Claims (15)
- Spendersystem für ein fluides Produkt, umfassend einen flexiblen Körper (1), der ein inneres, durch Verformung des Körpers variables Volumen begrenzt, wobei der Körper ein Rohr (2) aufweist, das mit einem offenen Ende (3) versehen ist, und mit einem Ende (4), das mit einem oberen Sattel (5) ausgestattet ist, an den sich nach oben ein Hals (6) anschließt, in dem eine Spendervorrichtung (7) auf dichte Weise befestigt ist, wobei das System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, das es ferner ein Teilungselement (15) umfasst, das im Innern des Körpers (1) angeordnet ist, wobei es sich in dichtem Kontakt mit der Innenwand des Körpers befindet, wobei das Element beiderseits ein Verpackungsvolumen (17) begrenzt, das sich in Kommunikation mit dem offenen Ende (3) sowie mit Speisemitteln (10) der Spendervorrichtung (7) befindet, und ein Totvolumen (18), das im Innern mindestens eines Teils des Sattels (5) und des Halses (6) gebildet wird, um von dem offenen Ende (3) isoliert zu sein.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet das ein Trennelement (15) aus einem Teil ausgeführt wird, das von der Spendervorrichtung (7) verschieden ist, wobei das Element auf der Vorrichtung befestigt ist.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) abnehmbar auf der Spendervorrichtung (7) befestigt ist, wobei die Befestigung derart angeordnet ist, dass beim Auseinandernehmen der Spendervorrichtung (7) und des Körpers (1) die Ablösung des Elements hervorgerufen wird.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) eine Scheibe (16), deren Rand sich in dichtem Kontakt mit der Innenwand des Körpers (1) befindet, und eine Bohrung (20) aufweist, in der die Spendervorrichtung (7) auf dichte Weise befestigt ist.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spendervorrichtung (7) vom Typ ohne Luftaufnahme ist, um eine Verformung des flexiblen Körpers (1) in Abhängigkeit vom Spendevorgang zu induzieren.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spendervorrichtung eine manuell betriebene Pumpe (7) ist.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpe (7) einen unteren Teil (8a) aufweist, der mit einem Speiseöffnung (10) versehen ist, wobei das Trennelement (15) auf dichte Weise um den unteren Teil angeordnet ist.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hals (6) eine Innenabmessung aufweist, die kleiner ist als die Innenabmessung des Rohrs (2), wobei der Sattel (5) eine variable Innenabmessung aufweist, um den Anschluss zwischen dem Hals und dem Rohr auszuführen.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) bezogen auf die Verformung des Körpers (1) starr ist.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) vor der Befestigung der Spendervorrichtung (7) im Hals (6) in den Körper (1) eingefügt wird, wobei das Element in dem Körper gehalten wird, damit die Vorrichtung auf ihm befestigt werden kann, indem die Speisemittel (10) in Kommunikation mit dem Verpackungsvolumen (17) angeordnet werden.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenwand des Körpers (1) mindestens einen Ring (22) zum In-Position-Halten des Trennelements (15) in dem Körper aufweist.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) vor seiner Befestigung im Hals (6) fest mit der Spendervorrichtung (7) verbunden wird, wobei das Element zwischen einem zusammengezogenen Zustand zur Befestigung der Vorrichtung in dem Hals und einem ausgedehnten Zustand zum Trennen verformbar ist.
- Spendersystem nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trennelement (15) eine Scheibe (16) umfasst, die zwischen ihren zusammengezogenen und ausgedehnten Zuständen elastisch verformbar ist, wobei die Scheibe derart angeordnet ist, dass ihr Rand während der Befestigung der Spendervorrichtung (7) mit den Innenwänden des Halses (6), des Sattels (5) und gegebenenfalls des Rohrs (2) gleitend in Kontakt bleibt.
- Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich das Trennelement (15) in dichtem Kontakt mit der Innenwand des Sattels (5) oder mit einem Bereich der Innenwand des Rohrs (2), die dem Sattel benachbart ist, befindet.
- Verfahren zur Verpackung eines fluiden Produkts in einem Spendersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Anordnen des Körpers (1) auf eine Weise, dass das offene Ende (3) des Rohrs (2) über dem Hals (6) angeordnet ist, das Einführen des Produkts in das offene Ende, um das Verpackungsvolumen (17) zu füllen, ohne Produkt in das Totvolumen (18) einzuführen, dann das Schließen des offenen Endes, um das Verpackungsvolumen dicht zu machen, vorsieht.
