Claims (7)

  1. Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial, umfassend:
    ein Asphalt-Bindemittel, das in einer Menge von 3 bis 8 Gew.-% des Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials vorliegt, wobei das Asphalt-Bindemittel im Wesentlichen aus Basisasphalt und einem oxidierten Polyethylen hoher Dichte, das in einer Menge von 0,25 bis 10 Gew.-% des Basisasphalts vorliegt, besteht; und
    Zuschlag, der in einer Menge von 92 bis 97 Gew.-% des Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials vorliegt, wobei das oxidierte Polyethylen hoher Dichte das Asphalt-Bindemittel effektiv an den Zuschlag bindet, so dass dem durch Feuchtigkeit verursachten Ablösen des Asphalt-Bindemittels von dem Zuschlag entgegengewirkt wird.
  2. Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das oxidierte Polyethylen hoher Dichte in einer Menge von 1 bis 4 Gew.-% des Basisasphalts vorliegt.
  3. Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das oxidierte Polyethylen hoher Dichte ein Molekulargewicht von 1000 bis 30.000 Dalton aufweist.
  4. Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das oxidierte Polyethylen hoher Dichte eine Säurezahl von 5 bis 50 aufweist.
  5. Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterial im Wesentlichen aus dem Asphalt-Bindemittel und dem Zuschlag besteht.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials, umfassend den Schritt des Mischens von Asphalt-Bindemittel und Zuschlag unter zur Bildung des Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials effektiven Bedingungen, wobei das Asphalt-Bindemittel in einer Menge von 3 bis 8 Gew.-% des Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials vorliegt und der Zuschlag in einer Menge von 92 bis 97 Gew.-% des Asphalt-Straßendeckenmaterials vorliegt, das Asphalt-Bindemittel im Wesentlichen aus Basisasphalt und einem oxidierten Polyethylen hoher Dichte, das in einer Menge von 0,25 bis 10 Gew.-% des Basisasphalts vorliegt, besteht und wobei das oxidierte Polyethylen hoher Dichte das Asphalt-Bindemittel effektiv an den Zuschlag bindet, so dass dem durch Feuchtigkeit verursachten Ablösen des Asphalt-Bindemittels von dem Zuschlag entgegengewirkt wird.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, bei dem der Schritt des Mischens des Asphalt-Bindemittels und des Zuschlags das Mischen des Asphalt-Bindemittels und des Zuschlags bei einer Temperatur von 120 bis 190 °C umfasst.
