Die Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, die Lampe mit einem Platinenträger und einer Abdeckung auszustatten, die jeweils als geradlinige Profilkörper ausgestaltet sind. Die Abdeckung deckt den Platinenträger an einer Oberseite ab und kann dadurch an der Oberseite des Platinenträgers einen Hohlraum begrenzen. In diesem Hohlraum kann zumindest eine, vorzugsweise geradlinige, Platine, an der Oberseite des Platinenträgers angeordnet werden, wobei die jeweilige Platine mehrere LEDs trägt. Weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, an einer Unterseite des Platinenträgers, also an einer von den LEDs abgewandten Seite trägerseitige Befestigungsmittel sowie elektrische Anschlussmittel anzuordnen, wobei die Befestigungsmittel zum Befestigen der Lampe an oder in der jeweiligen Leuchte vorgesehen sind, während die Anschlussmittel zum elektrischen Kontaktiren der Lampe mit einer Stromversorgung der jeweiligen Leuchte vorgesehen sind. Durch die vorgeschlagene Bauweise befinden sich die LEDs nur an der Oberseite des Platinenträgers, während dessen Unterseite zur Abstrahlung von Wärme genutzt werden kann. Auf diese Weise lässt sich die thermische Belastung der Lampe reduzieren. Ferner bewirken die an der Unterseite des Platinenträgers angeordneten Befestigungsmittel, dass eine Halterung, welche die Lampe mit der Leuchte bzw. mit einem Leuchtengehäuse verbindet, nicht außen an den Längsenden der Lampe, sondern zwangsläufig zwischen den Längsenden der Lampe angeordnet ist. Insbesondere lässt sich dadurch die Position einer derartigen Halterung zwischen den Längsenden der Lampe vergleichsweise frei wählen, wodurch insbesondere eine verbesserte Gewichtsverteilung realisierbar ist, was die jeweilige Halterung entlastet. Auch das Anordnen der elektrischen Anschlussmittel an der Unterseite des Platinenträgers eröffnet eine größere Gestaltungsfreiheit hinsichtlich der Positionierung entsprechender leuchtenseitiger elektrischer Anschlüsse. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht die vorgeschlagene Bauweise eine insgesamt stabförmige, geradlinige Gestalt für die Lampe. Im Unterschied zu herkömmlichen LED-Röhren, die aufgrund ihrer Austauschbarkeit mit herkömmlichen Leuchtstoffröhren ein Retrofit-System bilden, definiert die hier vorgestellte, erfindungsgemäße Lampe zusammen mit einer zugehörigen Leuchte ein proprietäres System, das ein Ersetzen herkömmlicher Leuchtstoffröhren durch die erfindungsgemäßen Lampen ausschließt.The invention is based on the general idea to equip the lamp with a platinum carrier and a cover, which are each designed as a straight profile body.
