Claims (13)

  1. Befestigungsvorrichtung zur Befestigung einer Abgabevorrichtung (7) auf einem Behälter (3), welcher einen röhrenförmigen Hals (6) umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen Befestigungsstutzen (20), umfassend:
    . eine ringförmige Scheibe (25), die auf einer zentralen Achse (22) zentriert ist und sich in einer Radialebene in Bezug auf die Zentralachse (22) erstreckt, wobei die Scheibe (25) eine untere Oberfläche mit einem zentralen Auflagebereich (25a) und einem peripheren Zentrierungsbereich (25b) aufweist,
    . eine ringförmige Ummantelung (26), die sich axial von der Scheibe (25) erstreckt, wobei sie auf der Zentralachse (22) zentriert ist, und einen zylindrischen Zwischenabschnitt (26a) angrenzend an die Scheibe (25) und einen Endabschnitt (26b) in Entfernung von der Scheibe (25) aufweist, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (26a) dazu bestimmt ist, einen Teil des Halses gegenüber einer äußeren axialen Oberfläche dieses Teil des Halses zu umgeben, wobei der Zwischenabschnitt (26a) eine innere Oberfläche und eine äußere Oberfläche aufweist, wobei die innere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) der Ummantelung (26) durch den Zentrierungsbereich (25b) der Scheibe mit dem Auflagebereich (25a) der Scheibe verbunden ist, wobei sich der Zentrierungsbereich (25b) von dem Auflagebereich (25a) zu der inneren Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) hin aufweitet, wobei der Endabschnitt (26b) eine innere Oberfläche und eine äußere Oberfläche aufweist, wobei der Endbereich (26b) beweglich ist zwischen:
    - einem freien Zustand, in dem die äußere Oberfläche des Endabschnitts (26b) in Bezug auf die äußere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) nach Außen vorspringt, und die innere Oberfläche des Endabschnitts (26b) in Bezug auf die innere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) nicht nach Innen vorspringt, und
    - einem verformten Zustand, in dem die innere Oberfläche des Endabschnitts (26b) in Bezug auf die innere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) nach Innen vorspringt, und die äußere Oberfläche des Endabschnitts (26b) axial mit der äußeren Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) ausgerichtet ist,
    - ein Stützlager (21), der zur Aufnahme des gesamten Befestigungsstutzens (20) ausgebildet ist und eine innere Oberfläche aufweist, die derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie sich mit Reibung auf die äußere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) der Ummantelung (26) aufdrückt,
    wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Befestigungsstutzen (20) des Weiteren einen Kranz (27) umfasst, der sich gegenüberliegend der Ummantelung (26) axial von der Scheibe (25) erstreckt, wobei der Kranz (27) eine äußere Oberfläche aufweist, die axial mit der äußeren Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) der Ummantelung (26) ausgerichtet ist.
  2. Befestigungsvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, umfassend wenigstens einen Vorsprung (34), der sich in etwa senkrecht von der inneren Oberfläche des Stützlagers (21) erstreckt und derart ausgebildet ist, dass er in die äußere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) der Ummantelung (26) eingreifen kann.
  3. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei der Kranz (27) ein freies Ende umfasst, das eine äußere Abschrägung (33) aufweist.
  4. Befestigungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, welche insgesamt zylindrisch um die Zentralachse (22) herum ausgebildet ist.
  5. Abgabesystem, umfassend eine Befestigungsvorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 und eine Abgabevorrichtung (7), wobei die ringförmige Scheibe (25) eine zentrische Öffnung (29) auf der zentralen Achse (22) abgrenzt, und wobei die Abgabevorrichtung (7) derart eingeführt ist, dass sie sich in etwa entsprechend der Zentralachse (22) erstreckt.
  6. Abgabesystem gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei der Stützlager (21) oberhalb des Endabschnitts (26b) der Ummantelung (26) zum Teil auf die äußere Oberfläche des Kranzes (27) mit Reibung aufgedrückt ist, wobei der Endabschnitt (26b) im freien Zustand vorliegt.
