Description

Domaine techniqueTechnical area

The present invention relates to a pushing structure capable of creating a relief and intended to be integrated into a false wall, such as, for example, false ceilings and false walls and in particular those constituted by at least one stretched flexible sheet hung along from its edges to a support fixed to the walls or ceiling of a room in a building.

False walls are already known which comprise on the one hand a peripheral frame fixed to the walls or to the ceiling of a room, this frame being formed by an outer rail itself consisting of abutting profiles, and on the other hand, a tablecloth soft stretched inside this frame. This flexible sheet is most often constituted by a fabric of polymeric materials having many qualities such as including: fire resistance, airtightness as dust or moisture, ease of maintenance, etc..

This type of known false walls is based on the principle of a power of the flexible sheet on the frame, perfectly flat, horizontally or vertically depending on whether it is a false ceiling or a false wall . Said flexible sheet is kept taut because of the attachment, on the rail, of a border integral with the web forming a harpoon. This sheet is thus stretched parallel to a wall of the room so as to leave a residual space located between the wall of said room and said fabric. This residual space, also called plenum, makes it possible to house all unsightly equipment such as electrical cables, pipes, etc. Therefore, said canvas can hide these equipment but also the imperfections of the walls of the room and to have a uniform and clean visible surface by retaining for example the dust in this plenum.

Moreover, these false walls sometimes comprise elements in relief, as described in US 4724181 A1 said elements conventionally comprise non-coplanar adjacent faces, such as boxes, which can be arranged to illuminate the room or for decorative purposes.

Thus, there are known light boxes of this type, able to be integrated into a false ceiling, of generally parallelepipedal shape, comprising a plurality of light sources fixed to the ceiling and located inside four adjacent non-coplanar vertical faces fixed on said ceiling and a preferably translucent flexible sheet covering at least its horizontal open bottom face.

One of the disadvantages of this type of light boxes or not is that they require the establishment of an expensive structural framework, difficult to implement to achieve in particular the non-coplanar adjacent faces of said boxes.

Another disadvantage is that said structural framework makes it difficult to obtain left surfaces such as in particular spherical or ovoidal caps or faces generally in the form of half-hyperbolas.

Finally, another drawback of this type of known light boxes is that dust or various residues contained in the plenum between the wall of the room and the false ceiling can fall on the translucent sheet. Thus, when the light sources are on, said dust or residue then appear as black spots on the translucent sheet making the box particularly unsightly.

Exposé de l'inventionPresentation of the invention

The object of the present invention is therefore to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a pushing structure of a flexible sheet intended to create a perennial relief and to be integrated into a false wall, said structure being simple, economical and able to satisfy all the constraints and conditions mentioned above.

According to the invention, it is therefore proposed a pushing structure capable of creating a relief and intended to be integrated in all or part of a false wall, including a false ceiling, remarkable in that it comprises a first frame, the less a first flexible sheet, said external, comprising an extensible fabric and a fastening means attached to the periphery of said fabric and allowing the attachment of said first flexible sheet on said first frame, at least one spacer element and a second frame maintained remote from the first frame by the spacer element and adapted to highlight the web of the first flexible web.

According to a preferred embodiment, the first frame is constituted by a smooth forming a closed frame.

Advantageously, said second frame is preferably in the form of a closed frame.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the peripheral fastening means of the first flexible sheet is a harpoon having a hook shape and is adapted to cooperate with the first frame of the beam.

It is understood that by using a type of structure according to the invention, it is possible to create a luminous aesthetic relief by placing light sources arranged in the plenum behind the outer flexible ply and by choosing said translucent outer flexible ply. .

According to a second variant embodiment, the structure advantageously comprises an internal flexible ply disposed behind the outer flexible ply and in front of light sources installed in the plenum, the said internal flexible ply preferably being transparent. Thus, the latter makes it possible to isolate the outer flexible sheet of dust or residue so that the latter do not appear as black spots on said translucent outer flexible sheet.

Finally, the pushing structure according to the invention may be used either independently or in juxtaposition with similar structures to create a false wall obtained from a network of reliefs, or else in integration with all or part of a false wall of the stretched flexible sheet type disposed along a wall of a room.

Meilleure manière de réaliser l'invention techniqueBest way to realize the technical invention

In this non-limiting preferred embodiment variant, a pushing structure used for producing a relief in a false ceiling will be described; However, the pushing structure can obviously be used for a false wall, or even to form a panel, a screen or a false wall serving as an advertising medium for example.

With reference to the figure 1 , the false wall, false suspended ceiling type, comprises a flexible sheet 1 stretched horizontally in the upper part of the room 2 so as to leave a plenum 3 located between the ceiling 4 of said room 2 and said false wall 1. Said plenum 3 allows including to house all unsightly equipment such as electrical cables, pipes, etc.

