Abstract

L'invention concerne un connecteur de contact (30) pour la mise en contact directe de surfaces de contact (3) disposées sur une carte de circuits imprimés (2), des deux côtés de ladite carte de circuits imprimés, ledit connecteur de contact comportant deux porte-contacts (6) interconnectés de manière articulée, qui forment entre eux une cavité d'insertion (7) pour la carte de circuits imprimés (2) et présentent respectivement au moins un élément de contact (8) faisant saillie à l'intérieur de la cavité d'insertion (7), pour assurer la mise en contact électrique directe d'une surface de contact (3). Ledit connecteur de contact comprend également un ressort (31) qui repose par deux branches (32) respectivement à l'extérieur sur les deux porte-contacts (6) et précontraint les deux porte-contacts (6) en direction l'un de l'autre, ainsi qu'un canal de commande (10) formé entre les deux porte-contacts (8) et latéralement à proximité de la cavité d'insertion (7), ledit canal de commande étant resserré par deux parties saillantes de commande (12) disposées en vis-à-vis et faisant pivoter les deux porte-contacts (6) vers le haut, en coopération avec une clavette de commande (11) disposée au niveau de la carte de circuits imprimés (2). Selon l'invention, les branches (32) du ressort s'étendent dans le sens d'insertion (4) du connecteur de contact (30) et le ressort (31) peut coulisser par ses deux branches (32) entre une position finale et une position de pré-encliquetage sur les porte-contacts (6), et l'introduction de la force exercée par les deux branches (32) de ressort sur les porte-contacts (6) s'effectue à une distance (L1) plus importante de l'axe de rotation (36) des deux porte-contacts (6) en position finale, qu'en position de pré-encliquetage.
