  • Positionieren mindestens eines Heftwerkszeuges abhängig von der erfassten Position des Inlays an der Außenseite der Seitenwände der Umverpackung auf Höhe der Heftlaschen, wobei das Positionieren des mindestens einen Heftwerkzeugs mit einer Positioniereinrichtung erfolgt, die abhängig von der erfassten Position des Inlays gesteuert wird,

Gleichzeitig wird mittels des Sensors (38) die Höhe der Umverpackung (1) abgetastet und der ermittelte Wert an die Steuerung übertragen. Die Werkzeugaufnahme (29) wird basierend auf der erfassten Höhe der Umverpackung soweit angehoben, dass der vertikale Abschnitt des Stützelementes (33) mit dem Heftamboss (32) in das innere der Umverpackung eintauchen kann, bis das Andruckelement (35) auf dem Inlay (6) anliegt. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wird der in das Andruckelement (35) integrierte Schalter ausgelöst und signalisiert der Steuerung die Position des Heftwerkzeuges (23). Mithilfe des Stellantriebs (34) jedes Heftwerkzeuges (23) wird jeweils eine der Laschen (8) an die Innenseite einer Seitenwand (4) angedrückt. In Frage kommen insbesondere optoelektronische Abstandsmessvorrichtungen, die oberhalb der Heftposition (26) an dem Gestell der Vorrichtung (17) angeordnet sind und die Position des Inlays (6) durch eine Messung des Abstandes zwischen dem Inlay (6) und einem ortsfesten Bezugspunkt erfassen. Die Blindheftung wird nit einer derartigen Vorrichtung (17) insbesondere bei relativ dünnen miteinander zu verbindenden Kartonlagen durchgeführt, während dickere Kartonlagen vorzugsweise mit der beschriebenen durchgehenden Heftung miteinander verbunden werden. Claims (4)

  1. Method for packaging packaged goods (5) in an outer packaging (1) made of cardboard having a base (2), having a cover disposed parallel and at a distance from the base (2) and side walls (4) connected to the base (2), comprising the steps
    - filling the outer packaging (1) with packaged goods (5) with the cover open,
    - inserting a planar inlay (6) with at least two stapling tabs each disposed on opposite longitudinal sides of the inlay into the outer packaging (1),
    - aligning stapling tabs (8) of the inlay (6) parallel to the side walls (4) of the outer packaging (1),
    - automated detection of the position of the inlay (6) in the outer packaging (1), wherein the automated detection of the position of the inlay (6) is accomplished by means of a switch element which is displaceable in the direction (Y) of the inlay (6), which is actuated upon contact of the inlay (6) or approach to the inlay (6),
    - positioning at least one stapling tool (12, 23) depending on the detected position of the inlay (6) on the outer side of the side walls (4) of the outer packaging (1) at the height of the stapling tabs (8), wherein the positioning of the at least one stapling tool (12, 23) is accomplished by means of a positioning device (15) which is controlled depending on the detected position (11) of the inlay (6),
    - positioning at least one stapling anvil (32) depending on the detected position of the inlay (6) on the inner side of one of the side walls (4) of the outer packaging (1) at the level of the stapling tabs (8) and
    - activating the stapling tool (12, 23) for fastening the stapling tabs (8) on the side walls (4), wherein each stapling tool (12, 23) performs a continuous stapling (10) after the positioning of the stapling anvil (32).
  2. The method according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover (3) of the outer packaging (1) is automatically closed after insertion of the planar inlay (6).
  3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that
    - the filled outer packaging (1) with inserted inlay (6) is conveyed along a conveying path to a read position (25) and then to a stapling position (26),
    - in the read position (25) the width and length of the outer packaging (1) are detected,
    - the outer packaging (1) is stopped in the stapling position (26) and is centred in relation to a central line of the conveying path in such a manner that the central line of the conveying path intersects the width of the outer packaging (1) centrally,
    - in the stapling position (26) the position of the inlay (6) is detected and each stapling tool (23) is positioned and activated by means of a multiaxial positioning system (22) depending on the detected length and/or width of the outer packaging (1) multiple times on the outer side of at least one of the side walls (4),
    - the outer packaging (1) is conveyed further after completion of all the stapling.
  4. The method according to claim 3, characterized in that the filled outer packaging (1) with inserted inlay (.6) is stopped in the read position (25) and the width and length of the outer packaging is detected by reading a code attached to the outer packaging (1) and/or the inlay (6).
