Description

Domaine technique :Technical area :

The present invention relates to a false wall consisting of a canvas which is stretched by its periphery on support elements fixed on the walls or on the ceiling of a room.

Different types of false wall walls are known, and in particular false ceilings which thus consist of a metal or synthetic web which is provided with holding elements capable of cooperating with complementary holding means provided on the periphery of the wall. canvas. These holding means may consist of visible rails, or as in the patent EP-B-0338925 by smooths that are concealed, at least in part, in the eyes of users by the canvas itself.

When the surfaces of the ceilings or walls are important, there are across the latter separating elements which are in fact made of double smooth to ensure the maintenance of both sides of the canvas. These separating elements, even when they make use of smooth of the type mentioned above, as being of the so-called invisible type nevertheless have a gap, or gap, between two adjacent web portions. Of course when such a space is at the periphery of the room, this space is all the more acceptable in terms of aesthetics that it is perceived less acutely by users of the room.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a smooth separator employing invisible type of profiled elements making it possible to significantly reduce the spacing existing between two adjacent fabric elements, to make it practically nil, the canvases being in contact edge to edge.

Résumé de l'inventionSummary of the invention

In this regard, the present invention relates to a false wall consisting of a stretched fabric held by its periphery by a border adapted to hang on smooth integral with the ceiling and / or walls of a room, in which the hollows comprise a holding assembly consisting of two parallel wings spaced from one another, connected by a bottom, namely a first outer wing and a second inner wing of lower height which ends with a shoulder which extends in the direction of the first wing and ends at a distance therefrom adapted to allow the passage of the edge, so that it can come to rest in simple support on the shoulder.

This false wall is remarkable in that it comprises at least one smooth separator consisting of the assembly of a first section and a second section, the first section comprising a planar base provided on one of its two sides and a first end of a first wing perpendicular to said base and on the other side of a groove parallel to the base and open towards the first end and the second section having a flat base provided on one of its two sides and a first end of a fastening flange perpendicular to said base, the free end of the base of the second section being engaged by translation in the groove of the first profile and the fastening flange being in contact with the first flange when the separator beam is assembled, each of the profiles respectively comprising a holding assembly on the opposite side to the flanges perpendicular to the bases whose positioning is such that, after assembly of the second section on the first section, the large wings converge towards one another.

On comprend bien qu'un tel dispositif présente plusieurs avantages. It is well understood that such a device has several advantages.

Firstly, it allows to pool, for each of the two sets of maintenance space required for the passage of the peripheral edge of the canvas.

Then, the present invention also allows the technician-installer, to use only the spatula he usually uses for laying stretch ceilings to secure the two sections of smooth dividers.

Other advantages and features will become more apparent from the description which will follow, given by way of non-limiting example of several variant embodiments of the present invention, with reference to the appended drawings in which:
  • the Figures 1 and 2 are cross-sectional views of a first variant of a smooth separator which ensures the maintenance of two attachment edges of a fabric which are held on either side thereof;
  • the Figures 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views of a second variant of a smooth separator.

Description détaillée de l'inventionDetailed description of the invention

It is shown schematically on the figure 2 and 4 a false ceiling according to the invention which consists of a smooth separator 1 which ensures the maintenance of two stretched fabric elements 4, respectively 4a and 4b.

The smooth separator 1 is preferably made of a ductile material, such as aluminum for easy extrusion.

Each holding assembly 7, 7 'consists of two wings 7a, 7'a, 7b, 7'b parallel apart from each other and connected by a bottom 7c, 7'c, namely a first outer wing 7a, 7'a and a second lower inner wing 7b, 7'b which ends in a shoulder 9 which extends towards the first wing 7a, 7'a and ends at a distance from it. adapted to allow the passage of the edge 6, so that it can come to rest in simple support on the shoulder 9.

According to the embodiments shown, the flanges 7a, 7'a, 7b, 7'b of the holding assemblies 7 of the first and second profiles 2,3 are inclined by approximately 45 ° with respect to the base B, B ' .

Referring to all the figures, the first section 2 comprises a plane base B provided on one of its two sides and at one end of a first flange 10a perpendicular to said base and on the other side of a groove 8 parallel to the base B and open towards the first end.

The second section comprises a plane base B 'provided on one of its two sides and at a first end of a fastening flange 11 perpendicular to said base B'.

With particular reference to Figures 2 and 4 showing the smooth separator 1 assembled, the free end of the base B 'of the second section 3 is engaged by translation in the groove 8 of the first profile 2 and the fastening flange 11 comes into contact with the first flange 10a when the stringer separator 1 is assembled. The bases B and B 'respectively of the first section 2 and the second section 3 are then parallel and in contact.

According to a feature of the invention, the first section 2 and the second profile 3 are secured at the level of the flange 10a perpendicular to the base B and the fastening flange 11 perpendicular to the base B '.

This joining of the first section 2 and the second profile 3 will be performed according to one of the techniques taken from the following list: gluing, crimping, clamping, bolting, screwing. Preferably, in order to facilitate maintenance and disassembly of the separator beam 1, an easily reversible technique, preferably screwing, will be used.

In addition, each of the profiles 2,3 respectively comprises a holding assembly 7,7 'on the opposite side to the wings 10a, 11 perpendicular to the bases B, B' whose positioning is such that, after assembly of the second section 3 on the first section 2, the large wings 7a, 7'a converge towards each other. Smooth 1 assembly, the large wings 7a, 7'a are very preferably in contact. By machining tolerance, it will be assumed that the spacing of their ends is of the order of the thickness of two superposed canvases 4.

According to the first particular embodiment variant represented in Figures 1 and 2 the bases B and B 'respectively of the first section 2 and the second section 3 are formed of a base plate 5,5'.

The bottom 7c, 7'c holding sets 7.7 'is fused with the base plate 5,5' so as to provide a recess between said bottom and said base plate in the extension of the main wing 7a, 7'a.

On the opposite side to that of the holding assembly 7, the first section 2 comprises at a first end of the base plate 5 a first flange 10a and at the second end a second flange 10b. These two wings 10a and 10b are perpendicular to the base B. Preferably, they are of the same height. The U-shaped space formed between the two wings 10a, 10b and the base plate 5 accommodates a connecting section 12 whose cross section is rectangular or square. This connecting section 12 is intended to link the separator smooth 1 to the ceiling or the wall in front of which the false wall 4 is installed.

Cette même vis permet d'assujettir la lisse séparateur 1 au profilé de liaison 12.A screw 13 passing through the fixing flange 11 and the first flange 10a secures the second section 3 to the first profile 2. This same screw makes it possible to secure the separator beam 1 to the connecting section 12.

According to the second particular embodiment represented in Figures 3 and 4 the base B of the first section 2 is formed of a base plate 5.

On a first side, this base plate 5 comprises a flange 10a perpendicular to said base B, and a ceiling or wall connection structure on which the smooth separator 1 is installed.

In this variant, the wing 10a being shorter than the fixing wing 11 and the connecting structure being hollow, a fixing rod 14 is inserted into said structure in contact with the wing 10a and facing the wing 11 of attachment of the second profile 3 when the latter is assembled to the first section 2: a screw 13 passing through the flange 11 of attachment and engaged in said rod 14 makes it possible to secure the second section 3 to the first profile 2.

La grande aile 7'a se prolonge par l'aile 11 de fixation perpendiculaire à la base B'.The base B 'of the second section 3 is formed of a base plate 5, fused with the bottom 7'c of the holding assembly 7'. The large wing 7'a is extended by the fixing flange 11 perpendicular to the base B '.
