Claims (4)
- Procédé destiné à emballer un produit (5) à emballer dans un suremballage (1) en carton avec un fond (2), avec un couvercle placé à la parallèle et avec un écart par rapport au fond (2) et des parois latérales (4) reliées avec le fond (2), comprenant les étapes :- remplissage du suremballage (1) avec du produit (5) à emballer, le couvercle étant ouvert,- insertion dans le suremballage (1) d'un inlay (6) plan avec au moins deux pattes à agrafer placées sur des faces longitudinales opposées de l'inlay,- orientation de pattes à agrafer (8) de l'inlay (6) à la parallèle des parois latérales (4) du suremballage (1),- détection automatisée de la position de l'inlay (6) dans le suremballage (1), la détection automatisée de la position de l'inlay (6) s'effectuant au moyen d'une élément de commutation déplaçable dans la direction (Y) de l'inlay (6), qui est actionné lors du contact avec l'inlay (6), sans rapprochement vers l'inlay (6),- positionnement d'au moins un outil d'agrafage (12, 23) en fonction de la position détectée de l'inlay (6) sur la face extérieure des parois latérales (4) du suremballage (1), au niveau des pattes à agrafer (8), le positionnement de l'au moins un outil d'agrafage (12, 23) s'effectuant au moyen d'un système de positionnement (15) qui est commandé en fonction de la position (11) détectée de l'inlay (6),- positionnement d'au moins une enclume (32), en fonction de la position détectée de l'inlay (6) sur la face intérieure de l'une des parois latérales (4) du suremballage (1), au niveau des pattes à agrafer (8) et- activation de l'outil d'agrafage (12, 23) pour fixer les pattes à agrafer (8) sur les parois latérales (4), après le positionnement de l'enclume (32), chaque outil d'agrafage (12, 23) procédant à un agrafage (10) continu.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'insertion de l'inlay (6) plan, le couvercle (3) du suremballage (1) se ferme automatiquement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que- le suremballage (1) rempli est transporté avec l'inlay (6) inséré le long d'un trajet de transport vers une position de lecture (25) et ensuite vers une position d'agrafage (26),- dans la position de lecture (25), la largeur et la longueur du suremballage (1) sont détectées,- le suremballage (1) est arrêté dans la position d'agrafage (26) et centré par rapport à une ligne médiane du trajet de transport, de telle sorte que la ligne médiane du trajet de transport recoupe au centre la largeur du suremballage (1),- dans la position d'agrafage (26), la position de l'inlay (6) est détectée et avec un système de positionnement (22) multiaxes, chaque outil d'agrafage (23) est positionné plusieurs fois sur la face extérieure d'au moins l'une des parois latérales (4), en fonction de la largeur et / ou de la longueur détectées du suremballage (1) et activé,- après l'achèvement de l'ensemble des agrafages, le suremballage (1) est transporté plus loin.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le suremballage (1) rempli avec l'inlay (6) inséré est arrêté dans la position de lecture (25) et la largeur et la longueur du suremballage sont détectées par lecture d'un code apposé sur le suremballage (1) et/ou sur l'inlay (6).
