52, 54, 56) qui changent pendant le cerclage d'emballages et récipients (12), d'un produit emballé, ... etc. et lors des déplacements de l'au moins une tête d'application (28).
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 4, dans lequel l'alimentation d'un nouveau début de feuillard de cerclage (34, 36), de la cartouche (30) dans l'au moins une tête d'application (28), s'effectue par son rapprochement de commande automatique et/ou par son arrimage à la cartouche (30) ou à sa zone de guidage de feuillard (40) située en aval, ainsi que par un enfilage automatisé du feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) dans la tête d'application (28) avec ré-alimentation en parallèle du feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) à partir de la cartouche (30).
  6. Poste de cerclage (10) pour le cerclage de regroupements, d'emballages et récipients (12), de produits emballés et/ou d'articles, de produits emballés ou équivalents groupés, avec au moins un feuillard de cerclage (14, 34) ouvert ou formant une boucle fermée, posé et/ou tendu de manière approximativement horizontale et/ou verticale et/ou diagonale autour de la face extérieure des emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou du groupe d'articles ou de produits emballés etc., qui est tendu pour former une liaison ferme des emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés etc., comprenant un dispositif de convoyage horizontal (24) pour convoyer les emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou articles ou produits emballés groupés, au moins une tête d'application (28) pouvant être amenée de manière individuelle et par le haut vers les emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou vers les regroupements d'articles ou de produits emballés, et étant mobile, dans le sens de convoyage (26), en parallèle et de manière approximativement synchrone avec les emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés ou regroupements d'articles ou de produits emballés respectifs à encercler, pour au moins un cycle de cerclage et de mise en tension du feuillard, caractérisé en ce que le poste de cerclage (10) présente une cartouche (30) avec une réserve sans fin (32) de feuillard de cerclage (34) à dérouler, qui est amenée à l'au moins une tête d'application (28), et en ce que le feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) se trouve et est convoyé au moins au sein d'une zone de travail (58) de la tête d'application (28) en grande partie sans guidage et/ou librement.
  7. Poste de cerclage selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une zone de guidage de feuillard (40) est agencée entre la cartouche (30) avec la réserve sans fin (32) de feuillard de cerclage (34), et l'au moins une tête d'application (28), pour réajuster et/ou tendre à nouveau un tronçon non-guidé (36) du feuillard de cerclage (34) entre la tête d'application (28) se déplaçant de manière cyclique et/ou par oscillations, et la réserve sans fin (32) de la cartouche (30), le feuillard de cerclage (34) se trouvant et étant convoyé entre la cartouche (30) et/ou la zone de guidage de feuillage (40) et la tête d'application (28) en grande partie sans guidage et/ou librement.
  8. Poste de cerclage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel est imparti à la zone de guidage de feuillard (40) un dispositif de réglage (44) pour régler la tension du feuillard entre la réserve sans fin (32), voire la cartouche (30), et l'au moins une tête d'application (28) en fonction de sa consommation en feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) ainsi qu'en fonction de ses mouvements superposés verticaux et horizontaux pendant une opération de cerclage et/ou lors du passage à d'autres emballages et récipients (12), à un autre produit emballé à encercler ou à un groupement d'articles ou de produits emballés.
  9. Procédé de règlement et/ou de commande pour le règlement/la commande d'une tension d'un feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) conduit librement entre une cartouche (30) à réserve sans fin (32) et une tête d'application (28) mobile, pour régler la tension de feuillard au cours d'un procédé de cerclage, selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 1 à 5, ou pour un poste de cerclage (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'un tronçon (36) du feuillard de cerclage (34) dirigé sans guidage et/ou librement est maintenu et/ou réajusté dans sa tension de feuillard ou sa flèche au sein d'une zone de travail (58) de la tête d'application (28) et/ou entre la tête d'application (28) se déplaçant de manière cyclique et/ou par oscillations et la cartouche (30) à réserve sans fin (32) et/ou une zone de guidage de feuillard (40) qui lui est impartie ou située après elle, dans des limites pré-déterminables situées entre une flèche maximale autorisée et une tension de feuillard à ne pas dépasser,
    la tension de feuillard entre la tête d'application (28) et la cartouche (30) à réserve sans fin (32) ou la zone de guidage du feuillard (40) étant réajustée en permanence ou à intervalles de temps réguliers en fonction de plusieurs grandeurs d'entrée (52, 54, 56) variables,
    une première grandeur d'entrée (52) se formant à partir d'un chemin de réajustement normal pour compenser la longueur consommée du feuillard de cerclage (34, 36) lors du cerclage des emballages et récipients (12), des produits emballés ou des articles groupés, et/ou une deuxième grandeur d'entrée (54) se formant en fonction d'un réajustement du feuillard rapide au cours de l'opération de cerclage effectuée par la tête d'application (28).
  10. Procédé de réglage selon la revendication 9, une troisième grandeur d'entrée (56) se formant en fonction d'un réajustement et/ou d'une remise à tension à oscillation temporaire au vu des mouvements d'oscillation de la tête d'application (28) lorsqu'elle suit les regroupements, emballages et récipients (12), produits emballés et/ou articles ou produits emballés groupés à encercler.
  11. Procédé de réglage selon l'une quelconque des revendications de 9 à 10, dans lequel pour le règlement de la tension du feuillard, au moins deux des trois grandeurs d'entrée (52, 54, 56), notamment les trois grandeurs d'entrée (52, 54, 56) au complet sont prises en compte et calculées par comparaison entre elles pour obtenir une grandeur de réglage pour la commande de réajustement et/ou de remise à tension du feuillard de cerclage (34) dans la zone de guidage du feuillard (40).
