Definitions
- the invention relates to an arrangement consisting of surface elements according to the preamble of the independent patent claim 1.
- it is an arrangement consisting of a first transparent surface element and a second transparent surface element arranged plane-parallel to the first surface element and spaced apart from the first surface element by a spacer such that a space bounded by the first and second surface element and the spacer is formed ,
- transparent sheet is basically any sheet of transparent material, such as fluid glass, plexiglass or polycarbonate, which can be arranged plane-parallel to form an insulating member.
- the publication DE 103 22 561 A1 relates to a glass element with a light frame with at least one longitudinal light element in the form of an LED strip.
- the present invention has for its object to provide an array of transparent surface elements, which is designed to allow easy guiding of components in the space of the surface elements or to provide a cost-effective way to ventilate the gap.
- the arrangement according to the invention is characterized by at least one segment connected to the spacer for receiving lines and / or illumination means and / or for ventilating the intermediate space.
- This at least one segment connected to the spacer protrudes into the intermediate space of the transparent surface elements in such a way that at least one spatially separated region for receiving said components is formed.
- the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment not only forms a guide channel for the components located in the intermediate space, but also fulfills the function of a visual and protective housing for this.
- the inventive at least one protruding into the gap segment can therefore be used to protect the components from the weather, such as excessive sunlight.
- the at least one projecting segment protects the components themselves in the event of breakage of the transparent surface elements.
- the spatially separated area for receiving the components can be used to achieve a more favorable light output for the gap.
- a third transparent surface element arranged plane-parallel to the first surface element and spaced apart from the first surface element by a corresponding distance element is provided in the intermediate space.
- a fourth transparent surface element arranged plane-parallel to the second surface element and spaced apart from the second surface element by a corresponding spacer element may also be provided be provided.
- a gap region between the fourth surface element and the third surface element into which the at least one segment connected to the spacer projects at least partially.
- two separate areas for receiving lines and / or lighting means arise in a particularly simple manner.
- the corresponding spacer element of the third and / or fourth surface element is arranged spaced from the spacer, and the area spatially separated from the intermediate space is bounded by the spacer, the at least one segment projecting into the intermediate space and the corresponding spacer element. Accordingly, the corresponding spacer element of the third surface element can be used to form a partial surface of the separated region, whereby the inventive at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment can be simplified.
- the spacer has a web segment connecting the first and second surface element. Accordingly, the spacer according to the invention also acts in particular as an insulating element between the first and second surface element. Basically, it is useful to avoid thermal bridges, the connecting web segment of a material of low thermal conductivity, such as plastics to produce. Consequently, the spacer according to the invention can be used with web segment to increase the thermal insulation properties of the inventive arrangement.
- the spacer is a profile element with a first flange and a to the second flange portion extending parallel to the first flange.
- the first flange region is connected via the web segment to the second flange region, the first flange region to the first surface element and the second flange region to the second surface element.
- the at least one segment projecting into the intermediate space is connected to one of the flange regions or to the web segment.
- the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment runs parallel to the web segment of the formed as a profile element spacer and is connected to one of the flange portions.
- the arrangement of the at least one projecting into the gap segment parallel to the web segment creates an optimal use of the gap to form a spatially separated area for receiving lines and / or lighting means or for ventilation of the gap.
- the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment may advantageously have an I, T, or L-shaped cross-section and be connected to the web segment of the spacer.
- the configuration of the segment projecting into the intermediate space with an I-, T- or L-shaped cross-section makes it possible to form various advantageous variants of severed regions for receiving lines and / or illumination means for venting the gap.
- the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment is formed integrally with the spacer.
- the spacer with the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment is integrally formed as an extruded profile. This makes it possible for the spacer and the at least one projecting into the gap segment in to produce a work step, whereby time and cost in the production of the inventive arrangement can be saved.
- the at least one projecting into the gap segment is of course also designed to be more stable, which proves to be advantageous especially when using the separated by the at least one segment separated area as a ventilation channel.
