Description

  • The present invention relates to an opening device according to the preamble of claim 1 and an opening and closing device for movable furniture parts, in particular drawers.
  • Opening devices for movable furniture parts are known, which move a movable furniture part in the opening direction via an ejection mechanism ( EP 766 939 ). Such opening devices hold the movable furniture part in a predetermined closing position, so that the opening device is unlocked by pulling or pushing the movable furniture part and the movable furniture part is ejected. In such opening devices has the disadvantage that the assembly of the opening device must be very accurate, so that the closed position of the movable furniture parts is predetermined to achieve an appealing aperture image.
  • The DE 10 2008 027 541 discloses an actuating device for furniture parts, in which a drive device for opening or closing the furniture part can be moved over a spring accumulator. Another opening device is in the DE 199 35 120 A1 disclosed. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an opening device and an opening and closing device for movable furniture parts, which is easy to install and also ensures comfortable handling.
  • This object is achieved with an opening device having the features of claim 1.
  • According to the invention, the ejection stop is coupled to the ejection activator such that both tensile forces and compressive forces can be transmitted. As a result, locking means can be provided on the carriage, which can then be locked during an opening or closing operation. As a result, the reliability is increased because the carriage and the locking means are positively guided.
  • According to two spaced-apart stops are provided on the carriage, wherein a first stop with the driver in the ejection direction and a second stop in the feed direction coupled to the driver is. This ensures that the ejection device is clamped by the first stop before reaching the closed position. The effective in the direction of feed stop can be designed to be resilient and latching be moved past in the opening direction of the driver. The closing-effective stopper disengages from the driver when in a cocked and locked position, for example by pivoting while moving along a guideway having an angled end portion.
  • According to a further embodiment, a magnet is arranged on the ejection stop, which can be coupled with a metallically fixed activator. As a result, the ejection stop can transmit not only compressive but also tensile forces; in particular, the carriage can be pulled along a guideway via a coupling of the ejection stop to the stationary activator. This allows in a simple manner a decoupling of the first stop from the driver and an engagement of the second stop on the carriage with the driver.
  • Instead of a magnet and a sliding latch can be mounted on the carriage, which is coupled in a closing movement with the activator and decoupled at an opening movement from a certain position of the activator.
  • According to a further embodiment, a pivotable lever is provided which forms a stop for the carriage, wherein by means of the lever, the driver from the end position can be unlocked to activate the ejection device. As a result, the closing position is predetermined by the pivotable lever. The retraction device ensures that the closed position is reached and the carriage bears against the lever without the user having to move the movable furniture part exactly to the closed position.
  • Preferably, in a closed position of the carriage is tensioned by the retraction device in the closing direction and the holding forces of the driver in the locked position are greater than the triggering forces by the lever to which the carriage rests. Thereby, a locking or latching of the movable furniture part is obtained in the closed position, so that the system is stable when only the retraction device in the closed position is effective and biases the carriage in the closing direction.
  • Preferably, the force accumulator of the ejection device is tensioned when closing the movable furniture part, wherein the path for tensioning the energy accumulator spaced from a closed position is arranged, for example, at a distance between 2 to 5 cm. As a result, the handling is particularly simplified because the user does not have to lock the furniture part exactly on the furniture body. In this case, the collection device can be activated during a closing operation at the end of the clamping path of the energy storage of the ejection device, so that the distance between the clamping of the ejection device and the actual closing position can be automatically covered by the feed device. To avoid hard impact noise, the collection device can also be designed to be damped.
  • Preferably, the ejection device has two guideways. One serves to guide the driver and is usually designed as Krückstockkurve, ie a linear guideway with an angled end portion. The further guideway is used to guide the carriage or driver carriage and is preferably designed with no angled section. It is also possible to provide three guideways on the housing.
  • The collection device and ejection device are preferably mounted at a distance from one another on the movable furniture part and / or furniture body. As a result, installation spaces can be used particularly well, for example, the housing of the ejection device can be mounted on the underside of a drawer, while the collection device is accommodated in a side frame of a drawer.