With reference to Figures 1 to 4 said false wall comprises a pushing structure 5, according to the invention, comprising a first frame 6, at least a first so-called outer flexible ply 7 comprising a fabric 71 advantageously extensible and a fastening means 8 fixed to the periphery of said web 71 and allowing the attachment of said first flexible ply 7 to said first frame 6, a second frame 9 and at least one spacer element 10 to keep the second frame 9 of the first frame 6 at a distance and to highlight the canvas 71 of the first flexible ply 7.

The first frame 6 is constituted by a smooth 11 forming a closed frame, itself consisting of abutting profiles and fixed to the ceiling 4 of the room 2 by appropriate means, not shown, such as screws. Said first frame 6 is preferably plane and shaped polygon with at least three vertices. In the execution variant represented on the Figures 2 and 3 , the first frame 6 is in the form of a regular hexagon. The skilled person may design a first frame 6 of different shape providing the same effects, such as for example a circular, elliptical or non-planar, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

In addition, the beam 11 may, for example, take the form of that shown in the figures and in particular the figure 4 . Thus, the beam 11 comprises at least one vertical outer wing 111, which preferably extends perpendicularly to the ceiling 4 of the room 2. This outer vertical wing 111 is issued, at about halfway up, an upper horizontal web 112 extending at a short distance towards the first flexible ply 7. This upper horizontal core 112 joins, at its end, an inner vertical flange 113 extending towards the room 2 a little lower than the external vertical flange 111 , that is to say that the inner vertical wing 113 is a little lower than the outer vertical wing 111 and the outer face 114 of the beam 11 which is opposite the ceiling 4. This wing External vertical 111 has, at its lower end, a shoulder 115 extending perpendicularly to said outer vertical flange 111 to the first flexible ply 7, over a short distance.

In order not to damage the first flexible ply 7 and its peripheral fastening means 8, the inner vertical flange 113 and the shoulder 115 advantageously have a rounded end.

The lower part of the outer vertical wing 111, the upper horizontal web 112, the inner vertical wing 113 and the shoulder 115 determine a recess 116 open towards the room 2 and in which can the peripheral fastening means 8 of the first flexible ply 7 are engaged.

Said gripping means 8 peripheral of the first flexible ply 7 is, for example, a harpoon having a hook shape adapted to cooperate with the smooth 11 of the first frame 6. It comprises an inner branch 81 by which it is connected to the web 71 of the first flexible ply 7 and an outer branch 82 in the form of a bead with the rounded end bent downwards. Said inner and outer branches 81, 82 are advantageously made of material.

Ledit moyen d'accrochage 8 prend appui, lorsque la première nappe souple 7 est tendue, sur l'épaulement 115 par l'extrémité inférieure de sa branche externe 82.Said attachment means 8 bears, when the first flexible ply 7 is stretched, on the shoulder 115 by the lower end of its outer branch 82.

The arm 11 described above is only a variant of preferred embodiment and the skilled person can design a smooth 11 of different shape providing the same effects without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Other smooth are, for example, described in the patent FR 2 630 476 .

The second frame 9 is preferably in the form of a closed frame, formed by abutting profiles 91. These profiles 91 are advantageously extruded sections of square, rectangular or round section made of light alloy such as for example an aluminum alloy. Said second frame 9 is preferably plane and in the form of a polygon having at least three vertices. In the execution variant represented on the Figures 2 and 3 the second frame 9 is in the form of a regular hexagon. The skilled person may design a second frame 9 of different shape providing the same effects, such as for example a circular, elliptical, non-planar or not closed, without departing from the scope of the present invention.

La structure poussante 5, conforme à l'invention, comprend en outre au moins un élément entretoise 10 pour maintenir à distance le second châssis 9 du premier châssis 6 et mettre en relief la toile 71 de la première nappe souple 7.The pushing structure 5, according to the invention, further comprises at least one spacer element 10 for keeping the second frame 9 of the first frame 6 at a distance and to highlight the web 71 of the first flexible sheet 7.

In the preferred embodiment variant represented on the figure 3 , the pushing structure 5 comprises two spacer elements 10 parallel to each other and extending in a plane perpendicular to the first frame 6 and having a cross member 101 advantageously arranged inside the first frame 6 and joining two of its opposite sides, and two feet 102 perpendicularly from said cross member 101 and joining the second frame 9. The two feet 102 of a spacer element 10 are integral with the second frame 9 in two of its opposite peaks. Furthermore, the two spacer elements 10 are parallel to each other and are advantageously extruded sections of square, rectangular or round section made of light alloy such as for example an aluminum alloy.

