Claims (5)

  1. Verfahren zum Befestigen eines Klemmrings (11) an einem Hals (3) eines Fläschchens, umfassend ein Verteilungselement (5), wobei der Hals eine ringförmige Wand (3a) aufweist, die eine äußere Schulter (4) zur Verbindung des Halses mit dem Körper (1) des Fläschchens bedeckt, wobei der Klemmring eine Hülse (14) aufweist, deren unteres Ende mit Verriegelungsmitteln (15) versehen ist, wobei das Verteilungselement (5) einen Körper (8) umfasst, der einen Außenumfang (17) aufweist, wobei das Verfahren bereitstellt:
    - Montieren der Hülse (14) des Klemmrings (11) im Inneren der ringförmigen Wand (3a) des Halses (3), indem die Verriegelungsmittel (15) radial gegenüber der Schulter (4) angeordnet werden;
    - Gleiten des Körpers (8) des Verteilungselements (5) im Inneren der Hülse (14), um die Verriegelungsmittel (15) in radialer Anlage an dem Außenumfang (17) und in axialer Anlage an die Schulter (4) anzuordnen, um die Verriegelung der Befestigung des Klemmrings (11) in dem Hals (3) zu gewährleisten;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Verriegelungsmittel (15) mindestens einen äußeren Vorsprung (15a) umfassen, der in der Schulter (4) bei der Montage der Hülse (14) in der ringförmigen Wand (3a) des Halses (3) einrastet, wobei der Außenumfang (17) eingerichtet ist, ein Ausrasten zu verhindern.
  2. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, vor der Montage der Hülse (14) im Inneren der ringförmigen Wand (3a) des Halses (3), der Körper (8) des Verteilungselements (5) im Inneren der Hülse in einer vormontierten Position angeordnet ist, in welcher der Außenumfang (17) nicht mit den Verriegelungsmitteln (15) interagiert.
  3. Befestigungsverfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (8) des Verteilungselements (5) einen größeren Außendurchmesser (8a) aufweist, wobei das Gleiten des Körpers (8) des Verteilungselements (5) diesen Durchmesser im Inneren der Hülse (14) anordnet, wobei der Durchmesser eingerichtet ist, ein dichtes radiales Klemmen im Inneren der Hülse auszuführen, um die dichte Befestigung des Elements in dem Klemmring (11) zu gewährleisten.
  4. Befestigungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser (17) divergiert.
  5. Befestigungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gleiten des Körpers (8) des Verteilungselements (5) im Inneren der Hülse (14) durchgeführt wird, bis ein Anschlag des Körpers in axiale Anlage an den Klemmring (11) gebracht wird.
