Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (70) zur Bildung eines Schuppenstroms von flachen, flexiblen Objekten (40) entlang eines Transportpfads (TP), wobei aufeinanderfolgende Objekte (40) eine Überlappungslänge (Ü) aufweisen, wobei die Vorrichtung (70) eine erste Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (M1) mit ersten Mitteln zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks mittels eines Wirbelwinds zum Ansaugen wenigstens eines Objekts (40) aufweist, wobei die ersten Mittel innerhalb eines Gehäuses (30a) angeordnet sind, welches eine Saugöffnung (33) aufweist, und mit wenigstens einem Transportriemen (34), dass die Vorrichtung (70) eine zweite Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (M2) mit zweiten Mitteln zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks mittels eines Wirbelwinds zum Ansaugen wenigstens eines Objekts (40) aufweist, wobei die zweiten Mittel innerhalb eines Gehäuses (30a) angeordnet sind, welches eine Saugöffnung (33) aufweist, und mit wenigstens einem Transportriemen (34), dass die erste Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (M1) und die zweite Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (m2) auf unterschiedlichen Seiten des Transportpfads (TP) angeordnet sind, dass die erste Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (M1) und die zweite Saug- und Transportvorrichtung (M2) in Richtung des Transportpfads (TP) gegeneinander um eine Länge (L) versetzt und in Richtung quer zum Transportpfad (TP) um einen Abstand (AM) gegeneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind und dass die in Richtung des Transportpfads (TP) hintere zweite Saug-und Transportvorrichtung (M2) gegen die Richtung des Transportpfads (TP) um einen Winkel (α) geneigt angeordnet ist.