- a distance is provided between the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment and the corresponding spacer element of the third and / or fourth surface element. This distance ensures that the spatially separated area is sufficiently separated from the gap, whereby it can be optimally used for guiding lines and / or lighting and / or for ventilation / venting of the gap.
- a partially opaque coating is provided for optically covering the spatially separated region formed in the intermediate space.
- An opaque coating has the advantage that the lines or lighting means guided in the separated area and the spacer are not visible from outside the arrangement. Consequently, only the corresponding surface elements can be seen from the outside of the arrangement according to the invention.
- At least one opening is provided in the spacer, via which the intermediate space or the region spatially separated from the intermediate space is in fluid communication with the outside atmosphere to allow gas exchange.
- the gas located in the space between the surface elements can heat and as a result experience a volumetric expansion.
- the thus expanded gas can escape via the at least one opening, thereby effectively preventing the first or second surface element from deforming due to overpressure in the gap. This ensures that the first and second surface elements of the arrangement according to the invention always maintain the same shape.
- the area spatially separated from the gap may be in fluid communication with the gap via at least one opening for allowing gas exchange between the spatially separated area and the gap via at least one opening.
- the use of electrical lines and / or by the use of lighting means within the separated area may, as already mentioned above, result in an expansion of the gas located in the separated area.
- the openings serve as aeration or vents.
- the said at least one opening can also serve to distribute the emitted light of a light source located in the separated area in the space. Consequently, it is conceivable to provide an individually adjustable illumination of the intermediate space through the separated area.
- an engineering component in particular a unit for air circulation and / or cooling or a mechanical sun protection is at least partially integrated in the intermediate space, and preferably in the area spatially separated from the intermediate space. Consequently, the separated area can not only be used to hold lines or lighting means, but it is also conceivable to install a unit for circulating air (eg fan) and / or cooling or a mechanical sunshade. Accordingly, it is advantageously possible to use the separated area as a ventilation duct, which makes the use of further ventilation lines superfluous.

- the flange portions 12, 13 may have notches and / or projections on the surfaces 12 ', 13' which are arranged such that stress peaks in the bond are compensated.
- the at least one projecting into the gap 10 segment 6, 16 have an I, T or L-shaped cross section and be connected to the web segment 5a of the spacer 5.
- the at least one projecting into the gap 10 segment 6, 16 is preferably formed integrally with the spacer 5. This has the advantage that the segment 6, 16 can be produced in one method step with the spacer 5.
- the intermediate space 10 may be provided a plane-parallel to the first surface element 1 and arranged on a corresponding spacer element 8 spaced from the first surface element 1, third transparent surface element 3.
- a fourth transparent surface element 4 arranged plane-parallel to the second surface element 2 and spaced over a corresponding spacer element 9 from the second surface element 2 can be provided.
- the third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 according to the invention are preferably, as in the case of the first and second transparent surface elements 1, 2, flat sheet elements of transparent materials, such as fluid glass, Plexiglas or polycarbonate.
- the third and fourth transparent surface element 3, 4 is advantageous to form with a smaller circumference than that of the first and second transparent surface element 1, 2, in order to free space between the spacer "5 "and the spacers" 8 "or” 9 "form.
- “smaller circumference” here means that the third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 according to the invention have a smaller length and width extent than the first and second transparent surface elements 1, 2.
- third and fourth surface elements 3, 4 the thermal insulation property of the inventive arrangement 100 can be greatly improved.
- the third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 are spaced apart by spacer elements 8, 9 from the first and second transparent surface elements 1, 2, wherein the spacer elements 8, 9 are formed substantially equivalent to the spacer 5. It should be noted that the spacings of the surface elements 1, 2, 3, 4 from one another may very well be formed very differently in order to achieve optimum sound insulation properties of the arrangement 100 according to the invention.
- the gap 10 formed between the two transparent sheet members 1 and 2 thus becomes according to the embodiment FIG. 2 , divided into three sub-areas, which has a positive effect on the heat and sound insulation properties of the arrangement 100.
