- the second approach is mainly used.
- a battery door can also fulfill the following additional requirements: securing the inserted battery against unintentional falling out; Turning the hearing aid on and off.
- various detents between the battery door and hearing aid housing are provided to hold the battery door in different positions. Because of the on and off, these notches are susceptible to wear.
- the US 2005 / 0286732A1 shows a battery holder for a hearing aid, which is composed of two parts.
- the US 6,762,375 B2 shows an electrical device having a battery compartment with electrical contacts for batteries.
- a swiveling battery holder is arranged, on which a battery can be attached.
- the battery holder is pivotable so that it can pivot a battery attached to it in the battery compartment, so that the poles of the battery touch the electrical contacts.
- the swiveling battery holder also serves as an on-off switch of the electrical device. When swiveling in the battery, the device is switched on, when swinging the device is switched off.
- the battery compartment is made of two parts. These are a rigid lid-like part and attached thereto a flexible cup-shaped part, which should allow the battery a certain freedom of movement.

- the outer component of the battery holder is attached to the hearing aid so that it can be seen from the outside.
- the material of the outer component should be based on the remaining, visually visible to the outside material of the hearing aid.
- the material of the outer member should be similar to the sheath material of the hearing aid.
- the inner component should be made of a different material with different properties.
- the outer component should have a visually sophisticated appearance.
- the inner component should be stable and resistant to wear.
- the inner member may have other properties, e.g. resilient or elastic, for example, to fix a button battery in the battery compartment frictionally.
- the material of the inner member of the battery holder is harder than the material of the outer member of the battery holder.
- the inner component is mechanically on most, which causes higher wear of this. Harder material is more resistant to wear than softer material.
- the material of the outer component should be the same as an outer shell of the hearing aid. On this basis, the material of the inner component should be harder than just this of the outer shell or of the outer component.
- a glass fiber reinforced composite could serve as a material for the inner member.
- the inner member and the outer member non-positively and / or positively connected to each other.
- These types of compounds are less expensive than e.g. Adhesive bonds.
- the battery holder is pivotally mounted by means of a pin bearing on a battery compartment. This is an easy way to swing the battery holder into and out of the battery compartment in a hearing aid.
- the outer component and the inner component are connected to one another by means of the pin bearing.
- a latching or holding function is present, which can engage or hold the inner component of the battery holder in a battery compartment.
- the inner component of the battery holder is shaped by a structural design such that it can engage with a corresponding counterpart in the battery compartment of the hearing aid.
- the design of this shaping can for example be a projection, for example a nose, and the corresponding counterpart thus a suitable indentation.
- the inner component is preferably harder and thus more durable than the outer component. Therefore, it makes sense to use a wear-prone latching or holding function by means of the harder inner component of the battery holder.
- the battery holder is designed to receive round button batteries. This allows the use of widely used standard batteries for hearing aids. These batteries are also referred to as button cells.
- the inner component is designed with a substantially circular cross-section.
- the outer component encloses the inner component by at least half of the circumference of the inner component.
- the outer component engages around the inner component in a form-fitting manner.
- the inner and outer components can be shaped and arranged so that the inner component from outside the hearing aid is not recognizable when the battery compartment is closed.
- the inner component holds a battery inserted therein positively and / or positively.
- the battery can not fall out, it is held by the battery holder and the inner member.
- Fig. 1 is a battery holder 2 for a hearing aid, shown with an outer member 4 and an inner member 6.
- a bearing element 18 is arranged at the semicircular outer member 4.
- the two recesses 14 are in this example opposite and have a substantially trapezoidal cross-section. Alternatively, this could also be designed a diamond-shaped cross-section.
- the inner component 6 has substantially trapezoidal overhangs 16. In other words, the overhangs 16 and the recesses 14 fit together in such a way that a non-positive and positive connection of the components can take place.
- the recesses 14 and overhangs 16 are recognizable form a positive connection, ie inner member 6 and outer member 4 can be moved against each other only in the direction along the longitudinal extent of the recesses 14 and overhangs 16.
- a non-positive connection can be created by the recesses 14 comprising the overhangs 16 with an increased force, so that also a movement of the inner member 6 relative to the outer member 4 in the direction along the longitudinal extent of the recesses 14 or overhangs 16 only by overcoming the force causing the adhesion can take place.
- the Fig. 2 represents the two separate components of the Fig. 1 It is specifically shown a - positive and non-positive - connection 10, which results from the assembly of the outer member 4 and the inner member 6. In other words, the positive and positive connection of the components 4 and 6 causes the connection 10th

Abstract
Description

- In
Fig. 2 stellt die beiden auseinander liegenden Bauteile derFig. 1 zusammengesetzt dar. - In
Fig. 5 und Fig. 6 dargestellt.
Fig. 7, Fig. 8 und Fig. 9 zu sehen.
