Claims (7)

  1. Porte (1) qui comporte un élément de fermeture (2) qui peut être déplacé sur instruction, par des moyens d'entraînement, entre un état ouvert et un état fermé dans lequel au moins un élément d'extrémité (2a) qui s'étend à angles droits par rapport à la direction de déplacement (100) dudit élément de fermeture (2) est conçu pour être amené près d'une partie de butée (3a) formée sur une structure fixe (3), ledit élément d'extrémité (2a) étant associé à des moyens capteurs (4) qui peuvent être fonctionnellement reliés auxdits moyens d'entraînement afin d'interrompre le fonctionnement desdits moyens d'entraînement en présence d'un obstacle le long du trajet dudit élément d'extrémité (2a), lesdits moyens capteurs (4) comportant au moins un premier capteur d'émission (4a) qui est adapté pour émettre un signal infrarouge (200) et s'étend parallèlement audit élément d'extrémité (2a) et un second capteur de réception (4b) respectif qui est adapté pour recevoir ledit signal infrarouge (200), ledit premier capteur d'émission (4a) et ledit second capteur de réception (4b) étant supportés par un corps de support (5) respectif qui s'étend parallèlement à la direction de déplacement (100) dudit élément d'extrémité (2a) et est constitué d'un matériau faisant élastiquement ressort afin de permettre une déformation élastique dudit corps de support (5) après un impact contre un obstacle pendant la transition dudit élément de fermeture (2) dudit état ouvert audit état fermé ou vice versa, ledit corps de support (5) ayant une structure tubulaire qui est reliée, à une première extrémité (5a), audit élément d'extrémité (2a), et une seconde extrémité (5b) qui est reliée à un logement (6) qui reçoit ledit premier capteur d'émission (4a) ou ledit second capteur de réception (4b), caractérisée en ce que ledit corps de support (5) a une structure à soufflet.
  2. Porte (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit premier capteur d'émission (4a) et ledit second capteur de réception (4b) sont agencés sensiblement à des extrémités latérales respectives dudit élément d'extrémité (2a).
  3. Porte (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit logement (6) est défini à l'intérieur d'une tête qui est associée, au niveau de sa surface extérieure, à un élément en forme d'ailette (6a) qui se situe sur un plan parallèle à la direction de déplacement (100) et est adapté pour faciliter, après l'impact contre un obstacle, le changement de la direction d'émission/réception du premier capteur d'émission (4a), respectivement, ou du second capteur de réception (4b).
  4. Porte (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de fermeture (2) comporte une porte coulissant horizontalement.
  5. Porte (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de fermeture (2) comporte une porte à battant.
  6. Porte (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément de fermeture (2) comporte une barrière.
  7. Porte (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps de support (5) et le logement (6) respectif sont formés d'un seul tenant.