- the third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 preferably form hermetically sealed regions 20, 21 in the intermediate space 10. These closed areas 20, 21 can be filled with noble gases in an advantageous manner in order to further reduce the heat conduction through the arrangement 100 according to the invention.
- the two third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 are spaced apart from one another and have a gap region into which the at least one segment 6, 16 connected to the spacer 5 projects at least partially.
- the third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 have a smaller extent than the first and second transparent surface elements 1, 2, the area 11a, 11b spatially separated from the gap 10 is replaced by the spacer 5, the at least one projecting into the gap 10 segment 6, 16 and the corresponding spacer element 8, 9 limited.
- the segment 16 projects so far into the gap 10, so that the front, space-side side surface of the segment 6, 16 protrudes beyond the outside surface of the spacers 8, 9.
- an opaque coating 17 may be provided in regions for optically covering the spatially separated region 11a, 11b formed in the gap 10. As can be seen from the illustrations, the opaque coating 17 extends only from the outer edge of the assembly 100 to the end of the spatially separated region 11a, 11b. It should again be noted that, according to some embodiments, the spacer 8, 9 of the third or fourth transparent surface element 3, 4 forms part of the separated area 11a, 11b. That is, the opaque coating 17 preferably also covers the spacers 8, 9.
- At least one opening 15 may be located in the spacer 5, via which the gap 10 or spatially separated from the gap 10 area 11a, 11b is in fluid communication to allow gas exchange with the outside atmosphere. Extensive, heated air in the intermediate space 10 can escape through the opening 15, whereby the formation of an overpressure in the intermediate space 10 is effectively prevented. For this reason, it is guaranteed that the first and second transparent sheet members 1, 2 are not bulged outward. However, in order nevertheless to ensure sufficient isolation of the arrangement 100 according to the invention, it is advantageous to construct the regions 20, 21 of the intermediate space 10 formed by third and fourth transparent surface elements 3, 4 not in fluid communication with the remaining part of the intermediate space 10.
- the gas located within the region 20, 21 now expands under the influence of heat, then it is preferably only the third or fourth surface element 3, 4 which deforms accordingly. This can be further supported by the third or fourth surface element 3, 4 being thinner than the first or second transparent surface element 1, 2.
- the hermetically sealed regions 20, 21 of the intermediate space 10 are preferably filled with a gas which has a low thermal conductivity and a low thermal expansion coefficient.
- the space 11a, 11b which is spatially separated from the intermediate space is in fluid communication with the intermediate space 10 via at least one opening 19.
- This fluid connection allows a gas exchange between the separated area 11a, 11b and the gap 10.
- this at least one opening 19 is formed as a continuous slot or only as a series of round holes. Depending on the design of the at least one opening 19, this can also be used to adjust the light distribution in the gap 10, for the case that illumination means are used in the separated areas 11a, 11b.
- the separated Beriech 11a, 11b is in fluid communication with the gap 10, which is why the separated area can be advantageously used directly as a ventilation channel for the gap 10.
- the openings 19 in this case ventilation or vents 23, 24 represents.
- a technical component T is integrated into the gap 10.
- I can be a unit for air circulation and / or cooling or a mechanical sunshade 28.

As used herein, the term "transparent sheet" is basically any sheet of transparent material, such as fluid glass, plexiglass or polycarbonate, which can be arranged plane-parallel to form an insulating member.
The above arrangements are known in principle from the prior art. It is known, for example, to use these as elements of windows or doors in order to reduce heat losses of building interiors in winter and to reduce a heat increase in air-conditioned buildings in summer. Often these are insulating glass assemblies which are typically made separately from the frame and then separated in a separate step into an insulating glass unit with a frame be joined together. Such an insulating glass assembly generally consists of two or more glass plates which are separated by a spacer to form a space between the parallel glass sheets. It is also customary to hermetically seal the gap and by a noble gas such. As krypton, to fill, to reduce the heat transfer through the insulating glass assembly.
