Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a nozzle or spray nozzle according to the preamble of
Nozzles for discharging jet or exit jets formed by a pressurized fluid, shaped and oriented in a specific manner corresponding to the particular application, are known and, in particular, are also used for dispensing spray water in cleaning machines for containers, for example for transport containers or transport boxes used. Here it is customary to realize the geometry and the direction of the output beam by the shaping and / or by the orientation of the respective nozzle opening, for example by forming the nozzle opening as a slot nozzle, etc. The disadvantage here is that such nozzle openings by entrained with the fluid foreign matter or easily add particles, and that when they have a deviating from the circular shape to form a specific geometry of the output beam, a self-cleaning of the nozzles is not or only partially possible. Clogged nozzles lead to significant disturbances in a system having the nozzles and possibly also damage to the pumps, via which the respective fluid is supplied to the nozzles under pressure.
The object of the invention is to disclose a nozzle which, even with the formation of any desired geometry and orientation of the output jet, makes it possible to prevent self-cleaning which prevents clogging of the nozzle. To solve this problem, a nozzle according to the
It is essential in the invention, the combination of the nozzle opening with preferably circular or substantially circular cross-section and this nozzle opening cleaning plunger with the jet shaping element, which emanates the beam emerging from the nozzle opening whose geometry and orientation initially corresponds to the cross section and the axis of the nozzle opening in transforms the output beam with the final geometry and orientation.
The invention is based on the finding that the desired self-cleaning of the nozzle with the plunger entering the nozzle opening at any geometry and any other than the nozzle axis deviating orientation of the output beam only then is achievable if the formation of the jet or fluid jet at the nozzle opening and the forming of the fluid jet in the output beam with the desired geometry and orientation only in the flow direction of the fluid after the nozzle opening with the beam shaping element.
On one and the same nozzle housing, preferably different jet shaping elements can be provided by exchanging. The respective jet-forming element is, for example, part of a nozzle body having the nozzle opening or fixedly connected thereto and exchangeable. The orientation or direction of the output beam is preferably possible by pivoting the beam shaping element together with the nozzle body relative to the nozzle housing.
The expression "essentially" or "approximately" in the sense of the invention means deviations from the exact value by +/- 10%, preferably by +/- 5%, and / or deviations in the form of changes insignificant for the function.

The jet-forming
The opening into the nozzle interior 3a
The jet-
