Claims (15)
- Couvercle de puits pour couvrir une ouverture de puits, le couvercle de puits comprenant une structure porteuse (1), caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) comprend plusieurs éléments de nervure (2), au moins un élément en forme de peigne (3) et au moins un élément longitudinal (4), en ce que les éléments de nervure (2) passent à travers le au moins un élément en forme de peigne (3) et sont espacés par ce dernier ou ces derniers, et en ce que le au moins un élément longitudinal (4) est raccordé à plusieurs éléments de nervure (2).
- Couvercle de puits selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de nervure (2) sont réalisés plats et sont orientés de telle sorte qu'ils s'étendent essentiellement parallèlement à une direction de charge principale (F) agissant sur la structure porteuse (1).
- Couvercle de puits selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins plusieurs éléments de nervure (2) s'étendent depuis un bord de l'ouverture de puits jusqu'au bord opposé.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de puits est rectangulaire.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément longitudinal (4) s'étend transversalement à plusieurs éléments de nervure (2) et en ce que le au moins un élément longitudinal (4) est relié fixement à plusieurs éléments de nervure (2).
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un élément longitudinal (4) est une barre ronde qui traverse de préférence plusieurs éléments de nervure (2).
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) est renfermée dans une cuve (6) et est raccordée fixement à cette dernière, et en ce que la cuve (6) peut être remplie d'un matériau de remplissage, de préférence d'un mélange de béton.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu deux éléments en forme de peigne (3) qui sont agencés dans la zone des surfaces d'appui de la structure porteuse (1).
- Couvercle de puits selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu entre une surface d'appui de la cuve (6) et la cuve (6) un élément d'étanchéité (7) qui permet une étanchéité hydraulique et/ou une étanchéité au feu.
- Couvercle de puits selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un système de fermeture (8) pour une fermeture sécurisée de l'ouverture de puits.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) est composée d'un matériau inoxydable, en particulier d'un acier inoxydable conformément à la norme DIN EN 10088-1.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un montage à fleur de la surface.
- Couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) répond, sans matériau de remplissage, à une norme de charge déterminée et peut être certifiée à cet effet.
- Procédé pour fabriquer un couvercle de puits selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) est fabriquée à l'aide de produits semi-finis courants en utilisant des techniques d'usinage de tôles.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que la structure porteuse (1) est fabriquée essentiellement par découpe et par soudage de matériau en forme de plaque.
