Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sprühspender für mehrere Komponenten, insbesondere für einen einstellbaren Dosierspender, gemäß den oberbegrifflichen Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a spray dispenser for a plurality of components, in particular for an adjustable dispenser, according to the preamble features of claim 1.
Derartige Sprühspender werden meist für Kosmetikartikel (z.B. Parfüms), bei denen eine Pflegekomponente beigemischt wird, für Reinigungsmittel, bei dem die Konzentration verändert wird oder Produkte, die aus mehreren Komponenten bestehen, die nicht gemeinsam gelagert werden können oder ihre Wirkung erst beim Zusammentreffen der Komponenten entwickeln, verwendet. Die Austrittsöffnungen für die zwei (oder mehr) Komponenten sollten dabei eng beieinander liegen, so dass sich die Sprühkegel überlappen und somit das Produkt vermischt z. B. auf die Haut gelangt. Nachteilig ist hierbei jedoch, dass die beiden (oder mehr) Zuführkanäle mit haarfeinen Durchlässen relativ kompliziert herzustellen sind. So sollten die Austrittsöffnungen möglichst parallel zueinander ausgerichtet sein, um eine weitgehende Überlagerung der Sprühkegel und damit Durchmischung zu ermöglichen. Die Pumpeinheiten sind jedoch bei symmetrischer Anordnung um einige Zentimeter voneinander entfernt, so dass für eine parallele Ausrichtung der Austrittsöffnungen die Zuführkanäle gebogen sein sollten. Dies verkompliziert die Herstellung jedoch zusätzlich, da die feinen Durchlässe kaum mehr exakt geformt bzw. das Bauteil kaum mehr entformt werden kann, außer dass zu besonders komplizierten Werkzeugformen gegriffen wird.Such spray dispensers are mostly for cosmetics (eg perfumes) in which a care component is mixed, for cleaning agents in which the concentration is changed or products that consist of several components that can not be stored together or their effect only at the meeting of the components develop, used. Durch die vorgeschlagene Gestaltung der Zuführkanäle wird bei der Herstellung im Spritzgießverfahren oder einer ähnlichen Produktionstechnik eine exakte Ausbildung des feinen Durchlasses des jeweiligen Zuführkanals erreicht. Zudem wird insbesondere eine einfache Ausformbarkeit und ein einfacher Werkzeug-Aufbau erzielt. Weiterhin wird eine eng nebeneinander liegende Anordnung der Austrittsöffnungen sowie deren parallele Ausrichtung, wodurch sich nicht nur eine kompakte Bauweise sondern auch eine gute Überlappung der Sprühkegel und damit Durchmischung ergibt. Die Montage mit Überführung des zunächst geradlinig hergestellten Zuführkanals in die gebogene Einbauposition kann dabei sehr einfach erfolgen, insbesondere mit einer Raste und einem gewölbten Bügel.The proposed design of the feed channels an exact formation of the fine passage of the respective feed channel is achieved in the production by injection molding or a similar production technology. Weiterhin kann an jeweiligen Pumpenkopf ein radialer Vorsprung vorgesehen sein, wiederum bevorzugt als integrales Spritzgussteil hergestellt. Dieser jeweilige Vorsprung liegt unterhalb einem Verstellteil und kann somit bei Betätigung eines Druckknopfes die entsprechende Pumpeneinheit betätigen. Dies kann simultan erfolgen, so dass bei zwei Komponenten ein Mischungsverhältnis von 1:1 ergibt. Die Betätigung kann aber durch unterschiedliche Höhenpositionierung des Vorsprungs und/oder des Verstellteils höhen- und damit versetzt erfolgen, so dass sich unterschiedliche Mischungsverhältnisse ergeben, wie die in der