It is also known to install bulbs, electrical lines or ventilation ducts in the gap formed by the parallel surface elements. Specifically, it is customary to attach the lines, lighting means or ventilation ducts along the spacers in the edge region of the above-mentioned insulating glass arrangements. In particular, in the case of the illumination means installed in the intermediate space, it is known to fasten these only on the spacer, so that the emitted light is radiated from the front side into the intermediate space.

It is to be regarded in the insulating glass arrangements known from the prior art as a disadvantage that the above-mentioned components (lines / lighting means) without further guidance in the space, between the parallel surface elements, are introduced. In the arrangements known from the prior art, it is therefore very expensive to introduce the above-mentioned components at the desired location in the intermediate space and to connect them to the spacer. In addition, the arrangements currently available make it difficult to ventilate and vent the gap.
Due to the above-mentioned problem, the present invention has for its object to provide an array of transparent surface elements, which is designed to allow easy guiding of components in the space of the surface elements or to provide a cost-effective way to ventilate the gap.
This object is solved by the subject matter of
Accordingly, the arrangement according to the invention is characterized by at least one segment connected to the spacer for receiving lines and / or illumination means and / or for ventilating the intermediate space. This at least one segment connected to the spacer protrudes into the intermediate space of the transparent surface elements in such a way that at least one spatially separated region for receiving said components is formed.
The inventive arrangement a number of different advantages can be achieved. Thus, the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment not only forms a guide channel for the components located in the intermediate space, but also fulfills the function of a visual and protective housing for this. The inventive at least one protruding into the gap segment can therefore be used to protect the components from the weather, such as excessive sunlight. Furthermore, the at least one projecting segment protects the components themselves in the event of breakage of the transparent surface elements. Furthermore, it is conceivable that the spatially separated area for receiving the components can be used to achieve a more favorable light output for the gap. Finally, it is not only conceivable to use the separated area to guide lines, but rather the separated area can itself be designed as a ventilation channel. Accordingly, it is also possible with the separated area according to the invention to save separate ventilation lines in the space of the arrangement.
In the arrangement according to the invention, a third transparent surface element arranged plane-parallel to the first surface element and spaced apart from the first surface element by a corresponding distance element is provided in the intermediate space. In addition or as an alternative to the third transparent surface element, a fourth transparent surface element arranged plane-parallel to the second surface element and spaced apart from the second surface element by a corresponding spacer element may also be provided be provided. By providing third and / or fourth transparent surface elements, the thermal insulation properties of the arrangement according to the invention can be greatly improved. In addition, the provision of further transparent surface elements serves to improve the sound insulation of the arrangement according to the invention. For reasons of sound isolation, under some circumstances it may also be advantageous to position the individual transparent surface elements at different distances.
In the event that a third and fourth surface element is provided in the intermediate space, there may be a gap region between the fourth surface element and the third surface element into which the at least one segment connected to the spacer projects at least partially. In this embodiment, two separate areas for receiving lines and / or lighting means arise in a particularly simple manner.
According to the invention, the corresponding spacer element of the third and / or fourth surface element is arranged spaced from the spacer, and the area spatially separated from the intermediate space is bounded by the spacer, the at least one segment projecting into the intermediate space and the corresponding spacer element. Accordingly, the corresponding spacer element of the third surface element can be used to form a partial surface of the separated region, whereby the inventive at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment can be simplified.
Thus, it is provided in a first realization of the arrangement according to the invention that the spacer has a web segment connecting the first and second surface element.
According to a further embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the spacer is a profile element with a first flange and a to the second flange portion extending parallel to the first flange. In this case, the first flange region is connected via the web segment to the second flange region, the first flange region to the first surface element and the second flange region to the second surface element. Furthermore, it is provided here that the at least one segment projecting into the intermediate space is connected to one of the flange regions or to the web segment. The formation of the spacer as a profile element with first and second flange portions has the advantage that the spacer can be easily connected to the first and second surface elements during the manufacturing process. This connection can be achieved for example by gluing. The spacer may preferably be formed as an extruded profile, which saves time and costs in production.