  • A piece of furniture 1 comprises a furniture body 2, shown schematically, on which a push element in the form of a drawer 3 is slidably mounted. For this purpose, 3 pullout guides 5 are provided on opposite sides of the drawer, which are defined by angle 9 on the furniture body 2. The drawer 3 with the front panel 4 can be ejected via an ejector 6 in the opening direction, the ejector 6 is supported on an angular activator 7, which is mounted on the furniture body 2. The angular activator 7 is attached to a stationary furniture part such. B. the body wall, the carcass angle of the pullout guide or the guide rail of the pullout guide set. An integral design of the angular activator 7 with, for example, the carcass angle of the pullout guide or the guide rail of the pullout guide is also possible. The opening and closing device according to the invention is used by way of example in conjunction with a drawer, but it is also possible to use the opening and closing device for other movable furniture parts, such as sliding doors, push elements and flaps.
  • As in FIG. 2 is shown, the ejector 6 is mounted on the underside of the drawer 3, while the pullout guide 5 is received within side frames 8 of the drawer 3. At the pullout guide 5 is a collection device 40, by means of which the drawer 3 is pulled in the closing direction.
  • The ejection device 6 is in the Figures 3 and 4 shown in detail. A housing 20 formed from two parts forms a first guide track 21 for a carriage 15. The carriage 15 comprises two pins 16 which are movable in the linear guide track 21. On the carriage 15, a discharge stop 10 is arranged, in which a magnet 11 is received. The magnet 11 can be coupled to the angle-shaped activator 7 and then holds the ejection stop 10 on the activator 7 fixed to the furniture body.
  • The ejection stop 10 is adjustable in the closing or opening direction, wherein the ejection stop 10 for this purpose has a threaded bolt 12 which is guided by two eyelets 14 on the carriage 15. Between the two eyelets 15, a nut 13 is rotatably supported, so that by rotating the nut 13 of the ejection stop 10 can be moved.
  • On the carriage 15, a first stop 17 is formed, which can be brought into engagement with a driver 26 in the ejection direction. Spaced apart from the first stop 17, a second stop 18 is provided on the carriage 15, which can be coupled in the closing direction with the driver 26. The second stop 18 is resilient and includes a spring bar 19 which is supported at the bottom of a receptacle 25 for the stop 18. As a result, the stop 18 can be pressed against the force of the spring bar 19 in the carriage 15. The stopper 18 also has on the protruding from the carriage 15 section on a run-on slope.
  • On the housing 20, a second guide track 22 is formed, on which a driver 26 of the ejection device 6 is movable. The driver 26 includes two pins 27 that engage the track 22 and a protruding tip 28 that can be engaged with the first stop 17 or second stop 18. The guideway 22 in this case comprises an angled end portion, on which the driver 26 can be locked by the force of a spring 29.   • On the housing 20, a lever 30 is rotatably mounted, which engages with an axis 31 in a receptacle on the housing 20. On both sides of the axis 31, the lever 30 has arms 32 and 33.   • In FIG. 5 is the opening and closing device shown in the closed position, in which the front panel 4 with a small gap y (see Fig. 13 ) is arranged to the furniture body 2. A collection device 40 on the pullout guide 5 is via a driver 42 in engagement with an activator 41, which is fixed to the running rail of the pullout guide 5. The driver 42 is movably mounted along a cam guide on a housing 43 and tensioned by the force of a spring in the closing direction. The spring is received in a cartridge 44, in which a damper can be arranged.
  • The retraction device 40 presses the push element 3 in the closing direction, so that the housing 20 is also pressed in the closing direction.
  • Due to the force of the spring of the retraction device, the carriage 15, which is supported on the ejection stop 10 on the activator 7 and therefore can not continue along the guide track 21, acting on the arm 32 of the lever 30. The lever 30 is therefore by the force the spring of the retraction device 40 in FIG. 5 tensioned in the clockwise direction and presses with the arm 33 against the driver 26 so that it is moved out of the angled end portion of the guideway 22 and unlocked. The unlocking forces by the retraction device 40 counteracts the force of the spring 29, which holds the driver 26 in the locked position. Since the force of the spring 29 is significantly greater than the force of the retraction device 40, the driver 26 is held in the locked position, when next to the retraction device 40 no further force is exerted on the pusher.
