Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilanordnung mit einem Rahmenprofil und einem drehbeweglich angeschlagenen Flügelprofil, vorzugsweise eine Fenster- oder Türprofilanordnung, wobei das Rahmenprofil und das Flügelprofil jeweils aus einer äußeren und einer inneren Profilhalbschale gebildet ist, die mittels mindestens eines Isoliersteges miteinander verbunden sind. Eine ähnlich Profilanordnung ist auch aus der US 4 084 361 bekannt. Derartige Profilanordnungen sind aus der Technik bekannt. Durch den drehbeweglichen Anschlag des Flügelprofils am Rahmenprofil ist bei einem Öffnungs- bzw. Schließvorgang des Flügels gegenüber dem Rahmen die Größe des im Anschlagbereich ausgebildeten Spaltes von der jeweiligen Winkelposition des Flügelprofils gegenüber dem Rahmenprofil abhängig. Eine derartig variable Spaltgröße birgt erhebliche Unfallrisiken. Es sind daher aus dem Stand der Technik Klemmschutzvorrichtungen bekannt, welche zum Vermindern von Quetschverletzungen zentral in einen Verbindungsbereich zwischen den Profilhalbschalen angeordnet werden.
Derartige bekannte Lösungen weisen nun den Nachteil auf, dass durch das Anordnen derartiger bekannter Klemmschutzvorrichtungen im Spalt bzw. im Verbindungsbereich des Spaltes die thermischen Eigenschaften der Profilanordnung deutlich verschlechtert werden, da insbesondere bei metallischen Profilhalbschalen, welche mittels Isolierstegen miteinander verbunden sind, zwar ein unerwünschter Wärmeübertritt zwischen dem jeweils mittels der Isolierstege verbundenen Profilhalbschalen durch Ausbilden einer Hohlkammer zwischen den jeweils verbundenen Profilhalbschalen vermindert werden kann, jedoch im Bereich des Spaltes und der im Verbindungsbereich im Spalt angeordneten Klemmschutzvorrichtungen auf einer relativ kurzen Strecke ein deutlich erhöhter Wärmeübertritt stattfinden kann.

  8. The profile assembly (100) according to one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the at least one gap covering device (30, 30a, 30b) is arranged external of a connecting region (16, 26) of the outer (11, 21) and inner profile half-shell (12, 22).
  9. The profile assembly (100) according to one of the preceding claims,
    wherein the frame profile (10) and the wing profile (20) are constructed symmetrically to one another.
  10. The profile assembly (100) according to one of the preceding claims,
    wherein a respective attachment region (24, 24a, 24b) is formed on at least one of the inner profile half-shells (12, 22) and on at least one of the outer profile half-shells (11, 21), each accommodating a gap covering device (30, 30a, 30b).
  11. The profile assembly (100) according to claim 10,
    wherein in a closed position of the wing profile (20) and frame profile (10), a largely sealed insulating chamber (34) is formed in a connecting area (16, 26) of the outer (11, 21) and inner profile half-shells (12, 22) between the frame profile (10) and wing profile (20) by the tabs (33, 33a, 33b) of the gap covering devices (30, 30a, 30b) at least partially abutting against the respective opposite profile half-shell (11, 12, 21, 22).
  12. The profile assembly (100) according to claim 10,
    wherein the insulating chamber (34) has an extension in the connecting direction of the profile half-shells (11, 12, 21, 22) which is equal to or greater than the extension of the at least one insulating bar (13, 23).
