  • the stand-by position of the controller should correspond to at least 30 degrees, but preferably more than 60 degrees, of rotation of the seat from the second operating position.

  • the first hand controller 32 is connected to the seat so as to move with the seat from the seat's first operating position to its second position and so as to be maintained in a manipulatable position with respect to the seat, when said seat moves between the first position up to at least the intermediate position, and to be displaced to a non-manipulatable position when the seat is in its second position.

Claims (17)

  1. Bauausrüstungsmaschine, umfassend eine Bedienerstation (10), die mit einem Fahrersitz (22) ausgerüstet ist, der um eine vertikale Achse (A1) wenigstens von einer ersten Bedienungsposition durch eine Zwischenposition hindurch zu einer zweiten Bedienungsposition drehbar ist, wobei die Maschine wenigstens eine erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) umfasst, die die Bedienungsperson wenigstens für einige Operationen und wenigstens in einer Position des Sitzes zum Bedienen eines Geräts verwenden kann,
    wobei, wenn der Sitz sich zwischen der ersten Position bis zu wenigstens der Zwischenposition bewegt, die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) in einer ersten Konfiguration bezüglich des Sitzes ist, in der sie sich mit dem Sitz bewegt, um in einer manipulierbaren Position bezüglich des Sitzes zu sein,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Sitz über die Zwischenposition hinaus in Richtung seiner zweiten Position gedreht wird, die Steuereinrichtung automatisch in eine zweite Konfiguration geschaltet wird, in der sie in eine nicht manipulierbare Position bezüglich des Sitzes verlagert ist.
  2. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Handsteuereinrichtung mit dem Sitz verbunden ist, um sich mit dem Sitz von ihrer ersten zu ihrer zweiten Position zu bewegen und um in einer manipulierbaren Position bezüglich des Sitzes gehalten zu werden, wenn sich der Sitz zwischen der ersten Position bis zu wenigstens der Zwischenposition bewegt, und um in eine nicht manipulierbare Position verlagert zu werden, wenn der Sitz in seiner zweiten Position ist.
  3. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Handsteuereinrichtung sich in der ersten Konfiguration mit dem Sitz bewegen kann, wenn sich der Sitz zwischen der ersten Position bis zu wenigstens der Zwischenposition bewegt, und in der zweiten Konfiguration vom Sitz entkoppelt ist und in einer Stand-By-Position ruht, wenn der Sitz in seiner zweiten Position ist.
  4. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) bezüglich der Bedienerstation (10) zusammen mit dem Sitz zwischen einer ersten Position, die der ersten Position des Sitzes entspricht, und einer Endposition bewegt, die der Zwischenposition des Sitzes entspricht.
  5. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Endposition der ersten Handsteuereinrichtung (32) einstellbar ist.
  6. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn sich der Sitz zwischen seiner Zwischenposition und seiner zweiten Position befindet, die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) in ihrer Endposition gehalten wird.
  7. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn die erste Handsteuereinrichtung von dem Sitz entkoppelt ist, sie automatisch zu einer Stand-By-Position zurückgebracht wird.
  8. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) bezüglich der Bedienerstation (10) und bezüglich des Sitzes (22) um dieselbe Achse (A1) wie der Sitz (22) dreht.
  9. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (22) wenigstens eine Bedienungsarmstütze (28) umfasst, auf der eine Maschinenbedienungsperson beim Bedienen der Maschine ihre Unterarme auflegen kann, und dass in der ersten Konfiguration die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) sich bezüglich des Sitzes im Wesentlichen vor der Armstütze (28) befindet.
  10. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der zweiten Konfiguration die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) von der Armstütze (28) entfernt ist.
  11. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Armstütze sich bezüglich des Sitzes in derselben Position befindet, wenn sich der Sitz von seiner ersten Bedienungsposition zu seiner zweiten Bedienungsposition bewegt.
  12. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (22) vertikal aufgehängt ist, und dass die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) wenigstens in der ersten Konfiguration den vertikalen Bewegungen des Sitzes folgt.
  13. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (22) sich von der ersten Position auch in die entgegengesetzte Richtung drehen kann, und dass die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) in der ersten Konfiguration gehalten wird, wenn sich der Sitz in jene Richtung bewegt.
  14. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach Anspruch 13 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die erste Handsteuereinrichtung (32) mit dem Sitz wenigstens bis zu einer entgegengesetzten Endposition für die erste Handsteuereinrichtung in der entgegengesetzten Richtung bewegen kann.
  15. Bauausrüstungsmaschine nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die manipulierbare Position der Steuereinrichtung eine fixierte Position bezüglich des Sitzes ist, solange der Sitz zwischen seiner ersten Position und seiner Zwischenposition liegt.
  16. Bauausrüstungsmaschine, wobei die Maschine umfasst:
    - einen Fahrersitz (22), der so montiert ist, dass er sich wenigstens von einer ersten Bedienungsposition durch eine Zwischenposition hindurch zu einer zweiten Bedienungsposition um eine vertikale Achse (A1) dreht,
    - einen Sitzträger (38), an dem der Fahrersitz (22) so montiert ist, dass er sich um die vertikale Achse (A1) dreht,
    - eine erste Handsteuereinrichtungshalterung (44), die so montiert ist, dass sie sich sowohl bezüglich des Sitzes als auch des Sitzträgers um die Achse (A1) dreht, und
    - ein Anlageelement (50) am Sitz zum Angreifen an der Steuereinrichtungshalterung,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    - eine Einrichtung (52) zum Vorspannen der Steuereinrichtungshalterung in Richtung des Anlageelements, und
    - einen Endanschlag (46) an dem Sitzträger zum Stoppen der Trägerhalterung, wobei, wenn der Sitz über die Zwischenposition hinaus in Richtung seiner zweiten Position gedreht wird, die Steuereinrichtung automatisch in eine zweite Konfiguration geschaltet wird, in der sie in eine nicht manipulierbare Position bezüglich des Sitzes verlagert ist.
  17. Bauausrüstungsmaschine, wobei die Maschine umfasst:
    - einen Sitz (22), der so montiert ist, dass er sich wenigstens von einer ersten Bedienungsposition durch eine Zwischenposition hindurch zu einer zweiten Bedienungsposition um eine vertikale Achse (A1) dreht;
    - einen Sitzpositionssensor zum Erfassen wenigstens der Zwischenposition des Sitzes;
    - eine erste Handsteuereinrichtungshalterung (44), die so montiert ist, dass sie durch eine Verlagerungsvorrichtung bezüglich des Sitzes von einer manipulierbaren Position in eine nicht manipulierbare Position verlagerbar ist;
    gekennzeichnet durch
    - eine Einrichtung (52) zum Steuern der Verlagerungsvorrichtung so, dass die Halterung (44) in ihrer manipulierbaren Position gehalten wird, wenn sich der Sitz zwischen der ersten Position bis zu wenigstens der Zwischenposition bewegt, und automatisch in ihre nicht manipulierbare Position verlagert wird, wenn der Sitz über seine Zwischenposition hinaus bewegt wird.