After a further implementation of the article according to the invention, the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment runs parallel to the web segment of the formed as a profile element spacer and is connected to one of the flange portions. The arrangement of the at least one projecting into the gap segment parallel to the web segment creates an optimal use of the gap to form a spatially separated area for receiving lines and / or lighting means or for ventilation of the gap.
The at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment may advantageously have an I, T, or L-shaped cross-section and be connected to the web segment of the spacer. As will be explained in more detail later with reference to the drawings, the configuration of the segment projecting into the intermediate space with an I-, T- or L-shaped cross-section makes it possible to form various advantageous variants of severed regions for receiving lines and / or illumination means for venting the gap.
According to a further embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment is formed integrally with the spacer. In this regard, it is conceivable that the spacer with the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment is integrally formed as an extruded profile. This makes it possible for the spacer and the at least one projecting into the gap segment in to produce a work step, whereby time and cost in the production of the inventive arrangement can be saved. Thus, the at least one projecting into the gap segment is of course also designed to be more stable, which proves to be advantageous especially when using the separated by the at least one segment separated area as a ventilation channel.
In a further realization of the arrangement according to the invention, it is provided that a distance is provided between the at least one projecting into the intermediate space segment and the corresponding spacer element of the third and / or fourth surface element. This distance ensures that the spatially separated area is sufficiently separated from the gap, whereby it can be optimally used for guiding lines and / or lighting and / or for ventilation / venting of the gap.
In accordance with a further embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, it is provided that on the outside and / or the inside of the first and / or second surface element a partially opaque coating is provided for optically covering the spatially separated region formed in the intermediate space. An opaque coating has the advantage that the lines or lighting means guided in the separated area and the spacer are not visible from outside the arrangement. Consequently, only the corresponding surface elements can be seen from the outside of the arrangement according to the invention.
In a further implementation of the arrangement according to the invention, at least one opening is provided in the spacer, via which the intermediate space or the region spatially separated from the intermediate space is in fluid communication with the outside atmosphere to allow gas exchange. Especially in strong sunlight, the gas located in the space between the surface elements can heat and as a result experience a volumetric expansion. The thus expanded gas can escape via the at least one opening, thereby effectively preventing the first or second surface element from deforming due to overpressure in the gap. This ensures that the first and second surface elements of the arrangement according to the invention always maintain the same shape.
According to a further aspect of the present invention, the area spatially separated from the gap may be in fluid communication with the gap via at least one opening for allowing gas exchange between the spatially separated area and the gap via at least one opening. In particular, by the use of electrical lines and / or by the use of lighting means within the separated area may, as already mentioned above, result in an expansion of the gas located in the separated area. In order to prevent deformation of the separated area, it is advantageous to provide a fluid connection between it and the space, through which a gas exchange can take place. However, it may not only be a gas exchange as a result of heating, but it is also conceivable to use the separated area as a ventilation channel, the openings serve as aeration or vents. The said at least one opening can also serve to distribute the emitted light of a light source located in the separated area in the space. Consequently, it is conceivable to provide an individually adjustable illumination of the intermediate space through the separated area.
According to a further embodiment of the arrangement according to the invention, an engineering component, in particular a unit for air circulation and / or cooling or a mechanical sun protection is at least partially integrated in the intermediate space, and preferably in the area spatially separated from the intermediate space. A sunscreen within the arrangement according to the invention has the advantage that it is effectively protected from the weather by the first and second transparent surface element.
It is also advantageous to design the engineering component in alignment with the outer edges of the first and second surface elements. In this way, it is ensured that the technical component according to the invention does not unnecessarily increase the arrangement and thus makes its installation more difficult. It is also conceivable to design the entire spacer as a technical component.
In the following, embodiments of the arrangement according to the invention are explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
