Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif servant à nettoyer une rampe à buses d'un système d'aiguilletage à jet d'eau pour des tissus textiles, comprenant les caractéristiques qui suivent :
    - un système de convoyage pour la rampe à buses afin de transporter celle-ci dans une direction longitudinale,
    - un système de pulvérisation pour l'eau à pression élevée, à l'action duquel la rampe est soumise dans la zone de ses orifices,
    - un système d'évacuation par aspiration, qui fait face au système de pulvérisation,
    caractérisé en ce
    que deux systèmes de pulvérisation (DO, DU) sont associés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction de convoyage à la rampe à buses (D), sachant que les deux côtés de la rampe à buses (D) peuvent être soumis à l'action des deux systèmes de pulvérisation (DO, DU) décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre dans un passage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que respectivement un système d'évacuation par aspiration (AO, AU) est associé à chaque système de pulvérisation (DO, DU) en lui faisant face.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le système de convoyage pour la rampe à buses (D) est réalisé sous la forme d'une paire de rouleaux transporteurs (TE, TA).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de soufflage (B) est disposé sur la voie de transport de la rampe à buses (D).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que respectivement une paire de rouleaux transporteurs (TE, TA) est associée au premier dispositif de pulvérisation (DO) ainsi qu'au dispositif de soufflage (B).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un logement (AD1, AD2) recevant la rampe à buses est associé au dispositif de nettoyage, hors duquel ou dans lequel logement la rampe à buses (D) est convoyée.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un système d'éclairage (BE), par l'entremise duquel les orifices de la rampe à buses (D) peuvent être éclairés par transparence.
  8. Procédé servant à nettoyer une rampe à buses d'un système d'aiguilletage à jet d'eau pour des tissus textiles, en
    - transportant la rampe à buses au moins en direction d'un premier système de pulvérisation,
    - soumettant au moins une première face de la rampe à buses à l'action d'un liquide au moyen du premier système de pulvérisation,
    - transportant la rampe à buses au moins en direction d'un deuxième système de pulvérisation, qui est disposé en aval du premier système de pulvérisation dans la direction de convoyage de la rampe à buses, et
    - soumettant au moins une deuxième face, faisant face à la première face, de la rampe à buses à l'action d'un liquide au moyen du deuxième système de pulvérisation.
