  • Movable cooling nozzles are used in continuous casting plants, in particular in continuous slab casters, in particular to the edge temperature or the temperature near the edge of the strand as a function of the strand width (see FIGS. 1a and 1b ) and the operating conditions. Claims (13)

  1. Procédé pour la régulation d'une température d'une barre (1), de préférence d'une brame en acier (1), par le positionnement d'une buse de refroidissement (4) déplaçable dans un dispositif de guidage de barres d'une installation de coulée continue, avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - détermination d'au moins une valeur de température T (16) de la barre (1) dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction de coulée (9) de la barre (1) ;
    - détermination d'une erreur de régulation e (14) par la soustraction de la valeur de température T (16) d'une température théorique TThéorique (17) de la barre (1), concrètement e = TThéorique - T ;
    - calcul d'une grandeur de régulation r (15) en fonction de l'erreur de régulation e (14) à l'aide d'une loi de régulation ; et
    - positionnement de la buse de refroidissement (4) dans la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de coulée (9) de la barre (1) en fonction de la grandeur de régulation r (15), de telle sorte que l'erreur de régulation e (14) soit minimisée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la détermination de la valeur de température T (16) s'effectue sur un bord de barre (10) de la barre (1).
  3. Procédé pour la régulation d'un profil de température d'une barre (1), de préférence d'une brame en acier, par le positionnement d'une buse de refroidissement (4) déplaçable dans un dispositif de guidage de barres d'une installation de coulée continue, avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - détermination d'un profil de température T (21) de la barre (1) dans une direction perpendiculaire à la direction de coulée (9) de la barre (1) ;
    - détermination d'un profil d'écart de température ΔT (20) par la soustraction du profil de température T (21) d'un profil de température théorique TThéorique (19) de la barre (1), concrètement ΔT = TThéorique - T ;
    - calcul d'une erreur de régulation e (14) par application d'une fonction de coût scalaire f (22) sur le profil d'écart de température ΔT (20), concrètement e = f(ΔT) ;
    - calcul d'une grandeur de régulation r (15) en fonction de l'erreur de régulation e (14) à l'aide d'une loi de régulation ; et
    - positionnement de la buse de refroidissement (4) dans la direction perpendiculaire à la direction de coulée (9) en fonction de la grandeur de régulation r (15), de telle sorte que l'erreur de régulation e (14) soit minimisée.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la détermination de la valeur de température T (16) ou du profil de température T (21) s'effectue par l'observation d'un observateur d'état (18), contenant un modèle de traitement avec une équation de conductivité thermique thermodynamique pour la barre (1).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la détermination de la valeur de température T (16) ou du profil de température T (21) s'effectue par mesure d'au moins une température de la barre (1).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la mesure de la température s'effectue par évaluation du rayonnement thermique de la barre (1).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la fonction de coût f (22) calcule la norme maximale e = f ΔT = ΔT .

  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la loi de régulation possède un comportement de régulation linéaire.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la loi de régulation possède une caractéristique d'un P, PI, PID, H2, H ou d'un régulateur d'état.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la loi de régulation possède un comportement de régulation non linéaire.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le procédé est mis en oeuvre en temps réel.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'observateur d'état (18) observe une moitié de barre d'un côté d'un axe de symétrie (2) de la barre (1).