  7. Abgabesystem gemäß Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei der Befestigungsstutzen (20) eine ringförmige innere Wand (28) umfasst, die sich axial von der Scheibe (25) erstreckt und ausgebildet ist, die Abgabevorrichtung (7) durch Einstecken aufzunehmen.
  8. Abgabesystem nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, wobei das Abgabesystem (7) einen zylindrischen Körper (8), entsprechend einer Achse, der mit einem in Bezug auf die Achse des Körpers (8) radialen Kragen (15) versehen ist, umfasst, wobei die ringförmige Scheibe (25) auf dem Kragen (15) aufliegt.
  9. Spender umfassend ein Abgabesystem gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8 und einen Behälter (3), wobei der Behälter einen röhrenförmigen Hals (6) entsprechend einer Längsachse (4) umfasst, bei dem ein freies Ende mit einer Einfassung (2) versehen ist, die radial in Bezug auf die Längsachse (4) vorspringt, wobei der Hals (6) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sich die Abgabevorrichtung (7) in das Innere des Halse (6) erstrecken kann, wobei die Ummantelung (26) des Befestigungsstutzens (20) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie gänzlich die Einfassung (2) aufnimmt, und dass, im verformten Zustand des Endabschnitts (26b) der Ummantelung (26), wenigstens ein Teil des Endabschnitts (26b) unterhalb der Einfassung (2) angeordnet ist.
  10. Spender gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die innere Oberfläche des Zwischenabschnitts (26a) der Ummantelung (26) eine in Bezug auf die Zentralachse (22) des Befestigungsstutzens (20) radial gemessene Abmessung aufweist, die größer ist als eine in Bezug auf die Längsachse (4) radial gemessene maximale äußere Abmessung der Einfassung (2).
  11. Spender gemäß Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei der Hals (6) derart ausgebildet ist, dass die Abgabevorrichtung (7) unter Reibung in das Innere des Halses (6) eingedrückt werden kann.
  12. Spender nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, wobei sich die Abgabevorrichtung (7) in das Innere des Halses (6) erstreckt, wobei die Scheibe (25) auf der Einfassung (2) aufliegt, wobei die Ummantelung (26) gänzlich die Einfassung (2) aufnimmt, wobei das Stützlager (21) gänzlich den Befestigungsstutzen (20) aufnimmt, wobei der Endabschnitt (26b) der Ummantelung (26) derart im verformten Zustand vorliegt, dass wenigstes ein Teil des Endabschnitts (26b) unterhalb der Einfassung (2) angeordnet ist.
  13. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau eines Spenders gemäß Anspruch 12, wobei das Montageverfahren, ausgehend von einem Behälter (3), umfassend einen röhrenförmigen Hals (6) entsprechend einer Längsachse (4), bei dem ein freies Ende mit einer Einfassung (2) versehen ist, die in Bezug auf die Längsachse (4) radial vorspringt, und einem Abgabesystem gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, folgende Schritte vorsieht:
    - Anordnen des Abgabesystems auf dem Hals derart, dass sich die Zentralachse (22) des Befestigungsstutzens (20) in etwa coaxial zur Längsachse (4) des Halses (6) erstreckt, wobei sich die Abgabevorrichtung (7) in das Innere des Halses (6) erstreckt, wobei die Scheibe (25) auf der Einfassung (2) aufliegt, wobei die Ummantelung (26) gänzlich die Einfassung (2) aufnimmt, wobei das Stützlager (21) zum Teil oberhalb des Endabschnitts (26b) der Ummantelung (26) unter Reibung auf die äußere Oberfläche des Kranzes (27) aufgedrückt ist, wobei der Endabschnitt (26b) im freien Zustand vorliegt,
    - Ausüben einer äußeren Belastung entsprechend der Längsachse (4) auf das Stützlager (21) in Richtung des Halses (6) derart, dass das Stützlager (21) in Bezug auf den Befestigungsstutzen (20) verschoben wird, bis er vollständig den Befestigungsstutzen (20) aufnimmt, wobei das Stützlager (21) ein Übergehen des Endabschnitts (26b) der Ummantelung (26) vom freien Zustand in den verformten Zustand bewirkt.
