Claims (9)
- Apparatus for reinforcing a blister, having centring means (23), which move the blister (10) and/or a card (14) into a certain position, having means (21) for applying an adhesive (11) to the blister (10) and/or to the card (14), wherein the card (14) comprises at least one aperture (13) coordinated with the geometry of a cavity (12) of the blister (10), and having at least one insertion apparatus (25, 27), which brings the card (14) and blister (10) together, wherein the centring means provided is at least one guide rail (23) which is oriented in a running direction (34), interacts with at least one cavity (12) of the blister (10), for the purpose of centring a blister (10), and is positioned transversely to the running direction (34) of a packaging-contents chain (24), containing protuberances (26), such that it is located in the interspace between two protuberances (26), which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the running direction (34).
- Apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that the centring means (23) are configured such that they can be adjusted to various blister geometries.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the position of at least one further guide rail (23), on which at least one side edge of the blister (10) is guided.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a ram (25) is used as part of the insertion apparatus (27), this ram positioning the card (14) on the blister (10) with the aid of negative pressure.
- Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the ram (25) presses the card (14) against the blister (10).
- Method for reinforcing a blister (10) with a card (14), wherein the card (14) comprises at least one aperture (13) coordinated with the geometry of at least one cavity (12) of the blister (10), characterized by the following method steps:- centring the blister (10) and/or the card (14) by the provision of at least one guide rail (23) which is oriented in the running direction (34), interacts with at least one cavity (12) of the blister (10), for the purpose of centring the blister (10), and is positioned transversely to the running direction (34) of a packaging-contents chain (24), containing protuberances (26), such that it is located in the interspace between two protuberances (26), which are spaced apart from one another transversely to the running direction (34),- bringing the blister (10) and card (14) together such that at least one aperture (13) of the card (14) encloses at least one cavity (12) of the blister (10).
- Method according to the preceding claim, characterized in that, prior to the blister (10) and card (14) being brought together, adhesive such as at least one spot (11) of glue, line of glue or adhesive strip is applied to the blister (10) and/or the card (14).
- Method according to one of the preceding method claims, characterized by the blister (10) and/or card (14) having pressure exerted on them.
- Method according to one of the preceding method claims, characterized in that a ram (25) brings the blister (10) and card (14) together under the application of a vacuum.