  • In FIG. 6 the position when unlocking the opening and closing device is shown. The front panel 4 has been slightly pushed into the furniture body 2, at most by the amount of the gap y. Here, the voltage applied to the activator 7 ejection stop 10 and thus the carriage 15 of the ejector has been moved slightly in the closing direction. Furthermore, the activator 41 of the collection device has been moved slightly in the closing direction.
  • By pressing the front panel 4, the lever 30 has been rotated by the stop 18 on the carriage 15 in a clockwise direction, so that the arm 33 of the lever 30 moves the driver 26 out of the locked end position. As a result, the driver 26 can now be moved along the guide track 22 by the force of the spring 29. The driver 26 is in engagement with the first stop 17 on the carriage 15th
  • In FIG. 7 the opening and closing device is shown in an ejection position. The front panel 4 is spaced from the furniture body 2. The retraction device 40 has been tensioned by moving the thrust element in the opening direction, wherein the activator 41 has moved the driver 42 along the guideway to an angled end portion at which the driver 42 is pivoted and disengaged was brought with the activator 41. The ejection device 6 is still effective and the carriage 15 is moved by the driver 26 in the opening direction.
  • In FIG. 8 the position is shown in which the driver 26 of the ejection device abuts a limiting element 23 which is inserted into the housing 20. For this purpose, the housing 20 has a comb 37 which has positioning lugs 38 into which the limiting element 23 can be inserted for the purpose of creating the distances 51 to 55 for the driver 26. The driver 26 has now arrived in the end position, while the carriage 15 along the guide track 21 can be moved on. Thus, the carriage 15 does not stop in this position, now acts the tensile force of the magnet 11 which is coupled to the metallic activator 7 on the furniture body. During the further opening movement of the carriage 15 was pulled along the guide track 21, wherein the second stop 18 has been moved over the top 28 of the driver 26 away.   • In this position, the thrust element 4 can now be moved freely in the opening direction, with both the ejection device 6 and the retraction device 40 are disengaged and only the tensile force of the magnet 11 on the activator 7 must be overcome, to which usually the inertial force of the drawer third enough.
  • In FIG. 10 the thrust element is again moved in the closing direction, wherein initially the spring 29 of the ejector 6 is tensioned. For this purpose, the second stop 18 engages the driver 26 and moves it to the angled end portion of the guide rail 22. When the driver 26 has arrived at the angled end portion, he presses the lever 30 counterclockwise. In addition, the tip 28 of the driver 26 is disengaged from the second stop 18, which can now be moved over the driver 26 away.
  • The collection device 40 is still out of engagement, since the activator 41 is located just before the driver 42.
  • In FIG. 11 a position is shown in which the retraction device 40 has been activated and the activator 41 is in engagement with the driver 42, which is now moved in the closing direction by the force of a pull-in spring. The ejection device 6 is in the tensioned state, wherein the carriage 15 is moved along the guide track 21.
  • In FIG. 12 is reached the closing position, which is also in FIG. 5 is shown. The second stop 18 is now applied to the arm 32 of the lever 30, while the opposite arm 33 abuts against the driver 26.   • In order to adjust the gap y between the front panel 4 and the furniture body 2 ( FIG. 13 ), an adjusting mechanism for the ejection stop 10 is provided on the carriage 15, which has a displacement V. Claims (12)

  1. An opening device for movable furniture parts, in particular drawers, having an ejection device (6) which has a carrier (26), which is pre-tensioned by a force accumulator (29), and which can be locked in an end position of a guide path (22), wherein a movable carriage (15) is provided, which can be coupled via at least one stop (17, 18) with the carrier (26) and abuts against an ejection activator (7) with an ejection stop (10) in a closed position, whereby the ejection stop (10) is coupled with the ejection activator (7) in such a manner that both traction forces and also pressure forces are transmittable whereby two stops (17, 18), which are spaced apart from one another, are provided on the carriage (15), wherein a first stop (17) can be coupled with the carrier (26) in the ejection direction and a second stop (18) can be coupled in the retraction direction with the carrier (26), characterized in that an adjustable delimitation element (23) is provided, in order to delimit the path of the carrier (26) in the opening direction.