With reference to Figures 2 and 3 the second frame 9 is inclined at approximately 15 ° with respect to the first frame 6. Thus, to obtain said inclination, the two legs 102 of one of the two spacer elements 10 are shorter than those of the other spacer element 10 It goes without saying that the length of each leg 102 of the spacer elements 10 can be individually or non-adapted depending on the direction and the value of the angle of inclination.

Similarly, it is clear that we can adapt the number, shape and dimensions of the spacer elements 10 in particular according to the shape and dimensions of the first and second frame 6, 9, without any difficulty and without departing from the scope of the present invention.

Thus, the cross members 101 may be disposed inside the second frame 9 or the spacer members 10 may have no cross member 101 or a cross member 101 provided inside each of the first and second frame 6, 9.

With reference to Figures 1 and 2 when the first and second frames 6, 9 and the spacer elements 10 are assembled together, the flexible sheet 6 is placed on the assembly thus formed by covering the second frame 9 with its fabric 71 and attaching itself to the first frame 6 through its peripheral attachment means 8, as described above. It can clearly be seen that the flexible sheet 7 is stretched and then forms a relief such as that represented on FIG. figure 2 .

Ainsi, la nappe 7 aura une forme homothétique à celle du premier châssis 6 et des dimensions réduites d'environ 1% par rapports à celles dudit premier châssis 6.To obtain a homogeneous tension, it is well understood that the web 71 of the web 7 must be extensible and that the web 7 must not have too large dimensions. Thus, the ply 7 will have a homothetic shape to that of the first frame 6 and dimensions reduced by about 1% compared to those of said first frame 6.

Compte tenu des formes de la structure poussante 5, le taux de réduction des dimensions de la nappe souple 7 est plus petit que celui employé pour une nappe souple utilisée pour réaliser une fausse paroi plane, ce taux étant classiquement de 7%.Taking into account the shapes of the pushing structure 5, the reduction rate of the dimensions of the flexible sheet 7 is smaller than that used for a flexible sheet used to make a false flat wall, this ratio being conventionally 7%.

As shown on the figure 2 , the relief obtained by the pushing structure 5 is particularly aesthetic because the flexible sheet 7 has left side faces.

With reference to the figure 1 the pushing structure 5 according to the invention can also be used as a light box by associating it with light sources 12 arranged in the plenum 3 and by using a flexible sheet 7 with a translucent or transparent fabric 71.

Finally, it is well understood that the pushing structure 5 according to the invention can be used either in integration with all or part of a false wall of the type for example false ceiling stretched along a ceiling 4 of a room 2 , as previously described, either independently or in juxtaposition with similar structures to create a false wall obtained from a network of reliefs. In the case of independent use, one can also place two push structures back to back to form a complete volume serving as advertising medium for example.

Description d'autres modes de réalisationDescription of other embodiments

In an alternative embodiment shown on the figure 5 the pushing structure 5 comprises a second flexible sheet 13, called internal, comprising a not shown peripheral fastening means for fixing said second flexible sheet 13 to the first frame 6, said second flexible sheet 13 being disposed behind the first sheet flexible outer 7 and in front of light sources 12 installed in the plenum 3. Said second internal flexible ply 13 is of similar constitution to that of the first flexible ply 7 and preferably transparent.

On désigne ici par "devant" la zone située du coté du local 2 et par "derrière" la zone située du coté opposé audit local 2.Here is designated by "in front" the area located on the side of the room 2 and "behind" the area on the side opposite said room 2.

This configuration prevents the dust or residues present in said plenum 3 from appearing as black spots on said first translucent outer flexible ply. Indeed, the second flexible ply 13 makes it possible to isolate the first flexible ply 7 external said dust or residue.

According to another embodiment variant not shown, the second frame 9 comprises a further form member for example of the hoop type connecting two opposite peaks of said second frame 9 and to give an additional relief.

Finally, according to another alternative embodiment called "extreme" not shown and not part of the present invention, the push structure 5 has no second frame. The first flexible ply is always fixed on the first frame by means of the fastening means attached to the periphery of its fabric and is then raised only by at least the spacer element. Thus, with a spacer element such as that described above, the first flexible sheet is then raised by the free end of the feet of the spacer element. It is understood that in this configuration, the free end of the feet of said spacer element is preferably rounded to prevent any alteration of the web of the first flexible web during the relief. However, in this "extreme" embodiment variant, the flexible sheet may be damaged during the embossment of the fabric, because the spacer element is generally projecting and may perforate said fabric.

Possibilité d'application industriellePossibility of industrial application

The pushing structure 5 according to the invention is mainly intended to be used in integration with all or part of a false wall in any type of premises preferably industrial and whatever the orientation of said false-wall. In addition, it is clear from the description that the push structure 5 according to the invention is light and simple construction and that it allows to simply obtain many forms of relief.

Finally, it goes without saying that the examples of push structure 5 according to the invention which have just been described are only particular illustrations, in no way limiting of the invention.
