Claims (11)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Verschließen eines Behälters (1), der mit einem Hals (12) versehen ist, wobei diese Vorrichtung einen Stopfen (51) und eine Kappe (52) aus Kunststoff, die geeignet ist, sowohl den Stopfen als auch den Hals zu umschließen, umfasst, wobei die Kappe einen Ring (53), der geeignet ist, den Stopfen und den Hals in aufgesetzter Anordnung zu umschließen, und der mit Mitteln (537) zum Verriegeln an dem Hals versehen ist, sowie ein Organ (54) zum Betätigen des Rings umfasst, das mit ersten Mitteln (535) zum Übertragen einer Schubkraft (E2) auf den Ring und mit zweiten Mitteln (541) zum Aktivieren der Verriegelungsmittel (537) des Rings versehen ist, wobei dieses Betätigungsmittel den Ring umgibt, wenn es seine Verriegelungsmittel aktiviert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (53) mit einem umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragen (5311) versehen ist und dass das Betätigungsorgan (54) mit wenigstens einer Erhebung (5431) versehen ist, die dazu bestimmt ist, an dem umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragen (5311) in Anlage zu gelangen (E4), wenn es die Verriegelungsmittel (537) aktiviert.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erhebung des Betätigungsorgans durch einen Rand (5431) einer Öffnung (543) gebildet ist, die durch eine Umfangstrennwand (544) des Betätigungsorgans (54) ausgebildet ist, welche den Ring (53) umgibt, wenn das Betätigungsorgan die Verriegelungsmittel (537) aktiviert.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (543) einen Teil (5443) der Umfangstrennwand einfasst, der - von der Außenseite des Betätigungsorgans (54) betrachtet - konkav ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsmittel des Rings (53) Verriegelungslaschen (537) umfassen, die sich von einem Rand (534) dieses Rings ausgehend in Richtung des umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragens (5311) erstrecken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser (D537) eines Kreises (C537), der durch radiale Außenteile (5374) der Verriegelungslaschen (537) verläuft, einen größeren Wert als der Außendurchmesser (D534) des Randes (534), von dem ausgehend sich diese Laschen erstrecken, aufweist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rand (534), von dem ausgehend sich die Verrieglungslaschen (537) erstrecken, durchgehend ist und jede Verrieglungslasche in einer Öffnung (536) mit geschlossener Kontur angeordnet ist, welche den Ring (53) - bezogen auf eine Längs- und Mittelachse (X53) des Rings - in einer radialen Richtung durchquert.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (53) und das Betätigungsorgan (54) mit ersten Haltemitteln (535) bzw. mit zweiten Haltemitteln (5461) versehen sind, die zusammenwirken, um das Betätigungsorgan gegenüber dem Ring in einer Wartestellung, in der es die Verriegelungsmittel (537) nicht aktiviert, zu halten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Haltemittel (535) des Rings (53) an verformbaren Streifen (533) ausgebildet sind, die in einer Richtung parallel zu der Längs- und Mittelachse (X35) des Rings zwischen dem umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragen (5311) und dem ringförmigen Rand (534) des Rings, von dem ausgehend sich die Verriegelungsmittel (537) erstrecken, verlaufen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsorgan (54) mehrere Erhebungen (5431) umfasst, die dazu bestimmt sind, an dem umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragen (5311) gleichzeitig in Anlage zu gelangen, und die um eine Längs- und Mittelachse (X54) des Betätigungsorgans herum verteilt sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der maximale Durchmesser (D531) des umlaufenden durchgehenden Außenkragens (5311) einen Wert aufweist, der größer ist als derjenige des Durchmessers (D543) eines imaginären Kreises (C543), welcher um die Längs- und Mittelachse (X54) des Betätigungsorgans (54) zentriert ist und auf der Innenseite mit den Erhebungen (5431) in Berührung kommt.
  11. Behälter (1), der mit einer Verschlussvorrichtung (50) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche ausgerüstet ist.
